Shout out to Trever & Danielle! They took time out of their busy day to help me set up auto-pay on my phone plan! Trever was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed by laughing along with my humor but most immortally taking the time to help me out with my problem! Danielle was also friendly and was a penitent manager! If anyone ever needs to sign up for a phone plan please ask for Trever or Danielle! They are extremely helpful & friendly employees!

The woman who helped me, broke my otter box (never admitted it, however, she saw it, and shrugged her shoulders), and never apologized or offered a replacement. She had also scratched up the whole back of my phone and lenses, because of her careless acts. The ladies all that were working were more worried about getting drinks from Starbucks than focusing on the customer, and their needs. I will not be recommending my family or friends to going T-mobile. I have never had as bad of customer service than with this company. However, the store alone, should be closed. They never know what they’re doing, always preoccupied on other things in their personal lives.
Cleaned earpiece on phone and it fixed the problem of not being able to hear. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and in order.
I’ve purchased 3 phones from this store. I’ve had this service for the past 3 years ( which has gone down the drain ) Yesterday I was trying to get help with my screen because it had a crack in it and I walked in to get assistance and the guy basically yelled that he couldn’t do anything for me. No “sorry”- nothing because he wasn’t making a sale! I’ve never been to a store where someone as soon as you walk into the door they’re instantly rude! This store has lost my business. The remainder of time that I have T-Mobile until my phone is paid for- I will never step foot in this store. The Austintown location is so much better. I advise everyone to do their business over there if you want better costumer service.

Service was good with them for two years until March of this year from the beginning of March to April 15 I had little to no service there is open tickets that actually means people are having problems with their service they left with me with little to no coverage for over a month everybody was worried about me because I couldn’t call me call wouldn’t go through I ended service with my iPhone on 2 April because I couldn’t pick up Cellular service
Went to pay bill had issues with the new S20 didnt really seem too will to trouble shoot and asked for the proxy # I guess I have to sign up didnt help asked...

I came to this store hoping to get a better deal than what I have from Verizon; however, the amount I would have to pay for the same service I get from Verizon costs actually MORE from T-Mobile! Also, holiday advertisements say you can get a FREE iPhone... What they DONT tell you (until you GET there) is that you have to trade in an iPhone to get it! Not cool. The only reason I give 4 Stars is because Trever, the associate helping me, was very friendly. HE gets the Stars-- NOT T-Mobile!
The employees are always so pleasant and helpful! They really know their product and can always find the perfect plan for you. I wouldnt use any other phone provider than T-Mobile and I only visit this store.
Can’t say enough about how good I was treated. They went above and beyond and didn’t let me leave until they fixed my issue that was driving me crazy.
If you come in for something other than purchasing a new phone, the employees refuse to help you because they aren’t making commission on it.
Best staff David does the best of any reps around knowledgeable courteous and professional good person to contact I recently left t mobile Im not gettinga same day replacement phone mine had problems and would not charge I carry insurance just for this kind of thing I will not be willing to lose work or my employment because of a problem with a phone I expected to be treated as a valuable customer since I have been with them over 10 years David was not there there was one of the best support staffs I have ever seen at this location and for some reason they have been broken up

There are so many things wrong with place I dont even know where to begin. I made the mistake of switching to T-Mobile from Verizon hoping to save some money. My bill with T-Mobile is $5 less than what I was paying with Verizon and the service Im getting is completely useless. I used to have service EVERYWHERE with Verizon and now Im lucky if get service at all. My calls drop all the time and while traveling from Youngstown to Athens Ohio my phone lost service multiple times. I couldnt stream music and I could barely use my navigation. I never lost service going to Athens when I had Verizon. Never! I went to the store and I dealt with a girl named Shannon and thats when things got even worse. I was obviously upset and not only did she not care but she offered me xanax! I couldnt believe that actually happened at a place of business. The guy that was working was clearly high out of his mind and he said smelled like weed, and the music that was playing in the store was not appropriate. I heard so much profanity and there were other customers there with kids. This place is a joke. Im not sure if this place has a manager on duty but if there is one they should be fired. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER go back here again! I reported my experience to the better business bureau and I sent a letter to their corporate offices. Im going back to Verizon and this company will not get another penny from me. T-Mobile needs to look into this place because this is not how a place of business should be ran.

Walked in and held the door open for another lady and the staff never greeted me but assisted the other lady before me. I stood there holding my sleeping 3 year old and was never acknowledged. Another customer walked in and they greeted him as I sat at a table waiting for even an acknowledgment. Walked out to find better customer service. Worst customer service by a tmobile I have ever experienced.

I have good service through T-Mobile for two years from the beginning of March 2020 to April 16 of 2020 I had little to no cell phone service I was having problems calling out there was a problem with the tower on market Street in Boardman had everybody worried because nobody was able to reach me they left me with little to no service for Little over a month I canceled my service with my iPhone through them because it was nothing but static I want to another carrier and the static is gone it’s been doing this for a while and all they did was give me the runaround

This place is terrible. Its a complete joke. I went to switch and was preapproved for everything so we picked out what we wanted as she was ringing it up she said sorry but youre credit is not covering everything and said we have to pay $1,067 to switch! Total bs. Never told us any of this beforehand. Wasted 3 hours in that place.
My mother in law came to them to pay her phone bill and when she became violently ill and she wanted to use the bathroom. She asked them if she can use it because of her health, and because of their inhumane policy they refused to let her use the bathroom, she was begging them to use it, but still, they say its our policyno public restrooms, at that point the she got sick right in the doorway in front of everyone and she was so humiliated. This company isnt worth to doing business with. A company that hire robots that have no heart. I feel for my mother in law and she is switching this horrible company. If you feel for her like me you would switch this horrible company. These people have no compassion whatsoever!!
