I called around and drove up to every oil place in town & Wal-Mart was the cheapest for a car requiring 6qts of full synthetic oil. Most of the service was friendly & good, with the exception of the initial meeting with a mechanic at the garage doors. But, Linda, at the counter, and the gentleman that made the call to me & later checked me out, vindicated them & made my oil change as pleasant as the price. So the 4 stars is because its not nice to tell the customer, I dont know what the attitude is about, especially when you are the first face they see. If there was anything comparable in price, I wouldve taken my business elsewhere🤷🏽

Not the smartest people working here. Went there for 2 new front tires, already had 2 good tires on the rear. Told them I wanted the new tires on the rear, and the good rear tires rotated to the front. What did they do?They took the good tires off (less than 6k miles on those tires), and put the brand new tires on those rims. Never touched the bad tires. They came out to have me sign a paper about the tires being bad, I asked them what this was all about, they were supposed to take the bad tires off. What should have been a 1 hr job tops turned into an almost 3 hour job. They had the car out of the bay already like they were finished.. they did get it right in the end..

Never use their service since every time I call to get something done Im told their too busy or it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Have tried on numerous occasions since they do have the best pricing but I always have to choose another place due to the wait or inability to be served.

I needed two new front tires. Took it in to Walmart on Belmont and they refused to put the two tires on because I had to buy all four.it took over a week but they finally put on two new front tires. Do not think I will go to Walmart for tires ever again. I must say the woman that works there was very lovely to me but the guys were adamant the I was wrong. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

Horrible customer service and skill. I had an oil change done and they forgot to put the dip stick back in. The next time I went to get a tire patched (I should have known better) dropped off my car ( they checked the tread ect before I left) only to get a call an hour and a half later saying theyre not allowed to patch aftermarket tires. Go back to pick up my car and its a completely different story about not having the right tools/ breaking tools on my tire once I inform them I already called a different Walmart ( they are in fact allowed to patch aftermarket tires) Huge waste of an evening and will absolutely not be returning.

Had a tire that was losing air when I got there...had a tire losing air when I left as well as a very over inflated tire that wasnt supposed to be checked. It only took 2 hours to do this! I wouldnt recommend tire services there

Poor rude service! No sense of urgency at all. The employee felt it was more important to go on break than it was to FINISH takin care of me. He started then told the other guy to because he had to go one break. Will not be returning!

Not very good they took a long time installing 4 new tires and broke the tpms sensor on my rim and didnt have a replacement so they put a regular stem in and now the computer is telling me to have the system checked and it keeps flashing not happy.

If I could give zero stars. I would.. took both vehicles in for oil change arrived at 740 before they opened and left at 530pm one vehicle they flattened the tire on and the other vehicle ended up with the oil pressure sensor broken off inside the reservoir costing and added 820$ to be repaired by a certified mechanic. Service was rude and we were being harrassd and swore at by technicians in the auto center.

Wish I could give 0 stars Im not a negative person but they are terrible yes the service lady is nice but the guys that fix youre car haha they are a joke.
