Do not purchase from this company. i purchased a spa on 3/8/2021. by 4/1/2021 the spa stopped working. the warranty company gave me the run around. they refused to send anyone out unless i sent pictures. the concluded the wiring was wrong. after changing wiring, spa still didnt work. they concluded if needed part. 2 weeks later part comes and guy come out to fix. he didnt even know what he was supposed to fix. later decided the pump is out! on this NEW spa. have to order pump and wait. sales person is unavailable, or useless. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY. IM NOW TRYING TO RETURN!!!!

Drove down to store since it said they were open. Get there and due to Covid you have to make an appointment for weekends. Would of been nice to have company say closed on weekend before I drove there. Due to Covid, really with all the changes and reopening of Vegas. Maybe they just dont want to work weekends.

We bought a high end spa with a chiller from one of their many, many outlets, Atera Spa, made by LPI Inc.out of Johnson City Tennessee. After 14 months and over 100 communicas we still cant use our tub. A comedy or errors and absurdities are too many to list. I just want to make the world aware of these people and ask you to check all the brands that represent them before purchasing. You are welcome

This company took my order, collected the money and I never received a spa. 5 months after the order was placed, not only do I not have a spa, but no one in the company is willing to follow through on what they say. I do not recommend this company, it has been a horrible experience.

First off the Spa itself is great and the price was amazing. P-41 6 person plug and play spa for about $4,500. The issue is the customer service. The salesman who sold me the spa said it should be ready in about 5 weeks but that I could call in 10 days and get a more accurate date. I waited two weeks and called for an update and just got a vague story about parts on back order. After six weeks I called again several times and left messages that all went unreturned. Finally I got a call from someone new who said the original Salesman was let go and he took his place. The new guy told me that nobody knew where the spa was at that time and that it just shows “shipped” but by a company they no longer use. A few days later he calls to tell me it’s been sitting in the warehouse here in town for two weeks. When I asked for some sort of recompense for the horrible customer service and communication he said they might be able to get me a couple of filters. I wasn’t thrilled but it was better than nothing but after 3 days I hadn’t heard back from him either so I sent a text to which he replied that he was going to call his boss and let me know. That was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything. So all in all if you have other options I would suggest going somewhere else.

Do not buy from here DO NOT!!! Class act scammers. I acted like my experience was unique until I went to yelp and saw basically everyone had the same experience. Whatever you ordered it will show up super late and it will show damage. They fight you along the way and refused to refund you. Took five months to get a PARTIAL refund and still no tub!

No tubs in stock... 10 weeks to get one

Been waiting 5 months for our tub. Wrong tub was sent, was told they would rush us a new one in and it would be here in 2 to 3 weeks. Its been about 7 weeks. Cannot get any updates or information on when to expect it.

Everything is excellent from purchasing to delivery to setup, the service we received was outstanding David answered all of questions and concerns. We love entertaining friends and enjoy spending time together. The features offered are fantastic the price is excellent and the quality of the spa very well constructed. We will definitely recommend this company to others

I do not recommend this company I purchase a spa less than a year I had a leak they sent me the the replace parts once I replace it more leaks just kept popping off after the two-year mark so in two and a half years I had 5 leaks the water tube split, I could not keep the Spa clean, I could not keep the temperature under 104 in the summertime and when I called them they would do nothing for me but send me parts my Spa is Less Than 3 years old and Im going to have to buy a new one and throw that one away so please be very careful if you buy their product

We had a tremendous experience at Aqua Living Factory found the perfect hot tub at a price we could afford, spa solidly constructed comes with lots of features, comfortable seating and the sale associate was outstanding answered of my questions. our family really enjoys it we will definitely recommend this company

Set up is easy, delivery and packaging makes it pretty much a snap to put the hot tub where you want it. Hot tub looks great and customer service is great and knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely recommend this hot tub for anyone who is shopping for one.
