Came here with a flat tire, the front staff was extremely nice and fixed my flat in a timely manner, didn’t try to sell me anything I knew I didn’t need which I appreciated, definitely will be returning if I need further service

Worst experience I have ever had to get a simple oil change. They tried to hold my car hostage telling me I needed. New oil pan $600. Told me the pan was stripped/lost treading. They changed my oil last two times so if it is stripped it was because of them. Somehow I was able to get my car back because I argued with them and they said they put in an oversized plug… seems like a new oil pan was all of a sudden not needed. Very shady business practices going on here and I will never be back

Needed an emergency alignment after a collision so we could drive to safety. NTB said they could get to it at 3pm, at 4:30 we returned to the shop to wait for our car in person. They had not TOUCHED our vehicle and we have been sitting around for over two hours in an emergency situation waiting to drive safely. If they said they couldn’t have helped us, we would have completely understood but instead they took a terrible situation for our family and made it SO MUCH WORSE.Do not bring your car here, they are untrustworthy and heartless villains.

I left a newly acquired 2006 BMW 325i with this shop last Saturday. I explained that it had been sitting up for years(only 67k miles) and needed a front end alignment and full service oil change among other services. After calling other shops and being told they won’t touch German cars, the gentleman at NTB assured me they could handle it and that one of their technicians owned a BMW. I get my car back, and they explain: there is an oil pan leak that will cost $1001 to fix, I need 4 new tires because the ones on the car were dry rotted and that they were able to align all for points, mount/balance tires with a special they had if I bought 4 tires. I got the tires, alignment and oil change.Fast forward two days, I’m having really sluggish acceleration and the car doesn’t want to start. I’m curious about the condition of the air intake because I’m considering adding K&N parts so I do a little digging and what do I find? The ORIGINAL air filter in the air box from 2006!!! How the heck can I know you even changed my oil when you didn’t even change the air filter? What else did they skip? Someone needs to answer about this! the filter was full of dead leaves, feathers and junk!

I took my Honda PCX 150 in because my valve stem was leaking. Robert and Ricky jumped right on my tire and I got my stem replaced! Im a HAPPY scooter rider once again. THANK YOU Robert and Ricky! Any work you need done, go check these guys out! They are wonderful!!!!

NTB Wylie is the place to go for car maintenance and tires. This isnt your average service center. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and diligent in there work. While most car places make you feel like youre walking into a foreign land, this NTB is very welcoming and doesnt make you feel like a clueless dolt. I have to give a special shout out to Christy. She has helped me on numerous occasions. Thanks!

I bought a 13 year old used car about 6 months ago and I’ve had some major problems with it in the last two months - but Robert Lindquist at Wylie NTB was a life saver. He was patient with me; he was honest about the issues with my car; and he was a true professional - getting my car running again in a matter of hours. His expertise and efficiency made it safer, faster and cheaper than all of the other shops in town. If you’re having car troubles, I wouldn’t go to anyone else except Robert at NTB.

Went in for a couple of things; oil change and my check engine light had come on. The guys in there were super polite and very quick! Ended up needing a new thermostat (which is what caused the light to come on). They made a phone call, got the part, swapped them out, changed the oil, checked the tires and other miscellaneous things while I waited. Very satisfying experience at the NTB in Wylie!

Everytime I bring my car(s) to them, I never had any issues with their service such as tire rotations, oil changes, brake and rotor replacements, etc.Staff are very knowledgeble, courteous and friendly. If they do not have the items available at hand, they will place the order for the needed items and assist you with an appointment to bring your car in at a later date.Their environment is always clean with no problems. Restroom is presentable and clean as well. Free WiFi is available but can be slow if you are going to play a mobile game so its better to use your carrier service; Im almost certain going to a regular website wont be an issue but to be fair, I didnt try going to a website...not a biggie lol. Overall, you will be satisfied with this location.

Dont take nothing to them they know just enough to get by.. they couldnt brake a little drag link in my front end guy said Ive had a pipe wrench on an it want move. probably because it pinches it self together to keep it from turning.. anyone with any experience would have known that you just loosen the two bolts an turn it with your hand or a small bar.. then tried to quote me to replace it for $650

Yes I had gone up there earlier today for an inspection and the guy told me to come back. I came back and they said it might be an hour or two the other guy recognized me and was like oh wait get her right in I got in and out in no time. They were excellent and respectful Ill definitely go there again.

