Mark is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Ive been seeing him for years now for my hearing needs and its always a pleasurable experience. The secretary is also always very nice and helpful. Great place!! Very happy!!

I love the staff here they made me more comfortable with the whole ordeal of doing the Hearing aids thing.I Had applied to the Starkey Hearing Foundation Hear Now program and thought they were active with this, they were not but when meeting with Mark he shot an Email to Starkey and signed up so I would not have to drive another hour to a Store.Mark did a great job working and listening to about our concerns.The day of pick up Amanda took care of us and she explained everything to my wife and I to make Shure I was comfortable and understand all my steps to using and adapting to the Hearing AidYes I give them 5 🌟 I would give them more.All the staff at this store Rock they helped us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door

My family asked me to have my hearing checked. Found out I had some hearing loss. I was not in a situation to buy hearing aids at that time but Dr. Mark explained all my options to me and let me know I could come back to buy the hearing aids I wanted. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I was very nervous to get my first hearing test but Mark was very nice and explained everything very well. He really cared about my lifestyle and how my hearing concerns could effect my daily activities. Now I go yearly to get my check ups so that I can monitor any loss I may have before it is to late. I was a bit hesitant to get my hearing checked. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt after meeting the staff. Donna greeted me with a warm smile and offered me coffee. Mark was very helpful in getting me to express exactly what my concerns were. Once I was diagnosed with hearing loss, he gave me several options for treatment. I am hearing much better now and am looking forward to seeing my grandchildren next week- and actually being able to understand them! Thanks to everyone!
