My wife has been using this company for the past 4 years for inspections. Today, she goes to have her truck inspected and Rick told her that her truck wouldnt pass inspection due to her brake fluid being low and that it would cost her $80.00 to drain her brake fluid. She calls me, I go there and he quickly changed is story. The brake fluid level was at 80 % full .since when does brake fluid prevent a vehicle from passing inspection..We will never use this company again. Seems like this company is preying on women in my opinion!!

Jordan, Henrique and Rick were very professional, friendly and provided an on time service. As I was heading out of town and my dealership was going to take 2 hrs just for an oil change. They checked my tires & such & made sure my truck was road trip ready. As a female this made me feel safe and secure heading out of town. I got right in and out. They went above & beyond and even vacuumed my truck out for me. Thank you so much. I strongly recommend this place for any and all one stop shop auto repairs.

I got an oil change here in a jiffy. We even brought 2 cars because we were expecting a wait in the middle of a Saturday. They went ahead and did the oil change while I was still in the car and took maybe 10 minutes. Just as nice of service as Take 5 and about the same time frame while saving $15- Ill take it!

The best place to get your oil changed or many other services. The lady who owns it is very sweet and makes sure women feel welcome in this environment. Her and her husband who past made sure they built their business on quality and service with a friendly group of employees. We wont use anyone else and the lady who owns it has continued the business and built it up even more since the passing of her husband who was a good person as well. You want quality work with people who stand behind their work then take your car here.

Charlie and his team were very professional and helpful. They greeted me and my son right away when we got there. Their shop is really clean and they delivered great service efficiently at an unbeatable price. I will certainly be going back.

I’ve been looking for a good local mechanic shop as an alternative to using dealerships and decided to give this place a try since it’s about a mile away from my home. I took my recently purchased 1996 Impala SS over for a state inspection. I dropped it off during my lunch break as I thought it would be a few hours based on how crowded it was. To my delight, I received a call from the shop about 30 minutes later stating that I will need a brake light bulb replaced in order to pass inspection. I agreed to pay to have the bulb replaced and went to pick up my car. I get there about 10 minutes later ready to pay and that’s when I was told, “Oh I’m sorry, your car failed inspection because of the tint. “ I immediately asked for a manager. The manager came and asked me what was the problem. I explained the situation and she just got defensive and said that my tint was illegal. My problem was not the fact that they wouldn’t pass my vehicle. My problem is that they wasted my time and I felt taken advantage of because I was told that everything was fine except the brake light bulb that needed replacement over the phone. I also asked why would they do a complete inspection when they have concerns about the tint? After all, the tinted windows are one of the first things you notice on a vehicle. I don’t know what percent the tint is as I literally purchased the vehicle out of state the day before. I drove the vehicle 5 hours and didn’t get pulled over for it so I didn’t feel that it was a problem. I could’ve been warned at minimum but instead they decided to complete the inspection and take my money. I didn’t feel like the manager was listening to me because she kept telling me that she has to follow the rules. I ended up paying approximately $40 and left promising to never return. The next day I went to another local shop and passed without any issues. I even asked them about the tint and they said that it was a legal percentage. Reading some of the reviews here, I see that I’m not the only one to experience this at this shop. I know where not to go from now on.

This place USE TO BE so very courteous and did a great job customer service wise. Today they didn’t want to vacuum, “said it is by request only.” I said ok I am requesting and you woulda thought I stole $200 from them by the way they acted. Several employees standing around eating and laughing, but offended by asking them to vacuum the back of my car only. After they vacuumed they couldn’t even put the mats back. They guy giving the hand motions to pull in did motions I’ve never seen and was irritated I didn’t know. Done with this place. I know why they always have a now hiring sign.

I have been going to Regal Lube for almost 10 years and they still have the best service. I spoke with the owner today and she is all about Customer Service and not selling things not needed to people. I have had many cars inspected, my motorcycle and use them for my oil changes. The staff is friendly and treats everyone with respect. I highly recommend them.

