The store rep was very understanding of our situation and tried to do everything in his power to help us. Worked with us for over four hours even staying late. You really dont find that anymore in retail. It was refreshing to say the least.

I have stopped by this store on two different occasions and honestly both time I left feeling very frustrated with the staff! The first time the individual I was talking with literally had no clue as to what they were doing! The second time the individual was able to help me but was rather rud and did not have good customer service skills!
We switched our service from T-Mobile and AT&Ts service has overall been better! Not nearly as much cutting out or dropping calls or losing service. The store itself was wonderful! We were helped by Shane and he went above and beyond to help us set everything up. He even stayed well after the store closing hours because it took longer than planned. He always had a friendly attitude and was very helpful through it all! He also made switching easy and pricing straight forward! We are very excited to be AT&T members!

He was wonderful, he really worked hard it was me and my 83 year old mother who also got a phone today. She kept asking questions and he was very patient and kind and helpful the whole time.

I couldn’t be any more happier with the switch from Sprint to AT&T. Nicholas made it super easy and fast to make the switch and help me get my phone up and running. He answered whatever questions I had along with providing extra information about other devices and products within the store. I’ve gone to many phone store/places and I have by far received the best customer service coming here. They’re awesome and will always get my business.

Unprofessional, poor customer service, we went to replace our phone. We had already decided which phone to purchase. We had to wait almost an hour before being waited on and then they refused to sell us the phone. They tried to do a bait and switch on us. They wanted us to buy a more expensive phone. We left. We canceled our service with Att&t. We paid a month in advance around $100. They refunded us less than $20 even though we were not under contract. We do not recommend them and are pleased with the customer service provided by our new company.

My experience at the Arsenal Road AT&T store was exceptionally satisfying.The two service representatives, Dan Arizmendi and Nicholas Sutton, were more than helpful and knowledgeable.They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with AT&T’s products and service.The service wouldn’t be worth anything without people such as these, making sure a customer’s needs and wants are completely fulfilled.If it wouldn’t have been for them, I probably would not have stayed as long as I did to get the service!Don’t think I’ve had this exemplary service anywhere else before!!!Robert Goodrich Jr.Thanks again guys!!!

Alexis was very down to earth, yet still professional. He wasn’t too pushy about purchasing extras which I was appreciative but he did mention the cases and screen protectors. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a new phone.

I bought the iPhone 11 Pro instead of the iPhone 8, despite the significant price difference, because of him— but not in a way that made me feel pressured like I have experienced in the past. I visit this location all the time. Ive always received impeccable service. My most recent experience with Daniel was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about ATT products and services. He kept me engaged and when other customers entered the store, he showed each of us the same respect as if there was just one person inside. Ive been an ATT customer since 2012 and will not move my service to another carrier due to their continued ability to provide outstanding service.
Kevin was such a good representative. He was really layed back, but also really helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel really comfortable in have a conversation with him. He also went the extra mile in his customer service with answering all our questions and giving us the full rundown on the different information he gave us. Again, what a great employee.

The gentleman that assisted me with getting my iPhone set up and installing everything did an excellent job. I was only there for about 30 mins in and out everything works great.

These guys worked long and hard to get my business account rolling when everyone else didnt even want to try. They went the extra mile for me even when I wasnt in the store. They kept working for me. First off Id like to say I hate dealing with cell phone related issues. I dread having to call customer service or visit a store, but when I stopped in to receive help with billing and a few other minor problems, I was really surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff was. The manager was very articulate and knowledgeable. First time I ever walked out of an At&T feeling satisfied.

Quick service each time we visited and we were never rushed through They took the needed time to explain everything and found numerous ways to save us money. In a time when customer service doesnt seem to exist anymore these guys awesome!. The manager, Dusty, ROCKS! He has helped me with several issues that I have had with my new phone. Lost service and I spoke with Marena. She quickly identified that fraud was being committed and made an awful situation better.
Not only is the service far overpriced, but their business tactics are shady as well. The signal on my girlfriends phone stopped working after an update to the latest version of a custom ROM (falling back to an earlier version. The manager at the front desk kept saying that it wouldnt work, and that it was like putting a different car engine in an incompatible car. Then he tried telling us that the phone, a Galaxy Express, was an extremely basic, entry level phone, with only 500MB of storage, both of which are absolute lies. (I even showed him the specs page, but he passed it off as fake!) Obviously, this was a ploy to get us to buy a new phone, but all its done is make me hate AT&T even more. Stay away!

DO NOT use this store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband and I were in this store for no more than 10 minutes before walking out the door with nothing more than what we came with. There were two employees there at the time, a male and a female. The male engaged us in conversation and immediately came off as pretentious and acted as if we were on his time. We had questions regarding our next plan and a possible credit for an iPhone 5 we were planning on trading in. We were told that our device was worth an estimated $40 which could only be used on accessories. When I questioned why I couldnt use it toward our plan or toward a new phone, the female interrupted our discussion from her position on the other side of the room. Acting as if what she had to say was more important than anything else going on in the room, she rudely put her conversation with another customer she was at the time on hold to forcefully justify the other employees response. This put us over the edge. We immediately left and drove to the AT&T store in the York Galleria Mall. The staff there was extremely helpful and attentive. And... Guess what they did for us.... THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THE OTHER STORE SAID THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT DO. They confirmed that the credit could be used toward the purchase of a new phone and offered $90 for the iPhone 5. I have never been so mistreated as a customer without any provocation or warning. I can foresee the employees defending themselves by saying that we were not accepting their initial response to our questions. I would respond by saying it wasnt so much what they were saying (even though they ended up being WRONG) but more how they were saying it. Ill drive to the further store any day of the week to avoid giving this place any of my buisness. I REPEAT, IF YOU ARE AN AT&T CUSTOMER IN THE YORK AREA, DO NOT USE THE STORE ON ROUTE 30 NEAR TORINITA STREET!!!
Marena is awesome!!! I had a ton of questions and she answered all of them. When my husband and I came back into the store shortly after, she assisted us in choosing our plan and was a wealth of knowledge. She put up with us going back and forth about what was a good fit and spent an extended amount of time with us. She truly went above and beyond in finding the right plan for us, even went as far as looking into different comcast internet options for us to make it all more affordable. We live in a spot where we only get Comcast and my husband streams video games, so unfortunately we do have to stick with Comcast for internet. She found that we could drop down our plan we comcast so we can afford unlimited data with AT&T and we are thrilled. Thank you Marena for being so awesome!!!!!

This place is horrible! Worked and met with all sorts of people but the employee at the front desk at this place was one of the worst people Ive ever met!! I usually take my service with ATT over the phone (and usually the people there are nice) but I needed to ask about getting an employee discount. I tried applying online but it asked for a company email address which my company doesnt provide so instead the ATT website stated to bring my companys payroll directly to my local ATT store. The ATT employee not only gave me an attitude, but claimed that my payroll wasnt sufficient enough proof, and implied that anyone can make a fake payroll stub. Not getting the discount wouldnt have bothered me as much if he would have been nicer and reasonable with his response. What a complete a** hole. My 2 yr contract with ATT has already expired. This alone would give me a reason to start switching services. Would give this 0 stars if i had the option.
