I honestly dont have a single complaint. Might be one of the nicest, quickest clinics Ive been too in the area. The front area personnel was very polite. I was seen on time and I didnt feel rushed through my appointment. The doctor intently listened to my concerns and addressed them all. He did an evaluation and gave me a plan. I really liked this place, Im glad I took the drive.

My grandmother goes to Vitale for her hearing aids. They are always very polite, helpful, and get to the bottom of you not being able to hear properly. They are patient with the elderly as well. Always do a great job on her hearing aids!

My wife asked me to write this.. She has been going to Vitale in Zephyrhills and Westly Chapel Florida. Both are extremely wonderful. The staff are kind and friendly, the Doctors are great at making you feel comfortable and well spoken and talks to you like they Care. Well needed in this time of distress. Hope you choose them it is well worth it..

I am a retired Military Veteran, Dr. DiPasquale helped me navigate the Tricare system to and get my machine in a couple of weeks. He takes his time getting to know you and the reasons you came to his office in the first place. I highly recommend his office and the staff are great too!

Best ENT Doctor and staff ever.

Vitale ENT is the BEST ENT Office! The front staff is wonderful and was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The ma that did my intake was very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. D and James the PA are amazing, caring, and very professional. I also spoke with the office manager, Maria, who was very sweet and answered all of my questions. If you are looking for an ENT doctor- look no further.

I went to the Wesley Chapel office, and saw the PA, James Hanshew. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. I do wish there was privacy when checking in and out. But, I guess that is a sign of a lot of business! so thats good. Thank you!

Dr. Paul is great. He listens to your concerns so you feel like a valued member of your medical team. I highly recommend him and the rest of his team.

Dr. D is great! Hes a bit on the hyper side, and things happen quickly, but Id much rather that over the alternative. Very thorough and helpful! Also, his side kick, Andrew, (he has a much more official sounding title, but I cant recall it at this time) is top notch! Does a great job of making sure you know what is going on and keeping you informed. I once told him that after a previous visit with Dr. D, I didnt know which way was up because everything happened so fast. Later that visit, Andrew gave him subtle ques to remember to explain things to me so that I understood them. I was very impressed by that. Their dynamic is awesome! Every visit I go is enjoyable, like I said, Dr. D is great! Just wanted to give a shout out to Andrew also, because he does an amazing job as well!On that note, everyone in the office is pleasant. Nobody ever seems to be having a bad day. They all seem to really enjoy working where they work!

I had the balloon sinuplasty, the whole team in this office is amazing. Everyone was so kind and good to me before, during and after the procedure. I had my septum repair as well, I was surprised how quickly Dr Dipasquale did everything! I did had a bad headache after but they took care of that! Is going to be 2 weeks since my procedure and I feel great!

Are there six stars? I am so impressed with this place and am especially impressed with Dr. Hodges. I have hearing loss and have been given the run around by other places, namely Beltone. Dr. Hodges has made available to me better hearing aids and two of them. The other place billed my insurance for $2500 for one, I will now have two like I should have had all along. I highly recommend Vitale ENT and absolutely recommend Dr. Hodges!

This was my first visit to this office and everyone I spoke with was great! The receptionist, medical assistants, Dr. D, his PA and someone I believe was the office manager were very professional. Dr. D was very personable and explained everything he did and what my problems were in a simple easy to understand language. I highly recommend this office if you ever need an ENT.

I actually go to the Wesley Chapel office, but you cant find a better doctor that will take the time to get to know you and your issues. Then, search for answers to deal with the issues. The follow up is phenomenal and if there is nothing to be done (cure) for an issue, help with holistic ideas and treatment plans.

Top notch practice with an amazing doctors and staff. I see them for my allergies and for the first time in my adult life I am not dealing with having sinus infections or bronchitis thanks to their recommendations. I would get sick 4-5 times a year....I have not had a sinus infection or bronchitis going on three years!

The doctors are great! I highly recommend... They give you options and give you the best care and comfort.. They explain to you everything comprehensively about your case and you can openly discuss the options.

I wish I could give 10 stars! My 17 year old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out. I was very impressed with the level of care she received from Dr. DiPasquale and his entire staff. We were never rushed, they answered all of her questions and were so compassionate. If you have a need for an ENT doctor, this is the place to go!!

I love everything about Vitale ENT! They have changed the lives of me and my niece this last year. Dr. D, James, Natalie, Angela (LOVE HER!), the newest doctor, Dr. Derbyshire, and all the MAs and staff are truly wonderful. The doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable and sincere. They take their time with you and are empathetic to your concerns. Each audiologist Ive encountered has been so great and easy to get along with. And Angela has done so much to support both my niece and I through allergy testing and now, weekly shots. I truly cannot say enough great things about this facility. JUST GO!!!
