Angela Krause Ford is a very buttoned up dealership. No pressure sales, open discussions, test drives with no questions left unanswered, to the finance dept being fully prepared and laying out all options prior to signing the deal. What a great experience! Our sales person, Kacey Gutierrez was fantastic! His manager Matt was equally as great, keeping us fully informed the entire step of the process. I had an appointment for 8:30am (the earliest slot available) 25k mile maintenance for $300; After 7 hours, I asked for my car back because my phone was on 1% & there were no charging ports in the waiting area. My car had not been touched the entire day!!! Disappointed & will not be returning!

We bought my Mach-E from here. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience 2 weeks after the purchase. We got a call from them wondering when we were going to bring a $5,000 check by to them. This was never discussed with us by Cody when he was working out the terms for how we wanted the loan. Two weeks later, they offered to rework the terms, but it would make our payment go up more than $200 a month. We left very happy, but little did we know what he had done! It was NEVER discussed with us the night we bought! So, if Cody is working with you on the finance end! WATCH OUT!!! He will slip things in to make it sound good, but he wont point out that deposit line!!!! I had a check book in my purse that night! If we had to put down a deposit why wouldnt I write the check right then IF I KNEW ABOUT IT! I would advise not to shop here!!!

Bought 2021 Bronco Sport 12/24/2020. They charged me the transfer fee and taxes for Texas where I live. 7 months later after 2 trips back to Georgia to solve the problem. My car is in Texas without tags not registered. They won’t even return calls to the Finance Company. They won’t return calls. They won’t return texts. What has happened to this dealership??? By the way love the Ford Bronco Sport but this transaction is a nightmare,

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!tl;dr: I bought what I thought was a good vehicle from Angela Krause Ford, but the check engine light immediately came on. I took the car back to be fixed, and the sales team at the dealership showed themselves to be dishonest, lazy, and untrustworthy. Even though the car was repaired and was under warranty, SALES refused to release my car because, although they promised to take care of it, they did not. Frankly, I am shocked that this happened to me, and I hope that other folks can learn from my misfortune. I will be giving me details on Yelp and other ratings websites, so if you would like to know more details, they should be easy to find.

However, they were unable to fix my issue and asked me to come back if the issue isnt resolved by a software update. Its still not resolved, so Ill call them and take the car back in when I have more time

Beware if you are attempting to trade in. They offered me a whopping $5000 for a car Ive been offered $10500 online by Kelley Bluebook and $11000 by another dealship. They want you to pay greater than retail price for their vehicle. Id be skeptical of the >4 star reviews I seen on line.

I made an appointment over a month in advance and verified parts were in for very important airbag recall. When I arrived at my appointment time, the advisor asked if I would come back another day because they were busy. I said no. Then he said I would need to leave the car for 2-3 days with no rental or apology. I did not and let them know the air bag risk was now on them. Will NOT go back.

This is for a work truck that was returned with a door that you were not able to get in or out of. I took it over to Alison Krauss they assessed it and within three days had the door fixed. Customer service by Haley was wonderful. The entire staff at Alison Krauss are very easy to work with and have great Customer service. They have always taking care of our vehicles right away.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought a brand new Aviator in July. After driving it for a few days I realized there was an issue with the AC. A brand new car - not sure how it passed their quality assurance tests. After making several trips and getting a runaround they finally responded and took the car in. This was at the end of July. First they said that they needed some special permission to open the car, then said it needed a special part which had to be ordered, of course the part gets lost in the mail. They get the part and the issue is still not resolved. It really sounds like something fishy is going on. They have had the car for over 6 weeks and still no end in sight. They gave me a loner (Corsair) which is smaller than the car I purchased. I’mleft here making payments to a car I do not have. People buy new cars so that they do not have to worry about issues. I understand that not all cars have issues but do you want to get caught with the bad one? Do yourself a favor and think a million times before going here and buying a car.

It is unfortunate that they are so busy, apparently overbooked, that the staff eats at their desk and sometimes standing up. My vehilce was ready a bit before they even had a chance to let me know, I wasnt sure it was mine I could see from where I was sitting or I would have spoken up. Haley was too invested in Facebook to help me earlier today. She did not ask my name was or what car I was picking up, she directed me to the wrong area. I ended up back at her desk and she was still too spaced out to even help me. She then got upset because she wasnt doing her job. She got mad and stormed off. I did need to schedule another service but she had left. I was coming to pick up my car and schedule another appointment. It should not be that hard. ESPECIALLY at a dealership that prides themselves with their service. You guys need to do drug screens or computer audits or something. Maybe she shouldnt be working there.

