I have been to this Boost store several times in the past and have always been satisfied with the customer service. Today I went back to get a new Samsung phone and the Store Manager - Shawn helped me out and I was in and out very quickly. Great service and I will be back for my next phone. Thank-you Shawn.
The girl that helped me in the store was good. Now over the phone thats a NO👎👎, I tried activating a phone they gave me the runaround and all I needed was a new sim card in which I suggested if not they would have never had 🙄🙄😡😡

I upgraded my plan and bought a new Samsung. Paid in full at store on Memory Lane. Phone service was cut off the next day, because Nathaniel gave my phone number to someone else. I have been automatically billed every month since April for this persons phone charges. Not one person will take responsibility for this mistake! Shaun, Seth have done nothing to rectify THEIR mistake and just avoid my calls. They keep telling me that they are working on it? For 4 months? If I dont get this resolved, I will file a complaint with the BBB, and the PA Attorney Generals office.

They tell you that it will work on my dish and it doesnt and after taking it back for the second time they wont take it back or refund you the money back.

Love Boost. Crazy how apparently Sprint (all around worst cell provider) owns them but the service, employees, and pricing is unbelievably different. Thanks Nina for your phenomenal customer service! They need to pay you more or have you run this place!

Went into get new phone cracked screen on old one, always had good customer service and good deals on plans from boost for the money. Anyway back to the customer service like I said always good, but this time we had a gentleman by the name of Sedrick, absolutely one of the most professional customer service/ sales people I had in along time very noligable on products from boost and a great attitude to go with it hard to find these days glass full type guy that i just needed to do a reveiw on, the kind of man i would want running my business. THANKS SEDRICK

I spoke with Nina after calling three stores and support where she was the first one to help me. Im not happy with the service of the company but she was good and thats all I can say. Boast mobile gets 2 stars Nina gets 5.
Amazing went there after I stayed with ATT for years scared of switching but the staff was SO awesome and cool everything was so easy and hooked me up with an updated phone an threw on a case ALSO called a few weeks later just to check n make sure I was happy! AWESOME STORE AND PPL!!

Went to one boost mobile store he said we could get 4 phones but he didnt have them in stock, went to another store and two girls were working, well one was the other was playing on her phone, told her what we wanted she then tells us we cant get the 4 phones we can get 2 and gave to pay for the other 2 outright. Will never go there again the workers have no idea what they are doing.
I called ahead to make sure there were xfinity prepaid bundles available because I didnt want to make a 40 minute drive for nothing. A girl answered the phone and said they had two. I asked when they closed and she said 8:00pm. I got there at 7:25 and the girl working, same girl, said they had none. I said thats odd because I called less than an hour ago and you had two. Then she went on to explain how they did have ONE there but it was one that someone returned and she couldnt sell to me. IF that was true, then she must have just sold the two she told me she had in stock. And IF thats the case, why not just say, Im sorry maam, I just sold both of those in the last hour. If you want good service from boost go to the one on S. Queen Street! You wont regret it.
Do NOT go to BOOST Mobile on 701 Loucks Road York, PA if you are WHITE because those behind the counter arent.(You would have better luck with a SEEDLESS Watermelon).

Ive been here maybe 3 times to buy phones and have people try to screw me over 3 times. In July 2017 I bought a (At the time) $80 phone from them. I asked for the $35 a month plan and no insurance. The rep charged me $180 total. He put me on the $55 plan added insurance and charged a $20 activation fee on top of that another $20 that went who knows where. I came in again to get a sim card and it was another rep. He said it would be $15 and an activation fee. I walked out and went home. I called boost and got it for free. Then in Feb 2018 I went in to buy the moto E4 plus which was $80. My bill was paid and everything. The rep tried to tell me that I wasnt at my upgrade date and tried to charge me over $200 for a phone that was $80 online and at best buy. I went to best buy and got it for $80. Jose if you read this I want my money back. Oh I also waited well over an hour when there was 1 person ahead of me and his issue was his email didnt sync to his phone. An hour just to add an email log in is insane.
The ADVERTISED special on TV is NOT upheld. Staff is VERY KIND AND HELPFUL!!!

I purchased a new phone at the beginning of September, and it was not even a month old, and it stopped working it had glitches in it. The screen did not work properly I went back to this location to see if they would give me a new phone or fix it, and the guy said sorry you will have to send it away yourself to get it fixed. I told him I only had the one phone, and I could not wait til they fixed it plus decided to send it back to me. He was not compassionate, and did not care. I am no longer a customer of theres would not recommend boost at all. Long lines, and overall horrible experience. I was very disappointed in this place.
