My husband, mother in law and I needed to switch from another provider to save money. We came in due to the buy one get one deal on the new Galaxy S9+.We went in on a Sunday afternoon with two young children. I think we were in and out in 45 minutes tops? We had three lines and three phones we needed to transfer information over to. I have never had such a pleasant and quick experience activating new lines. They had tablets available for kids to help entertain our oldest.Polite staff, answered all our questions. Manager made sure to come over, shake our hands and thank us for our business. We felt valued. It was really nice. Definitely would recommend!
Awesome customer service! Very friendly employees and helpful in answering our 101 questions. The one even played peek a boo with my son. How awesome is that?! Will definitely be back...well when we need new phones. :)
They dont do nothing but sell you the phone. Ask for help with phone not working these kids lie. I would like to be their boss but he is 18 too. Cant win with sprint.
Im wasnt at the Sprint store. I was at T-MOBILE store. But Ill will never buy anything from Sprint. U had them for awhile and the service was awful so I switched to Straight Talk, Then metro they were pretty good. I dont know why I switched to T-Mobile.
Miss Britney was the best! After months....I mean MONTHS of complaining, calls, trips to the store. Miss Britney was the only person that fixed the problem. Give the women a raise!! Thanks Britney for an awesome experience!!!

I was having issues with my iPhone 7 and went in to get a new phone before a business trip. The salesman told me 1 customer was ahead of me and then he would help me. Some young kids came in after me.He finished up with the costumer ahead of me then went straight to helping the young kids that came in after me.I politely left and went to the Sprint Store in Windsor Crossings and paid them for a new iPhone.I will never give this store a single cent until they learn manners and how to treat people.
Got a defective BRAND NEW s10+ from them. Device has a known defect and no damage, and they forced me to use my insurance to get it replaced even though it malfunctioned 1 month after purchase due to no fault of my own. Absolutely ridiculous. Waited in the store for 30 minutes to speak to a manager, he said he would call me within a few days, never even received a call. Theyll sell you a phone but wont back it up when it doesnt work.Editing: The manager was not at fault as the district manager was supposed to contact me. The store eventually did replace it after jumping through hoops to get it done. They were just following policy, however, when known issues like this arise, policy is void in these situations.

Never go in the day before a Holiday. They will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sell. Gotta love those commission sales places. Commission should be illegal its just bad business. I was told I would be saving money, but I am spending $30-40 more than my last service. (thats not saving money)Going back to prepay at least you get what they say you get without sales people blowing smoke. $25 per line equals up to over $200 if you have 4 lines thats no where near the $140-155 they said I would be paying.
Mercedes Rentas and Joshua Sauds, Manager, provided excellent customer service this afternoon. I have had my phone with Sprint for 6 yrs. The staff in this store is why I have stayed. Today Mercedes and Joshua fixed a billing problem for me. Then they helped add 2 new lines and purchase 2 Samsung Note phones. Every step of the way they were friendly and very helpful.

I was told by the sales person that once the lease is done I have the option to buy the phone. So, 18 months later I wanted to buy my phone and was told I could only upgrade the phone and cant buy the phone. Sprint is trying to charge me double the price for this phone or another phone. This is called bait and switch. Im contacting the BBB on this as well. I will be move my service to another carrier today.
What a joke of a company..their is no contract on plan or phone they say then if you dont like the service and want to return the phone you cant they make you drive to Maryland or call the 1800 sprint number so they can send you a return phone box...and if you done return within 14 days they charge you the remander of the phone contract thats right contract for the phone that come to over $800 for me...not very good service at all BUYER BEWARE
Hoping that this time I will have a resolution to my Galaxy 10+ issues
