I would highly recommend this location for Verizon. Tyrell Clark spent hours with us working through a very complicated situation with another carrier. He was sincere and patient throughout the process. Tyrell is exceptionally knowledgeable and was extremely professional throughout our process of changing our mobile service to Verizon. His service exceeded our expectations.

Jonathan Kirsh was such a lifesaver to me today. My phone was damaged and I thought I lost everything. He took the time to explain my options and wrote everything down for me. I had a budget and he explained all the cost. I left the store not sure what to do and then I decided to come back again. He set up the new phone that was in my price range and explained everything to me. He was very detailed orientated and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. My phone was not working. No texts and no phone calls! Sabrina started the repair process but had to pass me off to Grant due to an appt. When I first came into the white street location I was a little hesitant. Grant Dudney came up to greet me at the door. He was very easy to talk with and personable. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the entire interaction. The most important thing, was that he knew what he was doing. If I had a question, he had an answer. Tyrell was absolutely amazing. We went in at 7:00 and it was after 9:00 when we were finished. We traded in 2 phones, bought an Apple Watch and a new iPad. He helped us find every discount available and reviewed everything on our account to make sure we optimized everything we have. He made recommendations to save us on our monthly bill. Nothing but professional and patient with us. He then put his number in our phones and told us to call or text anytime we need anything. He has assisted us numerous times and it is always a positive experience.

Grant had a hell of a time transferring my number and assisting me with the purchase of 3 devices. with his guidance I got my new phone for almost NOTHING and walked out with a brand new iPad Air for under $300.I know Im INCREDIBLY special but Grant worked harder than fireworks on the Fourth of July to get me what I wanted. From my initial phone call to walking out the door, he worked in a friendly and professional manor. Verizon certainly owes him for my business.

Grant made switching carriers and phones so easy. We were acknowledged as soon as we came into the store and maybe waited 1 minute before sitting down with Grant. He made my fiancé and I incredibly comfortable while being sure to answer all of our questions. He didn’t mind that I am technologically stunted and ask a ton of really dumb questions. He clearly explained every charge that was due for what he was doing and made sure we understood before he did it. He even put on our new screen protectors with his zero-bubble guarantee!! The route 30 location was too busy and the employee wasn’t very friendly, so I came over to this location. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new phone, Grant was wonderful!! Ask for him!

Went to main Verizon store and told them what I was looking for, they signed me in and told me to wait 30-40 min. After finally getting to talk to a rep I told rep what I wanted he without even looking said we don’t have that here we would have to order it. I left and went right to Cellular Sales I was immediately helped by an awesome rep named Autumn she not only had what I was looking for but got me in and out in record time and saved me $50+ dollars in the process! I will be using them exclusively for my upgrades in the future and suggest you check them out as well!

My phone was not recognizing my sim card after a fall so I rushed over to Verizon and got there five minutes before they closed. I explained my situation and Travis fixed my problem in 30 seconds with no complaints of the time! Unfortunately, the problem happened again so I went in the next morning and he resolved it! Couldn’t be happier with his service!

An untimely mishap left us with a broken iPhone and we needed to have it sorted out quickly. efficiently, and professionally. After having called around to several cellular sales businesses, including Apple Support, we were underwhelmed at the listless lack of enthusiasm to genuinely help us. When I called the Verizon Store on White Street (West York) in York PA, fortunately, I reached Autumn who turned out to be one of the finest sales and support representatives Ive met in ages. Autumn was attentive, caring, and willing to offer a whole host of options. Her voice exuded an attitude that I really want to help you. She even agreed to make some calls at stores in central Pennsylvania to find what we were looking for. Autumn took my number, searched around and then called me back! Imagine that! And her voice was so positive and upbeat. Wow! We decided to drive to the store and further discuss the options with Autumn and Verizon associate Andrew. Despite the challenges fraught with an iPhone that had been smashed in a power-lifting competition (really!), Andrew magically, recovered all of the data on the phone and he very professionally stepped us through some options for a replacement. We were exceptionally pleased with the care, personalized service, and professionalism exhibited by Autumn, Andrew, and another Verizon associate who arrived for his shift as we were wrapping up. What a positive experience! What customer service! As we replace my wifes aging iPhone of yesteryear, there is only one place were going -- to the Verizon Store on White Street, York PA. Awesome customer service !!! I came into this location in hopes to save money by switching from AT&T to Verizon. I also wanted to upgrade my phone. Jonathon was SUPER helpful and accommodating. He showed me a few options of phones that would fit my lifestyle, and showed me how much money I’d be saving... it was a good bit! He even helped me pick out the best phone case to get that had the most protection for my phone (the phone I brought in was cracked very badly) he also put a nice screen protector on it for me and reassured me that there was a lifetime guarantee on the screen protector. I would recommend coming to this location to anyone. They really take care of their guests, Unlike AT&T who rushes you in and out. I felt like it was very personal and any questions I had were answered very thoroughly. Five stars for Jonathon and the rest of the team at cellular sales on White Street !!!

