I feared my A/C system was going out and called to see their availability for the following day, a Friday. Jill said to bring it in first thing and they would do their best. I dropped it off at 8, had a call back with a diagnosis by 10:30. They got me squared away with several updates and even stayed a few minutes late on a Friday to get it done. I couldn’t be more pleased.

One of the best shops you will find. Great prices and quality work. I recently needed a quick repair and they were able to get me in same day with a diagnosis and fix in a couple of hours. Vehicle is now running great and couldn’t be happier. I appreciate how well they communicate and keep you informed of what’s going on with your vehicle. Jill and Dave are simply the best people to work with. I have made several trips with 2 different cars the past 2 weeks and Dave is very honest, quick and his pricing is very fair. I had came to see about my Ac/Compressor in my Vehicle and a Check Engine light for my MissFire I stated before over the phone I was told the we’re not interested in fixing my Vehicle do to my extended warranty . Then changed there mind with comments back hand on how my Vehicle was old and my warranty covers everything. There should be no pressure or problems when comes to ordering parts to repair my vehicle under warranty I felt not confident with my repairs. When they felt I had to pay a low deductible the company didn’t want to help me out. I been to ATI for Diseal n Technology my uncle and i changed all the Plugs and wires new A/C compressor new dryer Chief Officer will Vouch for me. I payed $77 for work on my ac and found out PepBoys charge $49. So decided to take it back to we’re they make the cars My dealer has it with a car rental. Praise Yahweh

As a woman, I love the way Jill can explain my cars problems to me without a lot of jargon or BS, or talking down to me. Shes amazing. From the first time I limped in to their shop with a shredded serpentine belt, Jill and Dave have given my family nothing but the most professional and personal care. We gladly drive past a dozen other shops to be sure were getting the straightest talk and the most thorough care for our vehicles. After over ten years, weve become great friends, and Id trust them with my life.

I have been taking my car to All Pro Autocare for years now. Whether its just for an oil change, or for major repairs, theyve proven to be the best at what they do. I got excellent customer service from Jill, who always was able to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I would understand. She was happy to show me the parts that broke and tell me how they would fix it. Pricing was good compared to other auto repair shops Ive used. Really a wonderful place to bring your car.

We started using Dave and Jill when they worked out of their home. For years they took good care of us. We moved to a different city a couple of years ago and havent found a good mechanic. Thank you for the many years of good service.

Jill and the team at All Pro always do a great job on my Subaru, and it is hard finding shops willing to work on Subarus. Ive been using them for three years now, and the experience is always very positive. When my brakes stopped functioning properly I took the car to them and Jill found a replacement master cylinder, new, at an incredible price. Their prices are very fair, but I continue to go back to them because I feel they are very honest. The most important aspect of any service company is whether or not I feel I can trust them, and All Pro has my complete trust.

My husband has been going here for 10 years now and theyve serviced three of his vehicles, his sons cars, and recently, our friends girlfriends BMW. Her car went into limp mode and another place wanted $2100 to do what All Pro could do for $1300, so she took her car to All Pro, upon our suggestion. They fixed the issue but because its a BMW and they like to make it impossible for you to have your car fixed anywhere else and without spending a lot of money, she had to have the vehicle towed to BMW for them to clear the electronic code in order to drive it again. (This is one of many reasons we love our Toyotas and Infinitis and wont drive a BMW!) Jill at All Pro felt bad that our friend had to spend another $400+ for the tow and fix at BMW, so she refunded her $200 to cover part of the cost, even though she didnt have to. Thats how ethical she is and one of the reasons why my husband continues to give them business. Theyre a small, family-owned shop but they do great work and take care of their customers.

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. It had many issues: brakes, leaky valve cover gasket, struts, belts, etc. I took my poor car to All Pro Autocare, Inc. in Wylie. I was given an estimate for the repairs, which I considered fair and below estimates from 2 other repair shops. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I, now, enjoy driving my car, again. Jill was amazing, very knowledgeable and honest. She was very straight forward about what needed to be done and what it was going to cost. I will be taking my car to All Pro, again, if needed. It is nice to find a place you can trust. I used to work on my own cars, so I am not ignorant when it comes to repairs. So, I know, if someone is trying to take me. I didnt have that problem here.

We took our car in for repair to several items. One of the major items was the air conditioner. We paid for $500 worth of repairs that included an evaporator a dryer, dye, gas, and plenty of labor. We went to use the air conditioner when it finally got warm enough outside... and to my dismay the AC didnt work at all.Upon returning the vehicle and explaining my disappointment, I was told that... and i quote... It was working when it left here. Against my better judgement, and knowing what was coming next, we left the car with them to find out what was wrong. the next morning when i called i was informed that the Top Hose was blown and The bottom hose has a leak... and I will have some pricing for the repairs later...How unprofessional is that! Charge me $500 for repairing the AC.. only to have me come back to CHARGE ME AGAIN!!! NO WAY... DONT DO IT!Run as fast and far as you can from these people... BE AFRAID!

I have been going to All Pro for many years now for all of my cars. They give excellent services and their work is always top notch. All Pro has always given me good / sound advice on the maintenance of my vehicles and when a problem does occur, they respond quickly and professionally. I trust them, not only with the my vehicle but also with the cars my wife and daughter drive everyday. As far as pricing, I have always found them to be more than fair and they always explain in detail (and in writing) the work done and cost for each step. I could not recommend them any higher. All Pro is my shop for life or for as long as I am living in north Texas anyway.

If I wanted to know what you thought of my “terrible” and “ugly” car I might have asked you. The only enjoyable thing about my ridiculous wait time was their dog Scarlett. My car was brought in for a Drain and Fill only to be told my radiator had black liquid in it which was likely oil. I believe they were trying to get me to pay for a full flush. But, my father in law a former mechanic checked it the day before and it was completely clear. I don’t make a lot of money and went here because they offered the cheapest price. Maybe the cheapest place isn’t always the best option unfortunately. But, after the 2 hour wait time for an at the longest 1 hour job and poor character and customer service to not just me but multiple other customers in store and even on the phone line too. I will not be coming back to this shop again.

I have been going to All Pro Auto in Wylie for 15+ years. They are so honest and do great work. In fact, we moved near Downtown Dallas, and we still bring our Tahoe to them for repairs.

Highly recommend them for any repairs from cars to trailers . I’ve been here a lot of times . And seen them working on everything . Very nice honest people . Most places say you have all these problems with your car when yo I take it to them, but here they know exactly what it is and don’t try to add things .

Been using All Pro Autocare since 1998, before they moved to Martinez Ln. Theyve done our brakes, transmission service, Body Control Module issues, alignments. We have them inspect used vehicles before We buy because We trust their evaluations. Will keep going there until they retire.

Wouldnt come back. Had a hood release button replaced. Told me it broke cause my hood latch is not releasing, never had a problem with that till they start working on it.. Also they left a lot of blood on my drivers door and in the front of my hood. Not professional at all, health risk from the blood to the pet in doors.
