Lehman Volvo (Jason in service) is top notch. I have a Volvo dealer in my town of Lancaster but drive to Lehman in York because they are so much more attentive to my needs and will bend over backwards to fit me in when needed. Their sales team is second to none esp. compared to Stadel Volvo in Lancaster. I went to Lehman in 2018 and got a much better deal from Bob in sales. He was so much easier to work with and a super nice guy!

After a positive experience purchasing a car in March, we returned to 5 months later to buy another. Unfortunately, Volvos all-electric vehicle feels very much like a beta version and has given us a lot of problems, which started with about 150 miles on the odometer. We have found the dealership lacks the needed familiarity with this product to stand behind it. This is our last purchase at Lehman and quite possibly our final Volvo in general.

Last week I purchased a Volvo S60 from Steven Migash at Lehman Volvo.Bottom line, it was the best car buying experience I have had to date (and I will admit to being a tad over... 40). Heres why:First, Steven and Lehman offered a great deal. Believe me, I spent many hours scouring all major car search sites for deals. I landed at Lehman, and got a Certified Pre-owned car at a better price than many lesser equipped and non-certified vehicles. And the financing they offered was unbeatable.Second, Steven is all about customer service. Hes friendly, down to earth, and easygoing, the opposite of the salesperson stereotype. After I purchased the car, Steven went through it with me in detail - showing me how to customize a settings profile and also taking the time to ensure that my Volvo On Call was set up and functional. I really appreciate this latter item because setting it up yourself is a real pain (and I know this from having done it 3 months earlier for my wifes car - because that other dealer didnt take the time to do it!)Finally, at no point was I pressured in the least!! Not at all. Zero. I didnt get any sale after the sale - I think for the first time ever at a dealer.When I have an exceptional buying experience like this, I feel it is only right that I share it. Really appreciate the way Lehman handled the sale and repair of a pre-owned S60. We agreed to buy the car prior to seeing it in person. Wayne did a great job of letting us know the condition of the vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle was as described. After driving home, we found a few small issues (homelink defect and sun roof a bit wonky - things not easily found during test drive evaluation). The folks at Lehman didn’t hesitate to tell us to bring the vehicle back so they could remedy the issues. Not every dealer would stand behind a pre-owned vehicle in such a manner. I was looking for a specific model of V60 wagon. Online I saw Lehman had a corporate, preowned, CPO certified 2020 V60 r-design, with the Polestar upgrade. As I live in Ohio, I couldnt take a 6 1/2 hour drive to check it out. I inquired online and Wayne Staib responded immediately. Jason in Service has always been professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand what is being done to our car. My car is there today and I guarantee I will have the same pleasant service as always. Parked car and couldnt get key out of ignition. That is why it went for repair. After going to my second stop and key wouldnt come out, I called Jason immediately in Service very upset. Jason asked me to bring car right back and said he had a car I could use for my inconvenience. I told Jason what I research and what needed done. He was familiar with the repair and agreed. Jason was not there during the initial appointment when I said what was happening. I still give a 5 star rating!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TEAM WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I personally love this place. Always has high quality parts. My concern however, is with Jason in service who seems to feel that he is above doing certain smaller services. I was told to take my business elsewhere because he didnt wanna do that. I never expected this level of unprofessionalism after having my car serviced there multiple times. I will definitely continue to buy parts from here but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We had looked at the Infinitis, but Wayne was the main reason we decided on purchasing a Volvo. We stopped in to ask questions and he was very informative and could answer all our questions. More than helpful and totally knew all about it. Very pleased with the dealership also, top notch. We talked to the owner and he made us feel very comfortable speaking with him. We couldnt be any happier with our first Volvo.