I had a nail in my tire that made it have to be replaced. I was going out of town the next day and they got me in and out at the end of the day 10 minutes before they closed. Thanks Adam & crew!!

This place is under new management. Their previous reputation is nothing like the new staff. The new manager is honest and working hard to restore their reputation. I went in to have new tires mounted and they took care of it efficiently and cheap. My mother had a noise coming from the rear of her car and they looked at it for free. Always smiling and courteous. Have won my business for good.

Good customer service but tured of having to go back due to tires no balanced right.

I had been having a hard time getting someone to help me with my battery issue on my car. The other location I went to did not seem to want to help or listen to what was actually wrong. I came to this location and Jesse and Jonathan were both extremely helpful. Restored my faith in NTB again! I was given great service and they actually took the time to understand what was wrong and made sure I left happy. Will only be using this location going forward! Thanks guys!

Ever since they have opened in Wylie they have been great. Jamie and Robert are awesome. The team in shop are great as well. They have always done a great job for my family and me.

My car was making loud screeching noises, brought it in and the guys found my brakes worn out. I was able to get my car repaired at a reasonable price and all in one day. My car stops great and no more terrible noise every time I stop. I have consistent good service here. The new store manager is very knowledgeable and personable. Looking forward to having as good a relationship with Jon as I did with Greg.

Best auto shop in Wylie! I have always had a great experience with the staff and work I have had done here. They have always been very honest and trustworthy.

I went here to go replace a battery for my car and a couple months later it was having issues starting back up, i then went back holding the warranty for the battery and they ran a test saying it was all good. Then the car wouldn’t start again so i went to jp euro down and garland and i was showed several warning codes that popped up in the diagnostic and not just that but it turns out the ntb didn’t even but the right battery in my car. So i go back to ntb so have it replaced with the correct battery on the second go around and i have a warranty. And they had the nerve to make me pay $150 for labor on a job that they screwed up the first time around. What kind of business does that? If anything i should have been compensated for such a poor experience just like any other business would have done. I do not recommend anyone to go to ntb, and definite no go if you drive a german car

The Shop and waiting room is very clean, also employees are helpful an accurate on every vehicles inspection.

Best experience Ive had at a car maintenance place. Being a woman, places tend to prey on us due to us not knowing much about cars and this was the first place Ive been to that did not take advantage of that. Very honest people doing great work. The facility has television, free WiFi, and coffee which definitely makes the wait as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this place and their staff.

This is the worst place you can take your car for tire changes. I have been to this location the second time and they screw me over every time. Just because I have an expensive car (by their standards) doesn’t mean they can charge me for things I do not need. I had 2 tires installed by this location last year and on Wednesday I observed a bulge on the side wall on one of the tires. Took it to the place on Friday thinking I will get the buy 2 get 2 for free. No my expensive car did not qualify for that discount. Then I asked them to prorate the tires and get some discounts. After installation I realized that they did not prorate both but just the one with the bulge on the wall. Plus after that my sensors didn’t work anymore to show the tire pressure. Took it back for them to work on it but they could not figure out how to do it. They send me to the dealer ship to have them reset the sensors or replace them. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a score it will be a zero (0).

My car works and they dont just get the great value cheap coffee for their comp coffee so, pretty good

I will never take my car any where else except here. They stand up to the real definition of integrity. I assumed they messed my car up spoke to the GM he assured that if I brought it back that he can help look at it and figure out what did happen. The tech and him both looked over the car and did help fix what was wrong but not do to there negligence. If your looking for an honest place to have your car taken care of I highly recommend NTB in Wylie! Thank you to you and your staff.

New NTB in Wylie, TX, my wife has been here a couple of times since it first opened. Ive been with her for her tires and oil changes. The staff are very professional and nice, theyve work with us on pricing. Great place to do business with and they dont push you to get something you dont need.

After having a miserable experience at a different location, corporate sent me to this location to solve my problems. I was in the worse frame of mind upon arrival because of all I had been through already, but these guys were amazing!!! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would go back to this store over and over again. I highly recommend them.

Went here thinking I needed an alignment, but was told everything looked fine. Saved me time and money, and they gave me a printout of my alignment specifications. Great service!

