Great place for storage. Good people work there.

Terrible experience. Nobody answers the phone, nobody is there when they say they are open, forget to give pertinent information, lots of excuses instead of resolutions. Terrible place, don’t leave your valuables to incompetence.

This is a terrible business, over priced, bad customer service, it smells bad, and it’s hard to get a hold of someone when you have a problem.

Ive been with on guard mini storage for 15 years and I could not have picked a better place the service is great they keep the grounds up and looking very neat the place is clean Ive had no problems with rodents bugs I have to give them a five-star outstanding try them youll really like the service and the hospitality

This storage unit NEVER answers the phone. I’ve tried calling 2 times and both times they never picked up. The directory inside the gates is also very unclear and confusing. Would take someone hours just to find their unit if they didn’t have someone who explained it.

Have used different storage companies over the years, On-Guard is by FAR THE BEST!!!!! Wish I could give more than 5 🌟s. Its the ONLY storage unit I would recommend!!! I wont use any other company for my storage needs!!!! Thanks On-Guard team, U ARE an asset to this community and ur customer service is exemplary!!!!!! Wish u many, many more successful years!! Much Appreciation! There is a review that said the office smelled, it never did when I was there and it was ALWAYS clean and orderly!

Manager was very nice and pleasure to work with. The price is very reasonable love that there is no extra fees you do have to buy a lock from them but thats it.I would definitely recommend it to other people this should be your first storage choice.

The store manager is an all around Gem. Caring and professional. Besides the lowest in storage prices, the place is clean, feels safe and lots of room to move. Yea, there service is worth it.
