I wish I could give this 0 stars. I hate leaving bad reviews but in this case, it is well deserved. Me and my fiancé went to this T mobile today because it was the only location with the phone we wanted. We walked in & nobody addressed us. They were fully staffed. We started looking at the phones & three other people came in (got their names put down) & got called while we sat there waiting with our 2 year old. We finally walked out & called the manager. Who actually had the nerve to tell us that we can come back in & wait in line. Terrible customer service. We will never be coming back to this location.
This is the best T-Mobile store in the area. Far superior customer service. If you have any issues, go to this location. You might have to wait but its because they know what they are doing. Shout out to Rico and Pedro for excellent service.
The manager Jess and our rep Christina were great, professional and polite. Unfortunately Rico the lone Male rep there was rude and yelled at my colleague because he forgot his mask. Rico told him, in a loud rude manner, U Need a mask. When we asked if they had one for us, ( the customer,) Rico said No I do not have one for you. So basically he told us to leave the store. I cannot believe a huge company like T Mobile does not provide a mask for its customers. Most businesses provide u with a free mask. On top of that the rudeness was appalling. There is no reason to be rude to your customers. That is the first badic rule of business. Someone needs to be trained in politeness.
Switched to T-mobile to get and iPhone 12pro Max and traded in my phone. We we’re told about all the promotions we were going to get. Come to find out the promotions are not applied to our account. We’ve gone to the store and talked to customer service to try to solve it. Now I have to end up paying full price for the phone. All the promotions we were supposed to get were just a lie to switch over and buy the phone. Very disappointed with the service.
Dont like T-mobile but have to deal with it because they bought Sprint.

This is the worst experience I think I have ever had I waited 5 hours just to not be able to get a new phone because the person that was helping us put in the wrong number so I have to wait a day without a phone and if anything happens I will not know and they can’t give me my phone back. Never come here plz I’m telling you it sucks

Metro pcs and T mobile were not helpful at all pcs I was also there last wknd. And the service is horrible. The attendant 1 sales person is not trainedCorrectly. I was there for an hour and no phone and 45 min. This wknd and same person and no phone.

One guy in the entire store knows what hes doing, everyone else doesnt have a clue. They dont care if you have a medical condition. They force you to have a mask no matter what.
Went to pay my bill in a local store,waited 2hrs to be seen,they dont care if its just paying a bill,guess t mobile dont know how to multi task...Someone can be buying 10 phones,you still have to wait..
Ms. Lacey was probably the nicest customer rep I have ever encountered. She was very nice not too loud and to the point. She was just a joy and she hooked me up with my lifeline. I needed a cord bad and she was able to get me what I needed with ease and the store was very clean as well.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a new customer that set up 2 new lines, and it took about an hour from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to join T-mobile.
I had an excellent attendant at this store, I wish I remembered her name but I was too busy chasing my nephew around the store to catch it. She was patient, kind, and did everthing I wanted to help me buy a phone and then extra. She even took care of another customer while my phone was loading things. She was polite and knew what she was doing, and if there was an issue there was someone there who knew even more and could take care of it. I live a decent drive away and would absolutely drive back to this store if I have any issues in the future.

Let me start by saying twice in the last few months I have been given I-phones from friends both of which were locked on AT&Ts network. Anyone who has ever been through this process knows it is frustrating at the least. However one bright spot shined through in both of these situations and that was the manager of my T-Mobile location Sam Canestra. This guy has incredible determination, patience and customer service skills way above most standards. In my opinion Sam should be running a district and developing the skills of more then just one stores staff! Seriously I can not thank him enough for the level of help he provided me he even gave me his personal number and took my calls outside of his shifts. As a life long retail manager and customer service guy myself I felt the need to write this review. I hope that someone at T-Mobile takes notice and gives Sam opportunity to advance. It would be nice to see other T-Mobile employees provide this level of white glove top notch service. Not only did Sam go above and beyond the call of duty, his positive attitude towards T-Mobile as a company speaks volumes for his commitment to the brand. One thing is for sure after (2) AT&T I-phone unlocking experiences I will never be an AT&T customer! Keep up the great work :)

Let me start by saying that the regular customer service staff are always extremely nice and helpful. This review has to do with the business rep, Scott. This guy lies and lies. He actually told me that there billing system was down for 3 weeks, 3 weeks! He was supposed to give me multiple credits for switching and i had to work like 40 hours to get them. Before i signed up, he returned every email and phone call very quickly. After i was a customer, its like pulling teeth to get ahold of him. Once, i actually had to call from a different number, and he answered right away. Shady! Stay away from this guy!!!

Worst service ever spend 30 min just to pay my bill just because everyone was so busy activating cells at the same time.. like really the should have at least 1 person taking payments, its obvious that activate a cell takes too much time and the others trying to pay have to wait that long its ridiculous!!!!!
Terrible store, terrible employees. They want to penalize me for paying my phone off early to lower my bill. They want to take ymy old phone and pay me for it over 24 months in stupid bill credits but I have to make a down payment if I want to get a phone from them. What a joke.
