I searched online for a car to replace my dying one. I searched near and far, and found this place in York. Im an hour and a half away. I looked at the inventory and found my car I wanted. I found another identical one at a big dealership, I went and test drove it, and it was the worst sales experience I ever had. I came to Tyler run next day and when I showed up they were nice and friendly. Not pushy at all. I drove the 2 I had in mind. They worked it out with me and stayed late to finish the sale. Was great experience and I love my car.

My son bought a car from Tyler Run but I was with him the whole time. The place has nice cars, affiliated with larger dealers, and nice sales people. Steve S. was cool and pleasant. Not willing to move on price but everybody still walked away happy. All in all it was a easy car buying experience.

I usually don’t write bad reviews at all never ever even used them. I can say that the people in the office are very kind. But I bought a car about nine months ago, and a month into it I heard a noise that I wasn’t to happy about in the steering. I was told to schedule a appointment with the mechanic which I did. He supposedly fixed it. About a week ago that same problem came up and the whole draft steer is busted along with a couple other parts that a take me 2500 to fix. I never hit anything and I took very good care of the car. I paid 8,000$ for a car I only got to use nine months. Now I’m at the dealership trying to get another one. People I won’t say not to go here but make sure you watch and see what kind of cars you are getting from here. I’m very displeased and I referred a lot of people here because of the people let’s just say I won’t be doing that again. I hope this review helps someone out there more than it helped me cause now I’m struggling to get another car.

Dale was very helpful with our purchase, allowing multiple test drives to be sure of our choice. Bought a car her a little while back and had no problems with it. There was no sales pressure and they seemed like very honest people. They helped out with some minor problems with the car after buying it with absolutely no hassle. I would definitely recommend looking to buy a car from here.

Really enjoyed the customer service

Bought a car being told everything was inspected and good to go. Leave the lot 2k miles later rear struts and shocks are bad. Brakes needed replaced. Now transmission is gone less than 4k miles later. Never received registration and its been months. Multiple calls with excuses until today they say theyll contact me first thing next week.

Main advertisement on their website bad credit no problem -- so i called them, explained i had 4k down payment on an 8k car - 50% down payment !!! guy on the phone didnt wanna deal with me and just had a nonchalant overall lazy attitude about him. ANY half decent dealer can get anyone with a 14 year job history with same employer and 4k down on an 8k car a loan, even if the apr is 15-23% & i was more than willing to accept that apr. i was from out of state & ready to fly down there or have the car shipped to me via U-ship which is very common/regular. i even applied online via their website after the call. i was never called back or responded to in any way. guess they didnt want to sell a car. a few days later i called another out of state dealership, they ran my credit had me approved at 11% with 5k down on a 10500 car which was fine with me - flew to the dealership and drove my car home ! there was a specific car i wanted - a black or red 6 speed 98-02 trans am with under/around 100k miles. anyhow, got a black one from another dealer that simply wanted to sell a car ..... guess tyler run auto didnt feel like selling a car/making their 1500 or so profit that day or any day after, as they never responded to me.

Nice vehicle but they lied and said it was a buy here pay here and they tried to ruin my credit when the car went to junk
