This place is awesome. Car was dropped off, estimate sent to insurance and repaired in a week. Friendly, upfront and honest about everything. Lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle....unheard of. HIGHLY recommend for car needs. Need to get the rest of my van to match the amazing job.

I went to 4 different places before I came across J and B. I had some custom work done on my interior pieces for my car and I am more than satisfied. My car door was dented by a fly away door from another car, and it dented and scraped it to the metal. I took it to J and B Paint and Body Shop for an estimate. Within 10 minutes, Fly looked at the damage, took down the information and wrote an estimate. I told him about our planned driving vacation and the need to have the car fixed and ready! Even with the Monday holiday, he was able to finish the job in a little over 2 days. It looks great, and we highly recommend J and B Paint and Body Shop in Wylie right behind the Dairy Queen.

I went there to get a quote to fix my vehicle and Fly walked by as he was helping another customer but still greeted me and told me hell be right with me. I waited a few minutes and then he asked me to follow him and we went inside the office. I discovered he was the one I spoke with on the phone.We then went to look a the vehicle and he gave me the full download of what the process is as well as my options. He was very thorough and even answered my questions.One of my queries was whether I can keep the vehicle even if it was totalled and he explained the scenarios that would be involved in this decision. He was straight forward with me and my questions were direct.I made an appointment to bring my vehicle back so Ill write an update for that experience but as for the initial contact, great customer service and friendly as well.

These guys are so patient,humble and understanding. Plus they do the best work! When they replaced the grill on my car you cant even tell it was replaced. I hope i dont have any future car damage but if i do i will always bring my car to these guys hands down.Also i want to add they went above and beyond by giving me a courtesy ride to my house since i lived close by. I am very thankful and will never forget that!

I brought my car here for a collision repair after a small accident plus it was the closest shop to my house. My experience with j & b was easy and simple which I appreciated and I am very pleased with the results done on my 2013 Honda accord. They did a great job fixing my car after a small collision. But the best part... They detailed my car to perfection while it was in their shop. I picked it up cleaner than its been in years. Including those hard to reach spots on the floor around the edges and under the seats.

Ive gone in a few times for minor body fixes on my 10 year old car. Their pricing is competitive, their workmanship is great. They will sit down and explain their opinion on what type of parts are best and are willing to use what is best for the costumer. Its a family owned business that treats people well and I strongly recommend them for your repairs

Fly is the man! We had body work after an unfortunate incident in a parking lot where someone hit our parked car. I literally couldn’t tell there was previous damage after Fly was done... even knowing where the damage previously was. I would highly recommend this body shop (and specifically Fly) for all your collision and paint needs!

J and B did an awesome job on my bumper repair through a State Farm auto claim. They were super friendly, honest, and easy to work with.

I brought in a black 2018 KIA Stinger GT2 for exterior body paint work, and the outcome was amazing! Upon first examination, the estimate was said to be $650. Although the final price was going to be about $710, he told me that 650 was just fine, without question! The car was finished in less than a week, and he even said hell touch up some areas for me, which I hadnt even asked to be worked on! Great people, great shop.

My 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport needed a new rear hatch after an accident. I chose J&B because they had a higher average rating than the big name competitors and they are a family-owned business that has been in the community for 35 years. Their high rating is deserved: they did an excellent job on my Rogue, and it was returned to me looking better than it did before the accident; they even washed and vacuumed it. They dont have the fancy shop that you would find at, say, Caliber Collision; but your car will be in the hands of true professionals, and the owner, Fly, will try to save you a few bucks when he can. Fly is honest and will not try to wring every dollar he can from you. I would not hesitate to use J&B again.

I called for a price to replace my rear mirror and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and they took care of me right away. Not to mention saved me money compared to some places I called for a quote. I would recommend this any day.

This review is a little late, but wanted to give Fly and his crew a worthy review. I took my car in for some body work due to a large dent in the hood. The crew had it done in 3 days, despite being very busy. They were professional, did an outstanding job, and the dent repair business right next door even repaired a door ding, that was not part of the original appointment. I would recommend J and B to anyone.

Having recently losing my husband I was at a loss as to what to do about bringing my Chrysler Town & Country van to J&B after it was rear ended. But I was taken care of right away. I want to let you know FLY is an excellent employee. He helped my daughter and I get everything back in my van. I am disabled and use an electric scooter to get around. Fly picked it up and put it right in my van for us and returned the rental to the rental ace. thanks for the wonderful service.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran and this young man Fly Scheel yelled at me like I was his kid or something. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a business owner and insurance company. My only fault in this whole affair was choosing this shop for repairs. Enter at your own risk.

I need to get some work done to my cars hood so I stopped by J and B after school to see if I could get a quote from them since I was nearby. When I went up to the shop I didnt really see a place to walk in. So I asked a gentlemen who worked their about how I could talk to somebody about my hood. He kept giving me the same answer I dont know... I asked should call instead? I dont know Lastly I said is their someone else I could talk too?? As you guessed it the same reply I dont knowReally had high hopes for this place but apparently the people who work their dont know anything. Maybe someone else would have better luck or maybe I came at the wrong time. Who know but I plan on going somewhere else instead that knows what to do.

Went in on a Tuesday morning for a quote to find no one at the front desk. I waited for almost 5 minutes. Someone that was working on cars in the back saw me and never got anyone to help or said a word. Very strange.

Jack and his team do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, Ive had to visit his body shop several times, once my car got broken into, a few just stupid encounters that needed fixing. He always does a fantastic job, cant tell it ever happened. I even take my cars to him to have the lightbulb changed, they charge a lot less than the dealership; like half as much! I wouldnt take any of our vehicles anywhere else.