I have been having my 4 vehicles serviced there for almost 20 years now (or so). Oil changes, Safety inspections etc... They have performed very quality work on my cars, and never had any issues. My son is now driving and we just got an oil change today and as usual service was great. Will continue going to Regal Lube. 👍🏻

Just needed an inspection for electric vertical. They were fast. Im sorry that they only make$7 for their efforts. It really doesnt make since too require an inspection for electric cars.

Great place to service your vehicle! Have beencoming here for years and have never had any issues.Oil changes are quick and the mechanics know whatthey are doing. They let you know if there are anyissues with your vehicle and do not try to sell you anyunnecessary repairs. The staff is very friendly as well.Would highly recommend!

I have been using this shop for 17 years. They seem to have lost their way. Took my car in for an inspection. They ended up asking me to stand outside the bay. After the inspector did not enter the correct information into the computer. Then when they tested the gas cap and let the metal tipped hose drag across the back of my very new and very shiny black car. The trip before that for an oil change the managed to lose a clip for the air cleaner this car is just over a year old....

Their upsell tactics are shady. Claim(and show me) I had Playdoh like sludge on my dipstick. Ran it now for 48 hours and check.... Still no sludge (with dirt, mind you)

Caleb has worked on my Mustang for over a year now and I don’t trust anyone else working on it except him and myself. If you have any performance needs he’s your guy and is very knowledgeable on Chevy LS and 5.0 Coyote motors. Here is a picture of when he installed my lowering springs and now my car looks amazing.

I feel I was taken advantage of. I went in and asked for an oil change and they ended up charging me over $84! They didnt do any other work to my car but change the oil. I have never in my life paid that much for an oil change. I have gone to them in the past over the years for inspections, brakes and the occasional oil change but it seems there is a different crew there now. I will never go back.

Went in for an inspection yesterday was told the tint was too dark..... It was bought and sold at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen brand new in 2016. Volkswagen is checking it out right now and said it WILL pass inspection. I was out $25 Staff wanted to argue with me... Did not care what I had to say.

Quoted me a price of $37.99 for an oil change + $20 for a new air filter(showed me the filter during change and asked if i wanted it replaced). Brings me an $80 bill. Takked on an additional $23 that he didnt explain beforehand. Thanks a bunch.

These guys are fast and accurate. As well, they have mechanics comfortable with high performance cars as well as mommobiles and trucks. Ive never had to wait for simple things like inspections and oil changes. That said, the ambiance is that of a mechanic shop. They havent dumped a lot of decorating budget into the waiting room, but Id youre only there for 15 minutes, does it matter? Id rather be on my way than sit for an hour in a better decorated, more expensive shop.

Got the job done after I waited for 6 hours and they called their expert mechanic who could’ve honestly done it in 3 hrs or less.No acknowledgement or frequent updates. I needed my car and had to pay for labor on brakes for $439 because I brought my own parts. Honda Civic 2002. All I was concerned about was my brakes being changed ASAP and the price was honestly too high for the inconvenient long wait and customer service. Why did anyone else have to come to get it done? Why couldn’t they tell me that their expert mechanic wasn’t there?It got done but why the horrible customer service?

Interesting little shop. All younger people working there. Seemed a bit disorganized though. I called ahead to make sure they could change my oil and rotate my tires. Got there and afterward a kid told me he left his impact wrench in a trailer and couldnt get my lug nuts off. I would have gone to another shop had I known they couldnt do both. Felt deceptive to be told at the end they couldnt complete all the services.

VERY SHAKY. I believe their inspection process is illegal. One guy drove my vehicle while another finished the inspection. Was told brakes were grinding and vehicle failed, raised @#&$ and had another guy drive it. second guy had no problems and passed vehicle. Paid by credit card on another vehicle and they refused to give me a credit card receipt. Said they could email or text it to me. Like I am going to give this company that information!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !!!

Turn around and run... Before I walked in I knew it was a mistake. I saw a raven carrying a snake; as we all know, thats a pretty bad omen from the Gods. Went in for a simple oil change. There were only two cars being worked on, with mine being one of them. They had me wait almost an hour to finish my truck. They tried to upsell me on an air filter I had replaced just 3 weeks prior. They tried the old drop my filter on the floor and get it dirty trick to show me how dirty it was. They then tried to charge me close to $100. They must sell liquid gold. They said it was due to it being high mileage, synthetic, and etc... Take your money elsewhere because your going to get robbed. Run!!! Run!!! Run!!!

