Found Anthony Carbone at this hearing center, to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The product quality is excellent, and any problems were dealt with quickly. After a few monthly check ups, discovered we had a problem with both of my hearing aides, Tony suggested we send them back to Audibel, where they were then checked, calibrated, and replaced completely, all at no additional costs, and returned within a few days. Now they are performing perfectly, thats real good service . Yes I would recommend them to friends.

He assesses your hearing needs and tells you what is necessary to improve your hearing. He never pushes unnecessary products and is Mr. Honest. His reception staff is very cheerful and friendly, they even walk you to the door when leaving, holding the door open for you. Very caring and courteous staff. I have been going there for over 6 years. They do periodic check of your hearing aids and your needs once you have your aids at no charge. I highly recommend!

Went with a friend. Service was great. My friend has gone to other places and thought she had to endure what they offered. This review is being written for LoRee Saunders - a new Hearing aid wearer. LoRee would like to share that the hearing aids are small, comfortable and she is very pleased with the testing. There were several tryouts to insure proper and comfortable fit. I no longer have to read lips - I CAN HEAR!!

No charge for office visits ever and cheap batteries and filters. The audiologist continues to check and fine tune your hearing aid until the customer is totally satisfied and comfortable with it.

Ver good! When I came in, I coul not hear in my let ear since I was 10 yrs old. My othet ear was fine. Since I got this hearing aid I can now hear with my ear again. I hear soundS I never hear before. The amazing thing is that it goes in your ear an no one can see it. Also they treat you like family there. I love hearing again.
