Very unprofessional, part was returned. Part was damaged and no good. Was extremely rude when we returned it.They knew the part had damage but still sold it without disclosing the damage.I’d stay away from this place.

Found parts through car-parts website online for my parents. Sent them the pictures and contact info, was a great price, matching color part. Parents ordered the part, shows up purple and completely wrong model generation. Parents have an 05 expedition, shown in picture with busted out window and ordered 2003 as shown in the salvage yard pictures.they sent the pictured purple 02 or older hatch claiming they know what fits what and have been in business for 25 years. Parents called to see if they would exchange for correct part as this was not my parents error, the salvage yard wanted them to pay shipping etc for the salvage yards mistake. Wont do business with again, buyer beware. Included is a Google image of the 2002 and older generation (tan vehicle) for reference as you can see in the photos there is a curvature and extension to the sides of the doors and therefore aforementioned part is completely useless to my parents.

Very happy with their service

I thought the price of an item was some what high.The part I needed was slightly damaged. However, it was an oem part with all the added parts on it. So it was a tough call on whether to buy it. Weeks prior, I looked at the used cars and thought the prices were high also for a a junkyard.

They were polite and extremely helpful