I get work done on my old car all the time here. The team is well quite versatile and do a lot of different kinds of work.I recently had my halo lights put in. For those of you not familiar with halos the wiring needed can be quite complex and time consuming. It took a while, but Chris took the time to get it done regardless of a few obstacles that he ran in to. When All the work was finished, later I noticed that the right blinker was not working.I took my car back on my next day off and Chris got it working in minutes with no bitching or sneaky charges. When I say fast I mean fast. I remember listening to my music on my phone expecting to be there awhile. The work was done before the first song was finished playing !!Yea, Chris is good. He is the tall, skinny guy that wears the shades. If you need electrical he is you man.

The customer service is horrible, the employees didnt seem to want to work on my car even though I was the only customer there. I also had my very clean, short haired, calm dog with me and with NO other customers they kicked me out of the office, said the manager forbid having any animals in the office area even though its an auto repair shop. Ive only been in one auto repair shop cleaner than my dog in my life and it sure wasnt this place. I will never go to this place again for any reason.

Have always brought my cars and kids cars here. This time I brought my sports car and I complained that they sped off in the car to test brakes. To get back at me they failed me for tint..which is funny since they passed me the previous years..and no..the tint law has not changed as they told me. I guess no biggie, I drove it down the street and they passed my inspection. I am out 30.00..but dang that was dirty..lol.

Great place for an oil change. When you own a Mercedes, make sure you get synthetic oil. Sure, it costs more than 19.95, but you are protecting an expensive engine!

Went for a basic vehicle inspection. Absolutely terrible customer service. They unnecessarily drive your vehicle longer distances than needed and leave it running for the ENTIRE duration of the inspection (Which takes MUCH longer than any inspection that I have ever had). They even remove components on your dash and neglect to re-attach them.They do not disclose pricing information for out-of-county vehicles. The employees are not trained to traffic standards and lie about the potential legality of inspection points. The facility is dirty and disorganized. The employees have no problem spreading the grease and dirt in the interior of your vehicle.Give your money to someone more deserving; go somewhere else.

Giving a bad review based on how tight my oil filter was after coming here on the fly one time. I do my own changes and needed it done yes but to have holes punctured in the filter bc its on too tight is ridiculous. I should not have to put holes in the filter to remove it.

The owner is honest and helpful. He talks cars and gives it to you straight. I live in Mesquite and I only come here to get any maintenance done to my vehicles.

The owner is a great person! She tries very hard to make sure work is right. Since we are all human, people will make mistakes. She will make things right if there is a problem. Not that it has happened to me yet. If there is an obvious problem before an inspection, it will be brought up before so it can be corrected before the official inspection.

My husband and I brought our motorcycles in on 4/28/18 for inspection. Everything checked out fine, paid for our inspections, and out the door we went thinking we could register them online within a few days. Got online and couldnt register my bike. Found out the inspection had the incorrect VIN listed. I called to get this corrected only to be told I had to bring the bike back! Registration is now out, and forecast is calling for rain the next week. I tried to go in the next day with the registration paper and a picture of the bike and VIN visible in the photo (they inspected it a few days ago) so they could correct the VIN which was only off by one digit. They said no, I still needed to bring it back. This is stupid yall! This is a mistake they made, and yet we are still required to come back in? I do NOT recommend them for anything. We have come here for both our trucks and motorcycles for services in the past. I guess none of that really matters to this store! Waste of my time. Do yourselves a favor and go to the Kwik Kar in Wylie off of Westgate!!! They at least have good customer service!

I have had the opportunity to use many local inspectors. I have used Regal for 10 years for my State Inspections. Regal has always treated me well and I recommend them for excellent service.

Went for an inspection, tire tread was on the low side had to buy 2 used tires because I couldnt afford new ones then, got back with the receipt of course, but instead of asking for a receipt he looked at me and said did you just go and rotate them, kinda pissed me off, never going back for an inspection again, also lost my oil change services
