City line Automotive was one of the best experiences I have had with a mechanic. Wes was able to get me in quickly and had my car serviced within an hour. He was efficient and friendly. They had a few waiting rooms available that were cool and comfortable. They even had free wifi. Also, they took the extra step to explain what they fixed and why it was broken before just handing me my keys and saying see you later. City line will be my mechanic of choice for my vehicles going forward, and it should be yours to if you are in the area.

Wes is the best guy on the planet. He and his team are really really nice, willing to help you in every way. There’s nothing they can’t do. I literally have seen a totaled Mercedes in the lot and Wes will rebuild it no problem. I had a truck that the dealer and all of the “best places in DFW” refused to work on. Take any impossible job to them and they will have it done, and absolutely never annoying about the money. Always reasonable. I’ll drive an hour for Wes and pay the toll every time but he’s a gem that deserves it. He has even given me free oil changes, I mean I can go on. Love this place, everyone should go there any chance they get.

This place does top notch work. The owners have a ton of experience between them. Ive taken all of my cars to them for years and have never had any issues with the work they have done. Pricing is very reasonable and they do quick work. From oil changes to an alternator, or anything you need done they can do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I really like supporting small local businesses, and this shop is the epitome of what they should be - a focus on quality and customer service. Car shops in general tend to constantly upsell what is actually necessary and overcharge for labor, but you can be confident that you will get exactly what you need here for a reasonable price; the guys that run this shop are honest and professional. I have taken my car here twice so far, and both times Wes was able to accurately diagnose and repair the problem I had. It can be really hard to find a reliable car repair shop, so Im glad Ive found one that is so close to my home!

Inside its very casual, in the shop its business! I called the day before to ensure I could get in for an alignment the following day and was told it would be no problem. In and out in less than an hour. My truck was aligned right back to factory specs on a really nice and clean alignment rack. The waiting room is kid friendly (toys and Netflix) and I was offered a coffee. Its nice to support local businesses who employee local people and in return get above average service and value.

Worked with Corey, he was honest and upfront. Didnt sell me on any other damages He was respectful and courteous. Very timely, which is much appreciated. Will definitely be going back.

Ive been using another auto repair shop for the last several years and was very dissatisfied with them recently. I found CityLine Automotive on Google Maps and did a little additional research. Im glad I did! They did a fast, professional, and reasonably priced brake job for me today.I already knew that I needed some work on my front struts, but didnt mention it at drop off--planning on asking them to put a quote together when I picked up my car. They proactively identified the issue and let me know about it when they called me with the estimate on the brake job. The price was very reasonable and I plan on getting that scheduled shortly. Ill update my review after that work is done, but so far, Im really a really satisfied customer.

No nonsense place. I had electrical and a/c issues with a 115k miles vehicle. They looked at it, told me what needed to be fixed, gave a price, and fixed it. There was no upsale whatsoever. The fix was timely, well-priced, and done right. Ill be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Customer service was excellent. Wes was extremely helpful on the phone and gave a no BS quote. They resolved my initial issue and discovered another issue that if gone un resolved I would have blown a motor. The pricing was very fair. My car wouldnt start because the alternator was bad, causing the battery to drain. They came to my house and helped me jump start my car so they could check it out. They ordered the part and had it in within just a couple of hours. My car has since been starting up very smoothly and even sounds better when it runs. Not to mention their prices are virtually unbeatable. I highly recommend CityLine Automotive!! I will be coming back to them for sure! Excellent customer service!! 😁

My Ford F150 was having some transmission issues and was going in to limp mode. I had another auto mechanic check the truck out but he couldnt figure out the issue and basically recommended a lot of work and expense we didnt need. After I brought it to Wes at Cityline he knew what the problem was within about 20 minutes. He had be back on the road the next day and it was quite a bit less than the other mechanics quote. They are honest, dependable and knowledgeable and I would recommend them.

Ive lived in Texas since 01 and have gone through 6 mechanics, all had their issues. Wes has come through time after time and even jumped in on a couple emergency situations when needed. Dont waste your time or money with big box shops who dont have the expertise or the empathy for real customer service, CityLine is the best.

I had a regular mechanic but he moved his business out of state so I needed someone in could trust and was referred to Wes at Cityline Automotive by a friend. I personally am always worried and nervous about trusting mechanics with my vehicle, but I gave them a try. I was really impressed by their customer service, quality of work, time of repairs, and the fair charges for the repairs that were done. I investigated the repairs after being done to confirm the quality and couldnt complain about anything. From now on they are my permanent mechanics for repairs and service. Went in on a Saturday with engine problems and a wheel bearing going out on my Corolla and the power ended up going out due to all the rain. Chris stayed and fixed my car, with no power, and he even stayed late doing it. That was awesome. Oh yeah, and the waiting was really nice and clean.
