Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and an issue with a power lock on a mini-van door. They set expectations with me from the start and communicated properly about what all they could do. They were able to get the light figured out and told me flat out that they knew a body shop that would be better to handle my issue with the power lock upon further inspection. I was very happy that they told me this cause it takes someone who knows what theyre doing to know their limitations and to say so. I will be bringing my vehicles there in the future cause they do good work and are easy to trust.

This shop was fast and and customer service was great. From the time I called and spoke to Greg to me dropping my vehicle off the next day for brake repairs and oil change it was smooth and they informed me the issues with my vehicle and I was able to get it repaired. Good work will come back for more work in the future.

Check engine light came on in my car and I called Greg and he said he had a full schedule for the day but would do his best to get it in and fixed as I was in a rush. Not only did he get it done in time but at a very good price as well! Very happy with my experience with Bob and Daves Garage.

My experience here was definitely not positive! My air conditioner wasnt working so they checked for a leak. At first, they said they couldnt find it;then they said they found it, added freon and charged me almost $350. To actually fix the air conditioner, they gave me an estimate of almost $600!That seemed too high so I took my car for a 2nd opinion. This business( meineke)checked the air conditioner for the leak,found it and didnt even charge me! Their estimate to fix it is over $100 cheaper, plus I paid $350 to Bob &Daves,all for nothing!! Im not taking my car back there again!!

By the far the best auto repair shop in town. Best experience I’ve ever had! I would give this place 10 stars if possible. The owner is the most honest and trustworthy guy within the auto repair world. Crew is amazing and get the work done promptly and correctly, always tell what you need and what can wait. The employees are nice and have always been quick. However, the issues never seem to be totally fixed. My vehicle is still making noises and when we took it in again, they said they couldn’t hear anything.Regarding the cost, it always seems to be higher than what was expected. Labor seems inflated. Additionally, we were mailed a coupon and a gift card, but when we went to use them, they said we could only use the coupon.

Ive known Todd for over 30 years, I can trust him just had a tire balance for me.

They called with an estimate right away. Also suggested having another thing done at the same time and I wouldnt be charged labor because they would have to remove the part I needed repaired to fix another problem. They also gave me estimates on other things I need done and told me what needs to be done right away and what could wait to be fixed...

Straight forward, cut me some slack on the hourly charge.

Both times my vehicles were repaired, the actual cost came in lower than the estimate. Because of a faulty part, one expensive repair had to be re-done. These honest guys charged me NOTHING when the repair had to be done again. They go over and above to be helpful and fair.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a garage! They went above and beyond to not only make sure that my car was taken care of, but that I was receiving the best price possible. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and made sure that all measures were taken to make sure that the issue was resolved quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this garage!

Bob & Dave’s is the place to go! They helped try to diagnose a problem with my van when nobody else would and then did some major work on my Envoy just a few days later. They’re honest people, extremely friendly and do a great job. They even call to follow up and see how your car is running! Bob & Daves Garage is one of the best places I have ever been to. They took such great care of my car and helped me understand what the issue was and gave me great options on what to do. Had a Friend tell me about this place. Luckily Im a mechanic myself Jack of Most trades. This place told my friend what was wrong with her car only to be found out that was really never the problem. Over charge for parts and labor. Its almost criminal what they do charge. Better off looking for YouTube videos on how to fix your vehicle. Money spent somewhere else.

I had my motor replaced from Bob & Daves last year right around this time on a reference from a friend. I will admit they did a speedy job on replacing the motor and being very friendly when I brought up my concerns. But I am still disappointed with the fact that he hey will not stand by the work they performed on my vehicle.When I received the vehicle back from the shop it ran smooth for the first couple weeks but then it started leaking transmission fluid from the PTU I talked to the shop about it but he stated it wasnt their fault but said he would split the cost with me becuase of all the work they had done on it which I will admit was nice of him, nor am i placing any blame on him for this it was just something that happened. About 3 weeks after this it started leaking transmission fluid from the bell housing. I once again talked to the shop who said it wasnt their fault which I took his word on and decided it would be more cost effective for me to fix the issue myself. When tore everything apart I found the shop forgot to replace the critical alignment pins in the transmission prior to mating to the motor. When I brought it up to him he said they are only guides and not mandatory to be installed, but when I talked to multiple transmission shops they all say that those pins are mandatory and not just a guide. I think that because it is such an expensive and time consuming fix they will not warranty their work. I would even be willing to spend part of my time helping them perform the work for free to free up one of the techs that work full time their but I doubt management will be all for this nor would the insurance they have probably be up for this as well but it is a thought.

Outrageously overpriced and was not told about the $108 diagnostic fee beforehand. The mechanic failed to reconnect a spark plug before I left which caused my car to almost break down two blocks away. Horrible experience!

Called for a quote on having an alternator replaced and was told there were many different versions for my vehicle (not true) and given a price range that began a hundred dollars higher than the other shops I called. They either dont want the work or are trying to rip you off!
