Michelle and Jesse are the best! I have never seen two people work so efficiently. They make an excellent team. They have superb customer service skills. Cricket should be proud to have these two as representatives of this company. They deserve raises! I watched them handle other customers in the store and they have vast knowledge and positive attitudes to difficult customers! They are great!!

Michelle B. was amazing. She went out of her way to help my siblings and I. She helped all of us get all new phones. She also stayed late to help us set up our phones. I would definitely recommend. She is cheerful and strives to help all her customers. It was certainly the best expierence with phones we have had yet.

Went here to switch becuase I couldnt take it anymore from metro, jesse here at cricket was an awesome guy, helped us get everything set up and because of that my parents are now switching from metro too, thanks jesse...keep up the good work 😎 p.s. the service through cricket is leaps and bounds better then metro, didnt know what I was missing.

I need to give a shout out to Breanna (spelling?)at the East York Cricket store. We stopped in on Friday to replace my husbands phone since the screen shattered. There were two people ahead of us and Breanna was working alone. She did a phenomenal job of multitasking to get us all in and out quickly. She was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was super impressed by her!

Michelle was awesome! She was very patient and helpful. Gave a great deal on five phones after I made a boneheaded purchase the day before on an upgrade with Metro PCS. Thank you Michelle for helping transfer over stuff from our old phones!! I highly recommend!

Got my Daughter a new phone went in earlier in the week the phone was out of stock Michelle ordered to come in on Sunday so we returned. Michelle was great to work with and my daughter is very happy with her new phone will be back when we need upgrades.

Bad phone service bad data call Customer Service around 20 times I was promised a month service and lied to they basically stole my money the towers are bad not working stay away from cricket go with someone else or you’re going to waste your money