So, you can buy road hazard coverage on your tires. and supposedly that covers you for 12 months. But they will charge you for installation, mount and balance because its a new tire. If you are outside that year, you get a pro rated discount on a new tire. My tires, 13 months ago were $97 each. I got a screw in the sidewall, and wow, it cost me $94 to get a new tire. My savings were eaten up by the BS charges to mount, install and balance my new tire. Now, had they been able to patch my tire, it would have been free, but to do that, the have to unmount, uninstall the tire, patch it, then mount, balance and install the tire again. Its actually more work to patch the tire as it requires the actual patching, whereas the new tire is simple mount, balance and install. This is a racket and you lost my business, and my 6 cars. The managers basically have a Tough $h!t attitude toward you pointing this out. The customer service attitude is garbage.

I hate tire stores, and this place really impressed me. Im not a huge fan of NTBs prices, but every time Ive been to any of their locations, Ive had a good experience. Good way to get around any price objection is to do your homework, shop their competition, and they will match prices.This particular location impressed me because there was no car-sales mentality. They price-matched, hustled on getting the tires on, wrapped the tires they took off (so I could keep them as spares), and had me in and out in an hour. They are also very knowledgeable, and answered very pointed questions, very accurately and directly.

The team at the Wylie NTB location was helpful, thorough, and prompt in the service they provided. They were sure to provide me with any available rebates and explain how to redeem those. Ill return to their location for future needs.

I spent amorning at NTB to get tires, oil change and state inspection. Ended up fixing brakes too.Pros: all in one place. The service is quick. From 8:15am to 10:30 am.Cons: You need to be aware of the so call specials on tires where you buy two tires and get two free tires. Catch is you need to buy the tire package that includes alignment and other fees. I refused it and got two tires only for $60 each.I am not happy that they still charged me other hidden fees that I was not aware and I was not asked about: life tire balancing, rotation, flat repair and warranty.State inspection is $5 cheaper in other places. Break service (front) was almost $400. Please review attached photo for details.I will be back since I paid for the life of tire services and break warranty but I dont know how easy and friendly will be to get those free services and wait time in the future. I will update the post.

Took car in because I couldnt check my transmission fluid without lifting the car so I was going to have them flush it. They couldnt because the mileage was too high for a first time change. However they checked the fluid level for me for free. Work out great.

I hadnt had a problem here until this Saturday. First I want to say the employees are not at fault. The leadership is at fault. I went in to get my tires rotated this Saturday on of the employees was told by the service manager to tell me that one of my wheel lug stud was stripped while it was being removed. It was obvious that it was crossthreaded at the tip. The service manager tried to talk to me like Im an idiot, was very condescending. He tried to lie to me and he became upset because I called him out on it. He tried to show me the video to prove he was right instead of fixing the situation they caused, he tried to charge me to fix it.

I travel a lot for work. I am basically 2 hours away from home.The worst thing that can happen is car trouble. Of course tonight at 7pm when I went to head home I realized I had a flat tire. I cannot thank The gentlemen that helped me tonight by patching my tire. Thank you so much.

Went in for my 5k mile oil change, made the appointment online. No muss, no fuss in and out pretty quickly. The place is very clean, staff is super nice Ill be back next time.

Sent my girlfriend over to get an oil change heard they were good. walked out with a $70 oil change completely took advantage of her. Dont trust these people to not take advantage. by the way her Honda holds less than 4 quarts of oil do the math on how much per quart they are charging.

They do a fantastic job of getting us in and out quickly. They are personal and thorough.

I have to say, the service manager that helped me was really nice and helpful. That’s about all the good. Not going to say bad things, but I definitely prefer Discount Tire in Greenville.

Guy saw me inside. Took him 5 minutes to come inside and acknowledge that I was there. When he walked inside he went to the furthest till with no eye contact and asked what I needed. He was staring at the computer. I said I needed am inspection. He said did you say an inspection? I said yes. He said he didnt have anyone there certified. I said okay. He walked away. Will never go back.

Came in for a simple oil change. Car was pulled into the bay at 9:15. Now it is 10:15 and they have not even begun to refill with oil. If the employees moved any slower they would fall over. They have stood around smoking and eating donuts while my car was on the rack. Will not use them again nor will I recommend them. Very poor service.

