We’ve rented a unit from this location twice now. Love how nice they keep their property and the gate entry. Today when we were renting a unit, there was a difficult customer who was a bit heated. The lady at the desk handled it so well, and she was so nice to us when it was our turn. I don’t remember her name, but I appreciated her!

This location and the people here really went over and beyond to accommodate my family and I. After a death, the staff went the extra mile in giving time to get paperwork resolved. Treated with dignity and respect despite delays on my part. Would highly recommend. Safe and secure location whether you need a storage unit or a secure place for RV, trailer or food truck. 10/10.

This location has good size units, alittle higher in price then others around but the local police department drives through at night and parks in front. So its has that add extra security to feel.

Great place to for storage. They have wide driveways which allowed the tractor-trailer driver who was delivering our home-goods plenty of room for access. Staff was friendly and initial set-up to move-out was easy and fast. Rates are very fair.

This is a great storage place. I needed to clear out Moms garage.Leigh, the manager was very helpful with all my questions, totally familiar with all the details of the contract, gave a great tour of the facilities and was a just great person to do business with.5 stars!kw

Ive stored my stuff with them for years. The staff has been very reasonable when it comes to payment issues and were always extremely courteous. If I have further storage needs I will definitely go back to them.

Leigh was so great at Sentinel Self Storage - huge lot, 24/7 access, extremely helpful, always calls back, and even gave us a jump when we needed it desperately. Would definitely use them again! Reasonable rates and easy acces.

I had a very good experience renting storage at Sentinel in Cheswold DE. The lady in charge couldnt have been more helpful and kind. The facility is clean, easy to access and provides any supplies you may need, such as locks for the storage unit, storage boxes and other packing supplies. I would recommend them.

We rented at the Cheswold location for over four and a half years. We always had exceptional service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We are moving out of state or we would still be with Sentinel. We highly recommend them.

Horrible place!!! I will never do business with this storage facility ever again and would recommend you dont as well. They accused me of parking and leaving a truck on their property and then threatened to prosecute me. I was shocked in the manner they disrespected me. I dont know if they pulled my name out of a hat or if they didnt like the way I looked or if it was my skin color. Either way they are wrong! I never did what they accused me of. Horrible place and horrible people. Dont do business with them!

Ive been with Sentinel for 3 years now while living abroad. I pay month to month and Stephanie always gives me excellent service when I call to top up my account. Moreover, Im originally from the area and when Im back I really value the availability of the unit. Keep up the great work!

This is an extremely nice storage facility. All of the staff members are excellent to work with. Leigh was exceptionally helpful in setting up a storage unit for a referral of mine and all went smoothly. Barbara is also an exceptionally friendly person and very helpful as well. Both of these staff members deserve great praise and accolades for their great customer service and desire to assist at all times.I also appreciate the 24 hour access to my units. Being a retired military member makes it extremely nice when I come back home from vacation and need to get into my storage unit late at nite to either get something out or put something in that we purchased while on vacation and just dont feel like lugging into the house at night just to have to get up the next day and take it to storage.Again, thank you for such great staff and a great place to store my stuff securely.Sincerely,Bill OLeary
