Lauren Miller asked to run my credit for a vehicle that I was interested in and sold it to someone else within the same hour. Not only did she waste my time, she added an unnecessary inquiry to my credit report! She tried to smooth it over by emailing me additional vehicle options but the vehicles werent the same color, year or price. UNACCEPTABLE; complete bait and switch! BEWARE when you try apply for financing at this dealership. I suggest that you bring your own or use another dealership that actually cares!

Went to Bentley of Alpharetta to look at an Audi A8. The dealership was very nice. I was a little intimidated because of the upscale cars in the showroom. I figured initially the people there would be a little snooty because I’m not in the market for such a high priced vehicle. Boy was I wrong. Dave in sales and Lindsay in finance made the whole process very laid back and easy. They looked for best finance options for me and even absorbed some of the cost of a warranty. Never judge a book by its cover. While they cater to higher end clients they treated me with great respect and care. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience. Love getting my car serviced here but hate the drive. Top notch mechanics that really know what they are doing. Donnie in parts is always the best at finding what I need at a good price and Suzanne in service is very responsive and professional. They do have loaners, Bentaygas, but were pulled because of mileage to be auctioned on the day I was there. I did have a run-in with the coffee machine, broken, but Suzanne was kind enough to get me a coffee out of the employee break room.

Bentley is recognized as being the best in care quality.. I personally had a mishap with the finance department that I feel was handled improperly on behalf of the manager in charge. I adamantly argued my point which was more than valid only to get partially satisfied, even though the service was offered and paid for through my car note... fortunately they have a wonderful service department lady by the name of Susan who worked really hard and also comforted me through this ordeal.. Im not fully satisfied but she made the process easy as she possibly could with what was in her power.. THANKS!!

When I arrived to pick up my car, there was a slight misunderstanding on my part. Without hesitation, the General Sales Manager and Suzanne volunteered to have my car delivered 3 hours, to my front door. So after about a year, these crooks still refuse to release a title for a car I paid cash for. Apparently, their policies differ from the vast majority of car dealers (Ive purchased 4 vehicles in 2016 and 2 in 2017 with no issues).

I wanted to trade on a newer bentley. I have never been more insulted on a deal. They wanted full retail for a car they bought at auction( and based on carfax, they have been working on it every month since they bought it) and offered over $10,000 less than auction sales for mine. My car has full documents of all service and up to date. Looking elsewhere for a car and dealer I can trust.I finally worked out a deal on a certified convertible. Always test drive the car. I thought that a CERTIFIED car ment that they went thru it and fixed anything wrong. BOY WAS I WRONG. After the deal was done, I started to drive home and hit the interstate, To my surprise the car had a vibration that would shake your teeth out. I called back to find out the car had 3 bent wheels and they did not do the certification, but charged me the $ 5,000.00 for the certification. I brought it back the following week and they tried to straighten out the wheels. It helped but the steering wheel still shook . I live out of town and this is a pain to leave work and drive it down.I brought it back for service and called Sid to have it fixed the right way. He was very nice and got with service. They replaced 2 of the wheels and a new battery. But they told me I need 2 new tires and charged me for them. When I bought the car I asked about the tires and was told they were good. I guess that was something else that was missed by them. Car still has a vibration, they should have changed out the 3rd wheel. I guess if I want a smooth riding car, I will have to purchase the wheel myself. I have talked to another dealer and he told me certified or not, he would never have let a Bentley with 3 bent wheels be sold on his lot.

Dealers sometimes get a bad rap and many times deservedly so. Thats why its such surprise when you find a dealer treats you the way you would treat your friends.I purchased a used Bentley Continental GT, as is, from Nalley Bentley in Atlanta. The whole transaction with Carsen Cornell was over the phone and I had a friend look it over. When the car arrived in SoCal it arrived late at night. When I inspected it in the am I noticed a chip in the mirror that must have happened in shipping. Carsen assured me they would resolve it. Even though they didnt need to. They could have left me fighting it out with the transportation company.I then took it to get smog tested and during the test they alerted me to a possible vacuum leak. When I took it to the Bentley dealer in Newport Beach they confirmed that there was a leak and a malfunctioning remote trunk release. With nearly no discussion Nalley completely picked up the $2k and made it right. They did the right thing.When I lived in at Atlanta I always had my Lexus serviced at Nalley and was pleased with their service. However, this experience sealed it. Clearly they know how to treat their customers. Solid true and true. This is the dealer you send your family and friends and Carsen is your guy. Ill be back for sure.