A couple of weeks ago, I took my 2012 F-150 4x4 in to have the left front wheel bearing assembly replaced which had gone bad. Greg the store manager had shown me the condition of the wheel bearing on a previous visit which I greatly appreciated. They replaced the wheel bearing and Greg gave me a great price on the effort. Unfortunately, the 4WD Actuator went out on that wheel later in day and apparently caused new wheel bearing to fail. I took the truck back the next day and Greg confirmed issue with new bearing (discovered later that actuator had failed apparently causing issue). For my trouble having to return my truck for repair, they replaced the wheel bearing again at no charge AND put on a new actuator at no charge also!! Greg also for my trouble went ahead and turned my rotors which had become warped and were causing a vibration when braking. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by Greg and his team... They were very professional and cordial and did right by me and made things right. I would highly recommend to anyone needing service on their vehicle that they go by and see Greg and his folks at the Wylie NTB.

Fast friendly and great prices

Greg, Christy and Jeremy always take car of my when I bring my fleet vehicles in. I decided to take my personal vehicle in the other day after I had put it in a collision repair center. The repair center told me that everything was okay with the vehicle. Greg showed me several spots where the vehicle was faulty and may have saved my life. The tie rod wasnt tightened down by the collision center, as well as a few minor things. He told me to stop driving it till it was fixed because it was causing abnormal wear and tear on my tire and if it popped off the tire couldve wondered around and damaged my Tahoe. I really appreciate everything these people have done for me!

I went here today for a routine rotation and balance only to be informed that the Mesquite location had given me the wrong lugnuts AND overtorqued and stripped most of them (a second time, mind you). I always watch the techs anytime anything is done to my vehicle and I noticed they were very thorough in inspecting my car when it was lifted, which I most definitely appreciate. Jonathan was patient and super helpful pointing out what all I needed done (other than the obvious mistake from the other location) and did not pressure me in any way to spend money I didnt need to spend. He ordered the CORRECT parts and I will be getting my issue (that should never have been an issue in the first place) resolved in a timely manner. I live in Mesquite, but after today, I will be making the drive to Wylie to get QUALITY service where I know the technicians actually pay attention and care about the people they help. Driving my vehicle is my job and knowing that these guys are thorough and attentive makes all the difference.

Very unprofessional when a manager sends his co workers to do his job for him as he is looking through the door windows. Blamed our mechanic for doing dirty work to end up doing the same thing and not fixing the issue at all at least our mechanic stood by his word and gave us the money back. This place is as typical as going to a jiffy lube. Go somewhere else

I am not happy with my service. The lady at the front was nice and professional but the guy that did my oil change looked like he didnt care about my vehicle and as a mechanic or employee of a company that provides service to vehicles, I would think that he would care about his work and the safety of the customer that will be driving the vehicle that he was TRUSTED to work on. Again I went in for a simple oil change. He had such a hard time taking the fasteners off the tray that covers the oil filter, etc. I could tell he was upset because i was watching him from the pretty window they have in the waiting area. He took them off finally then picked them up from the ground BUT not all of them. There were 7 and he only put back 4, i only saw one on the ground after he pulled out my car so I asked the front desk lady to get it for me and to please tell the guy to check if he missed one and yup he sure did. I came home and went under the car with a flash light (like i always do) and sure enough the other two are missing. Now im even wondering if he used new oil (the container the oil was in looked shady) and if he changed my oil filter at all because he did it so fast and in a rush. I was charged $67 for that.... Im not happy. Never going there again. Walmart has done a better job than this place.

Im not a fan of NTB as a whole, primarily because of poor service from other locations throughout the DFW area, but despite some initial misunderstandings Greg and his team at this location worked hard to make things right and deliver exceptional service, offering discounts and price cuts to make up for it. If anything I would say dont judge this location based on all others, because they do actually know what theyre doing.

I had all 4 tires replaced on my car today and I have to say this is one of the best NTBs I have been to in the Dallas area.The staff was very friendly and they promptly got my car in and out while I waited. The waiting room is clean and seats are comfortsble plus had a window into where you can see the progeess on your car.

I just left the NTB location in Wylie, Texas. I came in with a trailer tire that had a nail in it and needed to get that repaired. I did not ask the price for the repair because I’ve never paid more than $10-$15 for such repair anywhere. After waiting 40 minutes to get the tire fixed it cost $23. Those are the last $23 NTB will get from me.
