Let me just start by saying the gentleman in appliances was supper helpful and great. However I went in to upgrade on a iPhone for my husband two days before and a girl told me they had them for $99.00 until Saturday. So I go back on Saturday and it was packed because of Christmas shopping. So another employee asked me what I was there for so he could make the transaction go a little faster. He explained that they actually had them for a dollar that day. So I was super excited as this was a gift for my husband. So I wait in line for an hour, which was perfectly fine until I got to the front and the girl said Im sorry we dont have anymore. So I asked her to check another store and she said she checked and I wouldnt find one anywhere. I asked her if they got more would they still honor the $99.00 deal. She said she didnt know. So I went home. Then my mother called best buy mobile at another store later that day just to check and the girl there said sure we have some. I was so angry. This girl did not even check. So I drove two hours in traffic back up to the Galleria to get the phone. The Best Buy Mobile in the Galleria was great. They were super helpful and took time to answer every question and help every customer that was in the store. We all were there till 9:00 pm together and they never got an attitude and they went to great lengths to satisfy every customer.

I have bought lots of items during 6 years from Best Buy in Alabaster, Al. All their employees have always been friendly to me. Some of them less, some of them more. Best Buy started matching Amazons prices. I can always easily return all items i buy. No reason to complain or to go somewhere else.

Great store and Geek Squad crew. Mid-size for Best Buy so not the largest but they will place your order online and have it delivered to your home or to the store for pickup. Excellent service.

I really love shopping at best buy. There is rarely a time they disappoint. They always go out of their way to fix any problem I have and really do seam to care. I normally get fairly good advice from their staff. Although I have had to educate them a few times on some things and they always appreciate it.

Im a little bias because Best Buy is my favorite store. In terms of which one to shop at, this one is hands down the best. Staff is very helpful and easy to find. We never find ourselves walking around looking for someone.

On my visit there were few people in the store and plenty of staff on hand, but no one offered to help me, which was unfortunate because I had a couple questions and intentions to spend several hundred dollars on a couple different items. I found one employee in the back who was seated and looking at her phone, and tried to get her attention so that I could get her help. She saw me, ignore me. Maybe she was on a break? I left a few minutes later and was thanked for my business. I didnt buy anything.

Not bad, staff is helpful and attentive. Selection isnt always the greatest and clerks struggle at times. If you need something and you are in the area, if will get the job done.

Exceptional customer support today! I went in looking for a specific printer and this store didnt have it in stock. Zuryiel went above and beyond helping me find a printer that would print up to 13 inches wide that wasnt an HP. There were none in the store like that. He helped order the printer I needed and even helped me with a price match! Zuryiel did a fantastic job helping me out. A+ customer service! Highly recommend!

Shopping at best buy is always a pleasure. I love this place and the quality of their products.

My self and a buddy of mine went into this store expecting to purchase the Asus Transformer dock. Management told us wed get a discounted price for listening to their phone ring for 25 minutes. After deciding to purchase, the salesmen insisted that we had to purchase the Transformer tablet with it. This was not what we were told and they refused to honor their agreement.Avoid at all costs if you plan on having a good day.

We purchased a CPU and a battery backup for our modem. The associate was very helpful.

Save yourself a headache. Do not buy any large household appliances from this location! Especially if you need it asap. Their associates are trained to nickle and dime you as much as possible. Their delivery service is unorganized and will reschedule at the last minute. If you currently do not have a fridge, washer, or dryer and need one asap, look else where for better service.

I dont usually review stuff but this best buy is terrible. They always have issues fulfilling guarantees or upholding policy. Theres always something wrong with a pre-order, or something wrong with a warranty. Plus the employees dont know anything about their system or their products.

Wow, I feel ousted giving a good review here, but Ive never had a bad encounter at Best Buy -- that being said, I always come in having researched and made myself knowledgeable on all the things Im buying/perusing.Im a gamer, and a proud member of their Gamers Club Unlocked. If you dont know, just by paying the $25, you automatically get 20% off all new game purchases, an extra on trade ins and 10% on used game purchases (which are already cheaper than Gamestops prices.)I dont do business with Geek Squad, but just by talking with their staff, Ive never really had any issues with them. Theyve always seemed informative with other customers, and more than willing to help.If anything, the only complaint I would have about Best Buy is the obnoxious DirectTV people set up inside selling their services.

Geek Squad? More like Team Moron. I handed them my laptop that needed a simple virus correction and I come back the next day to a laptop with no work done on it what so ever. Not only did they not correct the issue, they handed it back to me saying that my computer was beyond repair and would not turn on or hold a charge (they said they used my charger and the store display charger just to make sure), and that I needed to send my computer to the manufacturer to be fixed. Of course, being a college student, I immediately panicked seeing as how I have all of my school related work on this laptop. Not only is my laptop fully functional aside from the complications with the virus, BOTH my chargers charged it fine. Those assholes tried 2 times to turn my computer on, and not once did they think it could be the outlet in their facility. By all means, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This is a tiny Best Buy, but its better than driving to Hoover.

One hour pickup times stated online apparently do not apply to this store. Do not order anything online and expect it to be ready for pickup soon, reguadless of wether they have it in stock or not.
