Quality mobile services, loyal customer for years

Excellent service! My old phone was long overdue for a replacement. They gave me several options & took the time to setup & explain everything to me. Would highly recommend!

What’s wrong with this manager here and why does t mobile allow him to continue working here considering my experience and all the others posting negative reviews here? He just exudes “the customer is always wrong.” Unless he’s selling you something, for which he receives a commission, he “ain’t got time for that.”

Erica, John and the rest of the staff at this store are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism! They truly care about each customer that walks through their doors! Erica took the time to discuss product options, plans and services that best serve our needs and for the best deal!What I truly appreciate was the fact they took the time to give my family and I a brief in-store tutorial of the products we purchased. Erica and john also made sure all upgrades and changes to our service plans were in affect immediately.We left confident we made the right choice at the right place!

Absolutely terrible, my family is all exempt from wearing masks due to health issues, and we were refused service, we have been long time tmobile customer now we are reconsidering

Very helpful staff

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile for thier newmilitary plan and John was more than helpful and easily made the switch for me.

The associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible store, terrible employees. They want to penalize me for paying my phone off early to lower my bill. They want to take youre old phone and pay you for it over 24 months but I have to make a down payment if I want to get a phone from them. What a joke.
