All staff was very friendly. Very confident. answered.my questions. Also very patient. The Dr Gardner is very friendly her intern a great! Receptionist greeted me quickly. Had about minute of waiting time quick appt. Dr. Very competent.

Just pray you dont have any actual need to hear. Because helping you hear is not a priority. Was told in February I needed a hearing aid, still waiting. And yes my insurance approved it right away, so the issue isnt with them.

I am very glad to have a place to go to take care of my failing hearing, they are patient, and profesional. Jody always is there for me, either for a check up or problem solving, Im glad I found them, and will stay with them.

The hearing aid is fantastic, it comes with a charger which I really love. Had other hearing aids but nothing compares. Hearing aids with the battery would not work when the battery died down and constantly needed to put in a new battery. The service here is top-notch.

Not impressed with this place. My dad goes here and they dont seem to be very helpful with correcting problems that he has with his hearing aids. This is the place that Medicare allows them to go and I think this is why they dont seem to care as much. I go to a different audiologist in Zephyrhills and they are very accommodating making sure that everything is perfect and comfortable.
