Bill is excellent at what he does. We have been dealing with him for years & now at his new business. He really knows about hearing aides & explains things so you can understand everything. My husband has 2 hearing aides & Bill helped him get the right new ones. His prices are very affordable for everyone. We may be moving 2 hrs away from ZH but will still drive back so he can adjust my husbands hearing aides.

I take care of my 91 year old dad and his hearing is almost nil. We had a good audiologist that we loved but they retired. They recommended Bill to us. Well that is the greatest blessing we have received in a long time. Bill WANTS to help people hear. He is honest, thoughtful, patient, and just plain wonderful. He has gone above and beyond for my Dad. I will eventually need hearing aid as my work is causing hearing damage, he will be my audiologist. He is a blessing to anyone who needs help with a hearing problem. He is very knowledgeable and then some. We love him and respect him beyond explaining. We will be forever grateful to him.
