It was my first time ever dealing with a Public Storage and I was impressed. Liz was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Recently, my friend made a cross-country move from Los Angeles to Arlington, VA, choosing Public Storage for his storage needs. Suffice to say, Ive worked in the customer service industry for many years, so I dont randomly post five-star reviews unless they are JUSTIFIABLY warranted.The Manager of the Public Storage, Gallows Road, Falls Church location, Nadia and her team, certainly walk the extra mile from your initial greeting and throughout each encounter!The original encounter with Public Storage in Annandale, VA, ONE WEEK PRIOR, was a far from stellar, and thats putting it mildly. Number One, he was guaranteed a Climate Controlled Unit, that didnt come to Fruition. Had to WAIT for a Lock for some time, and from another employee, NOT the initial contact!! The list of grievances goes on and on, hence the switch to Falls Church in a matter of days! Liz at the Dover Delaware location was so helpful in helping us secure our first storage unit, but also transferring to a larger unit when we ran out of space. Liz really went above and beyond in making sure the very first large unit that became available was set aside for us. She called us as soon as it was open and ready and we flew over to secure it or we wouldn’t not have had a large enough place for our storage. I can’t believe how limited storage units are in some cities. Kudos to Tiffany and Liz at Public Storage in Dover, Delaware. You are both exceptional front-line customer service people.

After realizing that a reservation I had at another location was going to be completely inadequate, I found myself needing a unit the same day. I was very pleased that the staff at Public Storage had a unit available that met my needs but was also sensitive to the fact that I had driven a 26 truck over six hours and wanted to get unloaded before dark. The staff Tiffany and Liz are the greatest excellent customer service which is hard to come across nowadays. Trish is the best! Shes fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but were happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!
