Forrest made you feel very comfortable with the total new experience of getting hearing aids as I was a little skeptical getting them. For being so young he is very well informed and knows his profession well and has a vast amount of knowledge in his field. He is very helpful and he goes out of his way to accommodate you with anything you need done or changed with the hearing aids. Zephyr Hearing Aid Center has been very good in helping me with my hearing aids. When it was time to replace them, they have helped me with a new pair that is a great improvement. They are helping by tuning my new instruments to my needs. This has improved my hearing abilities in various settings. I hear sounds I wasnt able to hear before. I would rate them 5 stars based on my experience.
