This was truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a car repair. Alston and Jason really showed their expertise with uncommon professionalism. Customer service was the best, even under an extremely heavy foot traffic and phone inquiries. My only regret was that I didnt get to spend more time in the customer lounge. It was well worth the hour drive. Thank you guys!

My father took the car to them for inspection and he had an accident few days ago. So car was damaged from the back and indicator light was not working. Even a blind man can see but they didn’t tell him to fix the light first otherwise inspection will not pass. They charge him 25 dollars did inspection and after that they told him that your inspection. Is failed. Sorry but this is very shady business practice. Disappointed!!!

Their time management skills could use some work. I now know ready in an hour means enjoy a day paying for transportation or inconveniencing your friends and family if you need to get around. If you decide to wait... pack a couple John Grisham novels, even then you may not have enough to occupy yourself for the day ahead.Additionally, to say that these people are honest businessmen would be a lie.While car maintenance is a constant thing, I do not believe my air filters need to be changed every time I walk through their door.

I visited the Wylie store to do coolant and brake flush and Ms Nicole helped me out and took care of it. Without appointment, my repair was done in less than 2 hours. I m very pleased with the service staffs.

Alex went above-and-beyond in finding very hard to find tires for my vehicle. Very customer-focused and easy to work with. I appreciate you guys!

I had a 9am appointment for an alignment on a Sunday morning due to having all new front end parts installed by a mobile mechanic. I was told a 2 hour wait with having an appointment due to someone ahead of me with the same time appointment. The wait doesn’t bother me as long as the job gets done and done correctly. Writing this as I sit and wait. We shall see.

The Firestone in Wylie on FM544 is great! Carlos is awesome and working with him is always smooth. He is honest, knowledgable and informative of whats needs to be done. Definitely a place to get your oil change or whatever car repairs you need. Im sad and happy at the same time to hear Chris got promoted. Exceptional customer service!

First time at Firestone. Went in for new tires and a lifetime alignment. They have a large waiting area so I was able to work while I waited. They are very curtious, attentive and able to answer all my questions.

Extremely inconsiderate people who dont care to accurately communicate with customers or treat you like a person once they have your car. To the point that they will literally hang up the phone on a customer for asking about their car. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable behavior, especially from a company who controls such a necessity for daily life as a vehicle. Do not entrust them with your car if you need it back in any reasonable amount of time or if you would like updates or communication concerning your car.

Both of our vehicles are older and difficult from time to time. Firestone is always professional and helpful while not pressuring us to do extra unessential work. In addition, when there are issues they are quick to offer additional support and help to resolve any problems.

I had oil change with this store before. Now I have been to the store for 3 days in a row for the oil change and every time the tech told me that he is fully booked for the day. I tried to schedule the appointment online and never got confirmation email or the call from the store. I went to kwik kar and the tech told me firestone put some locks during my last oil change and it is risky for kwik kar to remove, so Id better to go to firestone to do the oil change. I am not sure whether it is legal that firestone put some locks without informing me ? It is ridiculous that firestone used this way to trap the customers that they can not handle.

If you see 5 star reviews, it’s probably because the shop will give you $20 off for doing so. I wouldn’t believe a word of any of these glowing reviews.Their lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy cost us time and money during this visit. From the car not being ready when they said it would, to not bothering to let us know so we wasted trips and couldn’t make alternative plans to get to work, to charging more than expected, to just showing a complete lack of concern for us as customers, this was the worst and likely last visit we’ll ever make to Firestone. We’ve had all our cars fixed here so many times, but I don’t see how we can do it again. You shouldn’t either.

If I could give Firestone in Wylie less than one star I would, but I can not. This Firestone is literally one of the worst places of business. They outrageously upcharge for all thier parts. I do understand up charging in a business to make your money, but 3-4 times the amount, if not more for a part is ridiculous. Then, they say it will be one more hour for 8 hours straight. That is juat unprofessional. If its going to take 8 hours, they need to tell you it will be 8 hours. Not tell you one more hour everytime you call to check up on it. If y plan on having you vehicle worked on at Firestone, expect to not have a vehicle for a day or more. I am so disgusted with the service I have received.

They did a great job! Got an oil change, state inspection, and tire alignment. Its my first time at this location, but Firestone has always gone out of their way to make sure I get a great deal.

I always go here and the technicians are always helpful and knowledgeable. They contact me quickly and let me know of any problems ahead of time. I have always had fast and wonderful service here.