Jonathon Kirsch was awesome. He opened the store early and took care of any issues I had. Answered any questions that I had as well. I have to say it was one of the best times Ive had coming into a phone store. He is awesome and so up beat and easy to get along with. If you have to go into the store ask for him he is the best. This is the only Verizon store in the area I go to even if its an extra 15 min., I have a store right next to my house! They even offer you water!

I went to this store to add another phone to my plan for my 14 yr old and was given the run around the minute I walked in ultimately they sold me a bad phone that still not working properly after several calls and visits to the store, I was accused of scratching the phone in which we did not, it appears that they sold me a bad / refurbished phone and are refusing to correct the issues, the customer service has been horrible and to make matters worse they added another phone and line to my account, that I never purchased then told me that I had to call customer service to have it removed, leaving me with a redicolous bill and paying for a line and device I never purchased or have and also a faulty phone and of course 400.00 bill after several visits and calls store has made no effort to resolve issues to date, I regret going to this store and regret using Verizon period

The amount of customer service is the best that we have ever experienced at a cell phone store. Jon Kirsch worked to make sure we had the very best deal and bang for our buck. Took his time to make sure everything was just right and helped us to untangle 2 Apple ids. We will definitely refer anyone we know that needs a phone to him!!

Friends may I share my family`s story, did you ever want a new phone and then you couldn`t figure out how to set up all the details or run into an Android not communicating properly with an Iphone? Well our family ran into that issue this weekend. We purchased an Android & an IPhone on Saturday. By Sunday we were back in the store it was 4:30 so we figured we had plenty of time to get the issue resolved before they closed at 6. Tyrell & Nate worked on the issue until almost 7, they were so kind, never rushed us, kept working on the issue, Nate had to leave but Tyrell stayed until after 8 oclock working with the Verizon tech team to get all our setting corrected. He truly is the most gentle hearted, kindest, most patient person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He answered every question, checked over every single detail on each phone to make sure text could be sent and received. We feel bad that we can only give Tyrell 5 stars because HE is truly a 10 star person and Verizon you are blessed to have both Nate and Tyrell working for you. White Street location in York: Autumn helped us and she rocks. Super easy going personality and works to help you be satisfied with your purchases. I upgraded to a phone and then realized it was a smaller screen than my old phone. I gave it a try but in the end wanted the bigger screen. She drove to Hanover to pick up the phone I really wanted and breezed me through the exchange process!

I had a great experience with Jonathan Kirsch! I’m 15 so my phone breaking is a big deal. I really wanted the new iPhone 11 but there was a possibility that we would’ve had to come back to tomorrow and I know I could’ve waited until tomorrow but I was so bummed. Jonathon made it happen and I got my phone on the same day. He’s awesome. Great service, and would definitely recommend!

I purchased a new iPhone on July 5, 2020. Sales Consultant, Kenard Joy, was such a joy!! He was VERY professional and patient. Mr. Joy didn’t rush me or try to push other products. He even assisted me with a customer service issue and contacted the department to resolve the problem. Kudos to the Towson location for employing Mr. Joy. I am quite certain he will provide the best service to other Verizon customers.

Very nice accommodating staff

I went in with my mom so she could get a new phone. I figured it was probably going to be a pretty long and boring day. Jonathon was the guy that sold us the phone and they also had a buy one get one free so I got to get a new phone too!! Even though I thought it was going to be boring Jon was really funny and made sure I was having a good time. He even brought me some water and they had freeze pops. He helped me pick out a phone case, a screen protector and literally showed me every pop socket they have in the place. He helped me find all the cool apps that I can download, and helped show my mom how to put parental controls on my phone. I tell all my friends to tell their parents to go see Jon to get a new phone and freeze pops. Five stars!

Jon did a great job working with us as the store hours were coming to a close. He stayed with us to figure out the problem with my wife’s phone to the point of no return. Once the problem solving was exhausted we ended up purchasing a new phone. He set up with with a new phone for only $2 more per month. We are very happy with his attention to us and his time dedicated to finding a solution that made sense and made us happy.

We came into Verizon looking for help opening a line. We were warmly greeted by Mr. Jonathan Kirsch who immediately helped us get our kids settled so that we were able to focus on our needs. When I came in to get my phone looked at because it was fully charged but the screen wouldnt light up and would constantly shut off. I was advised that I may need to send it back and they would be able to warranty a new one, since the phone I had originally purchased was faulty no arguments or questions asked. The employee here at Verizon was amazing, super nice, and so helpful, she never once got impatient with me. She gave me the best advice and did everything super fast,as fast as it could go. I am super stoked to have my new phone and my new tablet ! Her name is Noelle ! I am so pleased with today.
