I came to North Point Volvo to trade in my car for an upgrade. I worked with Anthony Jones and he was excellent. I drove from Chicago so we started the process about 2 weeks prior. Love this place. I didnt buy my Volvo here. I got it as a used car from another dealership that I found online. I will buy my next Volvo here when the time comes. I use the service department to maintain my Volvo. Zach is my service assistant. He takes the best care of me and my car. I dont live near by so some how I manage to make an appointment and loaner car whenever I cant wait. I trust Zach implicitly with my car and its service.

Worst Dealership Ive experienced... I wish I could give them NO STARS... I bought a pre-owned vehicle in May and once I finished signing my lease and all they were pretty much unresponsive. They do a detailing once the car is purchased and when I went to pick up my car, there were still dirty crumbs and stains that we had specifically talked about BEFORE the purchase. The salesman continued to say itll all be clean... I went back for a re-detailing and not only did I get an additional oil smudge, but it looked like they just vacuumed.. That is something I can easily do myself. The pre-owned manager had told me I can go get my car detailed elsewhere and he will reimburse up to a certain amount, once I get it detailed and he has been unresponsive for 2 weeks now.I have now gone to the Buford Volvo, which I regret not purchasing my car through them.. Their customer service is the best Ive ever had. I ended up going here, since the North point location was so difficult to communicate with and found out that this car had water in it before it was even purchased... Thankfully the car is still under warranty, but if it wasnt I would have had to drop close to $9,000 in repairs... North Point Volvo did a poor job with the Pre-owned checks and sold a car that Im having to get fixed now...North Point dealership responds with a very its sold so not our problem anymore kind of attitude.

Purchased three cars from here in the past, 2011 XC90, 2013 S60, 2020 XC90. New sales leadership changed the deal we had agreed to, not once, but twice in a trade for my S60. The second time they told me I should go somewhere else to trade in my car (that I bought from them). I did! That was in March 2021 and since have purchased a 2019 S60 T6 from the dealership in Birmingham and a 2021 XC90 T6 from Volvo of Marietta. This dealership lost over $90K in sales from a repeat customer because they tried to screw me on $500 in (previously agreed to) trade in value.

Ive always believed that the best sales person is the person thats not trying to sell you anything. I hate buying cars. The aggravation of negotiating a price, the hassle of spending the whole day in a dealership - it is terrible. However, Volvo and Anthony Jones at North Point Volvo have changed all that after 33 years. I went with the new Volvo subscription service. I was able to do everything online very quickly, configure the car we wanted - not one I had to settle for on the lot - and get it in less than 2 weeks. Anthony Jones kept great communication from the beginning and once my car was in, made a convenient appointment for me to come an pick it up. The paperwork literally took about 5 minutes, but then Anthony spend 40 minutes with me going over everything about the car (Much better than anyone at Porsche, BMW or Mercedes ever did with our previous purchases) and making sure I felt comfortable. He called to make sure that everything was going well the next day, and then again the next week. WE LOVE OUR XC90! We love the subscription service and we love Anthony Jones and North Point Volvo! I worked with 2 salesmen i wish i could plug their name but they only have 4, so you will most likely be with an amazing person. Got a better apr than my credit union!!!! What an amazing experience! I took my daughter car shopping on Wednesday and we visited at least 5 dealerships that day and the we went back out the following day. Came in for regular service on an XC90, the representative seemed more than a little annoyed with his job and the simple questions I asked of him. The service itself went well as far as I can tell although it did seem rather expensive for an oil change and tire rotation.

Further, I was not at that dealership for 2 hours—wrong person. I also left after telling Anthony I didn’t want the etch fee. Most companies at least on public forums offers a call or something apologetic but the proof again is below for you to read. Not every customer receives the same treatment and that is apparent.I went in interested in an S60 and was working with Anthony Jones. I found him to be pleasant, but also not direct in answering my questions. I was ready to purchase the car (I had already done my research) but had a problem with a $249 etching fee. Anthony refused to help. Pretty much dismissed me at that point and went on to another customer. I got a called from North Point Volvo’s customer service team a few days later along with a text where we discussed my concerns, yet, no return call about how I felt I was treated. After a few weeks, I noticed the price dropped on the car. I called back and spoke with Drew Hunkin who at first told me he couldn’t help but that he would have someone call me back from used car sales. About an hour later he called me back to say he wasn’t helping me and the fee stood. Interesting that they would prefer not to sell a car than to waive a $249 fee. My financing was also already secured with my bank so I wondered if that was also a reason for them not to work with me, but either way...I found the fee to be unnecessary. As a woman, I should have known I would be dismissed but I was hoping for better. ****WOMEN BUYERS BEWARE!! ****

The outcome was the best possible one for me and my car. I know a lot about cars and the ones I own.I have also interacted with Zach and he was also very easy to work with. This is my go to place for Volvo service.I went to Marietta Volvo a few times, but their service and prices are worse.Best auto service I have ever experienced in the last 30 yrs and Ill consider this for my next purchase.

My first time visit here for my car 1st 10k service and this dealership is very clean and they welcome me with humble. Service advisor Garrett very helpful and took care of my car needs and issues and explained about the service that performed. They have good service specials as well and I did get wheel alignment special for $100. Only reason 4* because of the loaner car service took 2hrs and they are not clean. Though the wait was long they have lounge to relax and starbucks for refreshment. Though we didnt purchase from this dealership but they treat you good. Will definitely recommend and suggest North Point Volvo for your car needs.They follow covid rules and kept the service area and Restrooms are clean and hygiene. Every employee seems to be very professional and covered face masks. Well done Volvo.

Strong recommend for North Point Volvo, and Anthony Jones in particular. We needed a new (or new to us) car, and Anthony made sure we got the best car for our needs. We got a gorgeous 2yo XC60 with low miles that had been extremely well taken care of. I took the car to a mechanic I trust just to make sure it lived up to all the claims, and he said that the car is in fantastic shape. Anthony showed us all the ins and outs and really took his time with us, even calling a day later to make sure we knew how to operate the many functions and to make sure we didnt have any more questions. David in Financing was also great to work with, making everything very simple and having everything prepared so things only took a few minutes. We are looking to buy a new car next year and will be going back to North Point Volvo thanks to the great service and fantastic people who make car-buying easy.

He always follows up on the purchase and he makes time to check in and say hello when I’m there getting maintenance done. He has always found a way to get me into the best possible car in my price range....always! Drew and David make the financing part easy to do, too. Definitely a shout out to them!! They explained anything I had a question about. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car from anywhere else! By the way, the remodel of the dealership is incredible. It’s a leek, spacious, there is coffee and sodas, television, business work space, kids playground and comfortable to wait in for your car to get fast service.It service and honesty like this that makes me not question where I’ll get my next car from.Thank you for making every time I go there be an easy, fair and totally exciting experience!!

We just purchased our 3rd XC90 from North Point Volvo. Each experience has exceeded our expectations mainly due to the time and attention the sales staff gives their customers. Anthony Jones is the most thorough and efficient sales person we have ever worked with. His attention to detail is unmatched. Our new car needs a class to learn all the new technologies but Anthony made sure we reviewed every feature and had all of our questions answered. I stopped in the other day looking for a car and wasnt expecting to love the Volvo as much as I did. Anthony helped us right away and I could tell that customer service was top notch.