I dont tend to write reviews often but felt it was well deserved this time around. Ive delt with a hand full of dealerships throughout the years and I have to say that the service and professionalism that I received from Lonnie in Sales, and Mike in Financing was nothing short of amazing. I was making my purchase from out of state and Lonnie and Mike were super attentive and made sure all of my questions were answered. It never felt like I was being a bother, even if I called and texted quite often. I flew in to pickup my vehicle on a Sunday and Lonnie came in on his day off to make sure everything was squared away, and to make sure that I walked away a happy client. This dealership stands behind their word and i wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful experience.

Initially, our experience was a complete disaster. Todd completely screwed things up and then proceeded to ghost us by not returning phone calls or emails. Once I got the general manager (Rick), involved he and the new person (Frank), who replaced Todd, were awesome! End of the day everything looks great, however it took months to get what should’ve taken weeks. Long story short, Rick and Frank were great to work with. Todd was a disaster.

I took my 2017 Ford Focus to this dealership a few weeks ago and unfortunately it was on Life Support!! This thing barely made it there! The Service Advisor and all employees that I had interaction with were very nice and respectful. I received my car back today and it’s driving like a Champ! I’m a Car Guy and normally perform my own maintenance and repairs, these guys know what they are doing and prices are fair, not cheap. They didn’t try to sell any unnecessary parts or repairs, I feel like the service advisor was very honest and upfront with me. If you need service or repairs on your Ford in the Alpharetta Georgia Area don’t hesitate to take your car to them!

We had some major issues with a Ford vehicle and initially were getting no where with the service department. The service manager got wind of our issue and took personal responsibility for resolving the matter. He worked with us and even gave us a loaner so we would not have to cancel a planned trip. Quick, fast, easy to deal with. I worked with David at Angela Krause and he was excellent to deal with. Light on the sales pressure, strong on the information and understanding of what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. The managers put on the hard sales pitch for the warranty, but thats what their job and they didnt push so hard that I felt pressured or uncomfortable. 3-star original review: Friendly people but lackluster experience. Went to go look at a Mach-E and didn’t feel like it was being taken seriously to close a sale. They didn’t want to do X-Plan and have an ADM on the models. Too bad, because was ready to make a purchase if they would’ve honored X-plan.review upgraded to 4-star: I appreciate the explanation by the owner. I wish it was originally explained to me this way, because it makes much more sense. Going there the first time for a “the works” oil change it was a little complicated but I found the service area. Had an appointment for 9 am and the place was already humming. Service personnel were very busy and not very friendly at first. I guess they were going at full speed do not much socializing. Finally got taken care of and was told wait time would be between 1and 1/2 to two hours wait. They have numerous lounges and very clean and I found one that didn’t have any other customers. One lounge even has an awesome coffee machine. The check out was efficient and fast and very pleasant service person who was extremely attentive. Will definitely come back

Having recently relocated to Alpharetta and in need of service on my F150 I called the local Ford dealer to inquire about costs and to schedule an appointment. I chose the “service dept” in the automatic phone system and was connected to a representative. I explained my needs and the rep said someone from Quick Lane would call me back to discuss. Two days later…no return phone call. So I contacted the Ford dealer near my former home (30 miles away) and here I sit getting my truck serviced. I guess Angela Krause Ford doesn’t need any additional business??? They’re not very good at returning phone calls as promised. Leads me to wonder if the service quality might be equally as poor???

WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES!!! We’ve had to take our car in SEVERAL times to get fixed because they put the wrong part (that wasn’t even compatible) on our car! And then when we wanted the right part installed (that we had already paid for) they did a bunch of patch jobs. (2 different conversation kits that we didn’t want to begin with) You drop off & you literally don’t know what you are going to get back. Talked to the manager after our 4th pickup & his response was, “Sir, I don’t understand why I’m getting involved here!” REALLY??? Our car STILL has not gotten the wrong parts that are not compatible with our car removed!ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & INCOMPETENT!!!