Visit on 6/11/21. The Techs and manager at Firestone (Wylie) were nice enough to show me my alignment specifics before adjusting. Not customary because you get a copy afterwards but I wanted to review beforehand since I just completed major suspension work. Nice and courteous staff

Got 4 tires at a great deal and ceramic brake pads and rotors. Alex was very knowledgeable about the tires and runs the front very efficiently! Thanks for working with me! Ill definitely use Firestone again!

Drove up at 6:40pm with a donut tire with my firestone tire in the trunk they got me a new replacement and I was driving by 7pm! awesome service

I had a great experience with Firestone in Wylie. My car had a fuel leak that I didn’t know about and Jose who happens to be a mechanic helped me in the parking lot on his day off. He diagnosed the problem for me and immediately ordered a part and had me fixed up the next day. Service was excellent

Went for regular oil change, rotation and alignment. Was recommended other services tune up, cabin and engine air filter, coolant system flush.Went to pick up my car as they called and saidwas ready. Paid my invoice. Went to car and started it to realize change oil sign is still on. Mechanic apologized for not changing it. They took it, changed it and handed the keys.Started the car and left, on first signal car started drive funny and engine light came on. Went back and while I was waiting thought to check coolant as they recommended me to flush the whole thing was bone dry, as part of this they should have filled it back.. messed up.. look at the picture I took..No words for the sevice, I have been taking my car to Firestone for years, and first time with such service.

Awesome place and awesome staff. Before coming to Firestone I went to a different shop(wont mention the shops name) and its was a horrible experience. Then came to Firestone and talked to Chris first who was excellent at what he does he got us in quick n with no problems and informed us what we needed. Than came in the next day to finish the job and worked with Alex who was also great. He made sure the job got done good and in good timing. Overall excellent experience at this shop.

I had a tire low on air, had a nail in the sidewall and while I was there for that, it was coming up for an oil change, so I had that also.

My husband took our car here for an inspection. Mind you, our car has been running fine and we’ve had zero issues with it BEFORE bringing it here. When my husband left AFTER the car passed inspection and pulled out of the parking lot, the temp sensor came on. My husband pulled over and checked all fluids and everything was fine, however, the car would not go over 5mph. We had to have the car towed to ANOTHER firestone location to have it looked at. They said there was a crack around the temp sensor and would cost $500 for repairs. How? How has my car been perfectly fine UNTIL I brought it to Firestone?This is my second experience with them. The first was when we went in for an oil change and they told us we had an oil leak. Again, our car was running fine and there had been no indication of a leak. They put in some fluid and told me to drive it for a week to see if they can identify where the leak was coming from. No leak. None.This place is so unprofessional and take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I would be cautious before taking your car here....you may walk out with MORE damage than you walked in with.

Came here to get a alignment. Very friendly staff and quick to do the service. If you have a truck lifted with big tires this place has the machinery to do the alignment for you at a reasonable cost. I opted for the lifetime alignment plan as it will save you money in the long run. Will be coming back soon for the next alignment!

My experience was great, car was ready when they said itd be ready. I asked Alex if I could have a vopy of inspection so I could send it out for my registration sticker and he informed me that I could go to Kroger and do it. Alex seems like he loves his job because he is so outgoing and has a grwat attitude. I will certainly be back in a few months when my next vehicle needs its inspection.

Had several issues this week with my Dodge 1500. Service dept was helpful and explained the repairs required. Suspension, oil change, inspection & alignment completed in one day to our satisfaction. Their staff worked with my warranty company quickly, which saved big $$. Recommend Firestone for your auto needs.

I visited this location for the first time today for some help in putting my license plates on as I did not have the proper equipment to drill them in place. I was met at one of the bays by Chris who was very kind enough to stop and help me! He was very attentive and speedy.

I appreciate the service I received from the Sale man Jose 544 location. He was very nice and helpful. My only objective, was the technician didnt practice personal safety measures for my satisfaction. I noticed others worker with face mask. Thats my only complaint.

Alright, so another FireStone review. Other than the fact that they inspected my car and did that just fine. I go to pick up my vehicle to find my windows are down and my doors are unlocked. Seriously?! Although my car might be a little messy. It’s not all trash. Most of that stuff in there are my belongings. Things that could’ve gotten stolen. Things I spent my money on. Thank you to the guy that dealt with me and apologized. But it did not seem quite sincere. Hopefully it was for anybody else’s sake. Thankful to live in a good area but there’s bad people all around. I keep trying to give fire stone more chances. But I’ve been lied to my face and all kinds of other things. Who knows how much longer I will be with them.
