We purposely booked a double appointment to test both the 3 and the Y to compare. Unfortunately I felt a little rushed. Which honestly rubbed me the wrong way, but I guess that was because they only had one model Y in the shop.My sales agent was really nice and helpful. Since they dont work on commission and dont haggle prices there wasnt any pressure. We actually went home and ordered the next day.
I came in recently and the staff as well as other shoppers were treating another family very poorly. The staff showed visible signs of disinterest and even laughed at jokes that other customers were saying about them. Rubbed me the wrong way, definitely never buying anything from this location. It seems there are similar reviews so this wasn’t a one off event (not that, that would have made it okay).
The cars are so cool. The guy that helped us was nice. Forgot his name but he is the only one with dreads. He knew his information and has no problem helping us.
I can’t believe the sales person did not see the opportunity in front of him. They obviously just pay people to sit around in their store because he missed the opportunity to two cars today. My husband and I both need new cars and are wanting to go electric but we will be dealing with a different company after our customer service experience today. What a lazy sales team and horrible customer service skills
I walked in literally willing to spend whatever these cars cost and the sales person will not even get up out of his chair. He pointed me to the model car outside and acted completely uninterested and helping me. I recently came into enough money to afford a Tesla, but I think I’ll wait for the electric Mercedes Benz SUV that’s coming out in a few months

I walked into the store wanting to look at options for my large family. I currently pay for two cars and would like to trade in and have one that suits our needs. After communicating this to the sales person I was told to walk outside and look at their model. He never even stood up out of his chair or took his hand off his mouse. He seemed very uninterested in making any kind of sale or assisting me with my questions. This just changed my mind about looking at Teslas in general. I prefer the customer service of Mercedes/Land Rover/Toyota/Honda/any other dealership I’ve ever visited…. I prefer customer assistance and attention when I spend tens of thousands of dollars on vehicle I will be driving around for years to come and trusting with my children inside

Katie is the real deal and has honestly made the buying process a breeze! She’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has been quick to respond to any questions that have come up even after I left the store. A+ customer service!

We had an agreement at this office and when finalizing the order through my account, they changed it. And even calling back to this office, they were not able to respect their compromise. Really disappointed service; I was expecting a better experience and disappointed that I will not order a Tesla .
This dealership is a 2 car garage with 1 guy working. So only 2 cars and the one guy had 8 people inside this garage. Cant test drive so better like your 50k+ investment based on what they say.
I have been following this company for around 8 years now so you could say I’m a big enthusiast. I came back from college a couple of days ago and wanted to test drive. I was met with some awesome customer service from Chanel, I even mentioned how I honestly did not have the means to purchase the vehicle but still wanted to drive it. She gave no push back at all and offered me an amazing experience. Chanel was very knowledgeable and kind and didn’t make feel bad at all for just wanting to drive the car. Especially since it’s the 4th quarter, if you know anything about Tesla, the fourth quarter is a huge deal when it comes to deliveries. So the fact that I could still test drive the car with no means of buying it during the 4th quarter shows how kind and genuine these people are. If you’ve ever wanted to drive a Tesla, the test drives are amazing and it’s free! Highly recommend, hopefully you all can get Chanel as well!
Worse customer service ever. Tesla reassigned the car I was waiting for at least two months to another customer because I did not reply their text in a half day. I had to call my insurance three times to change VIN number because they kept sending the car to someone else. Like any other business they do not care about people when their items are in demand.

