The young man at the Boardman store off of Tiffany boulevard was very informative, and helped me set up exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price! He was very informative and helped me quite a bit. Im loving my AT&t and well go back there if I need any help.

First & Foremost, I must say Rose is AWESOME!!I visited the store because I could not print my bill & I wanted to know what I was paying for on my bill. I thought the cost was high, but she assured me that it wasn’t. She also cleaned up my issues & was very helpful in giving me the information. I am not tech savvy, so she had a job to do. I wrote stuff down, but if I am lost again, I would not hesitate to call the store and make sure she is a available to help me! THANKS Rose!! U made my day!!

What a wonderful, and I mean wonderful experience I had with this group! I worked with a gentleman named Jorey, and it was probably my best experience buying a phone. The new manager Laura was fantastic made me feel comfortable and never felt rushed to buy a phone.. I highly recommend this store.

I have never reviewed any business online no matter how bad or good the experience was but my experience at this location, and the 3 hours of my day wasted made me. My fiancé simply wanted to buy a new phone no negotiation just wanted a new phone. After the salesperson said she could not trade in her phone or go on her own plan with the same number (which we later found out was not true) we should have known how the experience would have went next. Next the salesperson gave her the wrong phone she wanted and we spent 3 hours of our Sunday trying to return the phone but literally not one employee knew how to do it. I work in customer service and completely understand that mistakes happen and there are things out of your control. But the fact not one person apologized to us or gave an explanation of why the phone could not be returned was ridiculous. The salesperson and manager directed us to take the phone we just bought to another store that was “corporate”” 10 mins away and once we walked in the extremely helpful employee said they do not take other phones from different locations and that the AT&T store we originally were at was not actually a store under the AT&T umbrella and more of a franchise. We went back to the original store and told the manager what the other store said and she just talked saying ohhh they’re lying to you and they could have taken the return but it seemed like she was just pawning the harder work of her job on another location. Spent another hour and finally were able to return the phone we never even wanted in the first place. What a terrible experience don’t go there

Be prepared to wait in line all day here. Also make sure to check your bills. The girl working there added insurance and ATT Next that I never asked for nor was I informed of onto my plan. I was quite shocked when I got a bill for $182 after being quoted $105. Thankfully customer service was able to clear this up.

I have been an ATT customer since I joined my husband’s account in 2017, and he has been a customer much longer. By the time we left this store, we were ready to leave ATT for anyone else.We wanted to change our phone plans. The lady, we’ll call her L, said she was having problems with the system, which wouldn’t let her make the changes, so we should call ATT to have them fix it. We called ATT from the parking lot before we left, and the lady on the phone, we’ll call her M, asked to speak to L. We went back to the store and put the phone on speakerphone so L and M could talk to each other to figure out how to help us. M on the phone asked to speak to the manager, and L in the store said she was the manager. L started to argue and hung up on M, who she told us to call in the first place! She started to get rude and argue with us after we asked her what we were supposed to do since she couldn’t help us and since she hung up on M, we couldn’t get help from her either (unless we called back and waited on hold again for who knows how long to start from the beginning with a new representative). She finally told us to go to the other ATT down the road. Thankfully, they were willing to try to help us.

FRAUD - The salesperson told us they could save us money if we switched from Verizon. Our first bill was more than twice what they told us it would be. When we asked about it they promised it was a mistake and they would correct it. After months of being overcharge and constantly having to go wait in line to speak to them, they finally said they misquoted the cost on our initial visit and would not be changing the amount. I feel like I have been scammed. So completely frustrated. Terrible customer service, terrible experience - look elsewhere

We visited this store today after having an absolute horrible experience in niles a few day ago where the manager was a complete condescending nightmare! We got right in. The rep, Jessica, was awesome! She knew what she was doing. Got us in and out in about an hour and swapped out my husbands phone for an upgrade! She was so helpful and very sweet with my 3 year old which is always bonus points in my book!

I went in to transfer to AT&T from Verizon. The guy said “no problem”. But instead of assisting me through this awful experience he’s trying to sell my fiancé a phone and update her plan. I’m trying to ask questions about where to find information that’s needed to transfer and getting ignored. He has me on the phone trying to navigate through AT&T customer service and then Verizon, then AT&T. They sent me packing with a half working phone and said “sorry, call Verizon”They made it even harder on me because I no longer had a Verizon SIM card and had to keep bothering my dad to get account information.I just really hope that AT&Ts phone service doesn’t suck as much as the customer service I received.

This morning I was pressed for time and needed a third line for our business. I contacted the store and was told they would be waiting for me as soon as the doors opened. As a fairy tale would go, it was amazing. The specialist Laura was there to great me and like clockwork my needs were met. No hassle or long waiting time. To make it a more pleasing experience, I was back at the office in record time. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

After several cancelled orders online, I went to the store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. The associate was fantastic. He was able to gather my information, call to review my account, obtain approval, process my order, and put the phone in my hand all in under 10 minutes. I was also walked to the door when I left. Very helpful staff! I wanted an iPhone and there was a guy there that was all into selling the iPhone. Some places you go they try to push their customers towards android. Ive had enough experiences with both Apple and Android to know which one is the best!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and it was great! The employees were very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I was able to stay in my price range and didnt go over which was perfect! Sadly I had to leave the company due to living abroad but when I return I am definitely going to go back to AT&T.

Dont trust them to put on a screen protector. If they screw it up they tell you to go through the manufacturer to replace it. Which costs money.I wasnt that upset about it until I mentioned that Best Buy mobile replaces their mistakes for free, and an employee that I wasnt even talking to said, no they dont, they never have!..Well.. I used to work for Best Buy Mobile and we most certainly did. And would own up to our mistakes. I will never step foot in this location again. The only reason I still use AT&T for that matter is that I get a 50% discount through my company. Bunch of crooks on commission.

I went in today to upgrade our iPhones and Laura waited on us. She wasn’t knowledgeable about the phones and it clearly showed she didn’t want to be at work as she sat at a table while we looked around and she yelled her few answers she had across the room while she watched tv. I decided I wasn’t going to upgrade 2 phones today like planned bc the customer service we received was horrible. She goes to transfer his iCloud over to his new phone and she told me to watch her so when I decide to upgrade I can do it myself. I didn’t realize her doing her job was such a inconvenience of her day. That tv show she seemed to love though so hopefully she finished her episode!!