Work performed on my vehicle was satisfactory but the appointment process leaves much to be desired. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take an hour and a half. When I showed up on time for my appointment I was told it would take upwards of 3 hrs because of the many customers ahead of me that drove up without an appointment for an oil change. What’s the purpose of making appointments if you’re not going to enforce them? Kind of a messed up policy if you ask me.

We have used this dealership buying 3 and servicing 5 vehicles over the years. I called and made a service appointment for a drop off on our 2019 Edge. I dropped my vehicle off early for service that day. The service department was very busy that day and my car was not ready as was promised by the service rep. I waited an extra day for the car. The service rep, Benji, was very courteous and asked what he could do to rectify the problem. We came to an agreement, and I hope we both feel that this was a win/win solution for both of us. I’m grateful for the mobile service. I was grateful for the opportunity to pay online.Areas to improve:1. Be upfront of added Mobile fees.2. Explain that car owner will have to meet car technician at mobile site. I was at work, and did not realize I would have to come outside.Also, it was advertised that you price match. When I showed a quote on tires, I was told you could not match the price.I was only offered a $600+ 30k mile service. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Not only did I make an appointment with quick land for 7:30 in the morning I had to call to see why my car was not done by 9:30. At that point they said it was not even in the service center yet. I had to fight for it to be done by 10:30 am. A simple oil change that had an appoint through the quick lane should not take that long. Never less after three years of asking the sexist company still will not acknowledge that I am the owner of the vehicle when my name is on the title and car payments but because my husbands name is on both they will only refer to my car under his name for all corespondents.

I will till my dieing breath recommend this dealership for the best service in all of Georgia. No one in Georgia will go this far above and beyond for a customer as they did. A censor that is 40,000 back ordered went out on my car, Eric called every Ford dealership on the off chance someone might have missed a spare censor in inventory. A repair that was estimated by the Ford Motor Company to take a minimum 4-8 weeks to diagnose, and then another 4-8 weeks minium to find a solution to repair it. In three days the man saved my life got the car repaired, and got me on the road again. Next car I buy ai got to this dealership, their are not enough words in the dictionary to make me adequately express how grateful I truly am! 5 stars 10/10 and A+.

I called to confirm the dealership actually had the truck so i could test drive. Bailey told me they had it so I told Her I was coming to the dealership. When I got there with in 30 minutes another sales Person told Me he was going to get Her and led me to a room and asked me for my phone number and said he needed it to check me in (strange). And entered it into His computer . I waited for Bailey to come greet Me but She never did . The Sales associate came out and delivered the bad news that the truck was not Actually there. Big Waist of Time and Disrespectful Bailey would not even come tell Me herself face to face.

Angela Krause Ford/Lincoln did an excellent job of diagnosing, repairing and resolving rattle in dash and headliner of my new 2020 Nautilus vehicle. Matt Lane provided professional updates and responded in a timely manner. It took three weeks to resolve but was well worth the wait! Thanks to Matt and team, the Nautilus has the quiet ride that Lincoln promises. We did notice that the illuminated sill had been scratched during repair so that is the only reason not a five star. Thanks Matt for taking care of us!

I purchased my car here and great experience with buying but no so much with service.Their service Dept is a mess and very disorganized and they don’t seem to know what is going on.I used them for my 1 and 2 service and both times the experience was not good. 1st time I gave benefit of doubt but was convinced after second try.Still waiting in service advisor to follow up about recall which he had no idea about and only was able to find out when tech told him after I asked. Said he would call me in a week and it’s been a month.Will go for service elsewhere next time.I

I recently purchased a new vehicle here and found the experience pressure free and actually quite pleasant. There was no hard sell at all. The salesman, Guillermo, answered all my questions, gave me as much time, and space, to assess the vehicle as I needed, explained the various trim levels in detail, and spent time showing me the features I was interested in and informing me of the many safety features on the vehicle.I rarely write reviews but in this case the professionalism of the sales consultant, Guillermo, merits my doing so. I recommend asking for him by name if considering a purchase or lease from Angela Krause Ford-Lincoln.One final note; its obvious the entire staff has been well trained in the five foot rule. I was acknowledged by everyone in my vicinity, whether just perusing vehicles on the lot or in the showroom. That is always appreciated.I have no hesitation recommending this dealership.