Amazing experience with Tesla sales folks. I truly can not say enough great things with the staff members I have worked with, or in contact with. Greeted by Megan (at Tesla Avalon) for a scheduled test drive, she totally knew the Tesla model I was interested in. Before the drive, she fully explained all the various features and how to of the car. I returned and she answered any and all questions, absolutely no pressure to buy or buy now. Subsequently she followed up with a thank you note for stopping by. After that patiently fielded all my various emails of questions and discussed some over the phone. She is great, and continues to look for my car as now I am waiting delivery.A few weeks later, I noticed from a FB group that Tesla was going to host an open mixer Sunday at 8am to 11am. My daughter wanted to test drive one and at the Tesla Hembree location, we discussed Tesla with Laurel and Ali. They too were awesome and explained the car with my daughter. After my daughter had her drive, returned and Laurel and Ali answered all questions. Offered to look at my order to see where my car was in the process and subsequently sent a follow up email to my daughter. Again no pressure, just a super knowledgeable, polite and courteous staff - super easy to talk to .. just all the way around, a super positive experience.
I ordered a new tesla from Nashville and they set it up to be delivered from Alpharetta. I had to call Nashville multiple times for anything and they never had any answers just that they would call me back which they never did. Anytime I called this store and spoke to Katie Crabb she went above and beyond to get to the solution and not just put me off. She is an asset to this store and completely turned my Tesla experience around. Tesla should do anything they can to keep her as her care and customer service is absolutely top notch. Even on the last day of the quarter when they are slammed she took the time to resolve my problems! Edit: Chanel has also been amazing! I cannot even get a call back from Tesla Nashville.

Staff is friendly but I must say my experience here was nothing short of terrible. I went down to this shop 3-4 times before taking delivery to confirm I wouldn’t run into any problems to pick up the car on time. Employees reassured me on several occasions that all would be fine. Then the day before delivery I reach out to this place again. Long story short, I ended up not taking delivery on time and I had to fly the joint owner of the car across the country to take delivery. All at my expense. Tesla employees never informed me of this as the car and paperwork was being completed electronically. Additionally, NO compensation from Tesla, even though it was 100% their fault. Not even a simple apology. I throw them all the blame as their employees failed to address my situation properly and I made every attempt to insure this wouldn’t happen. I love the car but Tesla has some serious ground to make up in the customer service department. Their employees are undertrained and serve little to no benefit compared to the limited information available on the prefer website.Such a frustrating way to begin enjoying this new car.

This was my second visit to a Tesla showroom. This one was also small and contained one car (a Model X) with a few others outside. Salesman immediately approached us to chat and answer questions. He was knowledgeable and personable and let us end the conversation. Cool vibe. Positive experience. The Supercharger site was a short block away and was almost full (about 10 spaces).
Only two cars on display. Small showroom - Model S and 3. Staff were all gathered talking with one customer. No pressure but not overly helpful either. Was able to sit in both and check out. They should have an X - as its much roomier like S and sits higher.

The sales girl was sooo helpful, I hate car shopping but my son has been asking me to consider Tesla ... she took all the pressure away and I got to ask every question I could come up with!! No rush, no pressure I really got to examine all parts of the car!! Tesla was her dream car ... it showed... hope she gets her student loans paid and is able to afford one soon! Her passion has me strongly considering electric.

The showroom had the model 3 and X on display. The Design Studio let you visualize color combinations if you are interested in purchasing one. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions.
I stopped by with my girlfriend to just look at the Model X with the cool doors, was greeted by an extremely kind employee, I think his name was Jon. He answered all the questions we had and even offered me a test drive in a P100D, mind you I had told him that I was still in college and did not have the money at all to be able to buy one anytime soon. Come time to when we showed up for the test drive, we were greeted and soon were on a test drive with Jon. He told me and my girlfriend about the car and all its features, and answered any questions we had. I felt zero pressure to buy the car, which was nice. But at the end of the test drive I still left wanting one. Great experience and would love to do again.
We were there to see Tesla and test drive. Excellent service. Car features and differences between different models were explained very well. Excellent demo, and also let us drive on auto pilot.

Very impressive showroom and fantastic people there to deal you. I was helped by John. He was very informative about the Tesla. Showroom was clean and tidy. Will going soon there to have a test drive for my next car.
There were no salespeople on the floor and a couple was looking at the Model X. The husband sat in the driver seat and was messing with buttons and features and wound up almost closing the doors on his wife. A few other customers held up the door until the sensor finally engaged and she was able to move out of the way. Still no salespeople to address the situation
Megan Hannon is a real live angel ❤️ most people dont realize this but Tesla is saving the world and giving us hope from a boring slow dangerous Driving Experience. These cars are faster safer more technologically advanced than any other car in the world times100. When people say $47,000 is a lot for a car I laugh because this car should easily be worth 1 million. They require no gas they need virtually no service last pretty much forever have more technology than anything on the planet. Buy one now 🙏🏻

Amazingly smooth experience. Went to Tesla showroom to follow up on my Model 3 reservation. Jon, one of the associates, helped me patiently to retrieve my account by name, guided me to access Tesla customer account (I had to perform password reset) and then addressed all my questions about Model 3 and model X. Rest of staff were extremely friendly and made the experience a seamless one. Kudos.

Absolutely terrible. I have never had another buying experience that was as ill-informed, irresponsible, deceitful and unpleasant as this one. I have a laundry list of problems that I encountered through the entire buying process here and none were ever fixed - even when escalated to management. There was absolutely no accountability and once I had finally ordered, I was hung out to dry. I recommend ANYWHERE else to buy this amazing product, if you want to actually enjoy the experience of buying a Tesla.

Best test drive experience Ever
Great experience at Tesla in Avalon. My aunt reserved a Model 3 a while ago. However, she had never seen one. We stopped by the showroom. Jon showed us the floor models for S and X. He explained the differences in the features. It was a lot of fun. I learned that there is a much more affordable version of Tesla coming soon — and I am thinking about it.
This is a show room at Avalon. Clean, spacious place to look at latest and greatest of what Tesla has to offer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I bought my Model S from this store. Actually, you dont buy Teslas from their stores, you buy it online, which I did from this location after taking the test drive at same location. Various reviews here stating their sales people are bad salesmen, that may be true because they are not sales people. Instead, they are assistants who are knowledgeable about the brand. Tesla does not sell their cars at the store. Actually, the cars sell themselves. All you need is a test drive, for which you should make an appointment and if you can afford it, you WILL buy it.

Wow, Tesla customer service is the worse customer service I have ever seen, worse than Comcast and thats hard to beat. Both locations in Alpharetta are employed by recent college grads with no work ethic. They will promise you things, advise they will call you back, get you an estimate, etc, and than you will never hear back from them. CRAZY to think that! when I am telling them I ready to buy a $65k car CASH. Majority of the employees know nothing about their cars or anything about Tesla or their procedures. You are told one thing and when it actually happens, its the complete opposite. Their sales people will tell you that the car will take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, but on their website it advises guaranteed delivery in 2 weeks or less. I ordered my car through Joseph Kujan who I believe is the sales manager at the Avalon location, he will not pick up your phone or call you back so you have to see him in person. Regardless I did this, ordered the car through him, I have about 10 friends that have Teslas so I gave him one of my friends referral code which he advised he entered and was all good on his end. Once the car came in, I picked it up through Sead Garanovic at the Roswell pick up center. Nice guy, but did not know much about anything. Took him over an hour to get the paper work in order and kept having to go to the back to ask simple questions to his manager. Pretty frustrating! Why not train your employees fully before putting them out there to do things on their own? He advised everything was in check for my referral and I would get my referral miles in about 2 weeks. A month goes by and I still did not have my miles so I contacted Sead and he advised everything was good on his part and told me to email Tesla Referral customer service. So I did, 6 days later I get an email saying I dont qualify for a referral bonus as I did not put down anything when purchasing my car. I emailed them back showing 2 emails confirming their own employees advising my referral was in check. 2 weeks later I get an email from Angela Teerlink a customer service supervisor. She said she would look into it, a few days later she advised she was sorry and agreed the miles were warranted and I would get them within 7 days. 2 weeks go by, and still nothing so I emailed Angela again, few days later she said sorry again and she will process again and I would have them within 7 days. Again 2 weeks go by and nothing so I emailed Sead/Angela back and now both are ignoring my emails and will not respond or provide what I was promised with when I ordered my car. Being frustrated I posted on a Tesla group online and 100s of people responded advising the same exact problem and advised Angela Teerlink is a useless employee at Tesla and the hassle of fighting with Angela or Tesla is not worth it. How can customer service be this bad for an amazing car?

This was my first time in a Tesla store. The sales person was in a bad mood and the experience was lame. I was originally interested in a model X but my enthusiasm has lessened since this experience. Tesla needs to improve the sales experience now that Volvo and others are coming out with similar, also self- driving, alternatives.
