I was contacted last month about a free month of OnStar service. After I advised them I wouldn’t use it the agent advised me that they will offer me a $25 gift card to try the service for the free month and I could cancel anytime. I clarified that I did not have to pay for the service to receive the gift card. I decided to do it as I had nothing to lose. I never received the gift card to my email within the five days that was quoted. I called today to cancel the membership and they advised me that I would have to pay the first month to receive the gift card. The supervisor(who would not get on the line) offered me two more free months. I told them that they could keep their free months and I would just make sure that everyone knew this was a scam. I miss when you could take someone at their word. I definitely will no longer be doing business with GM. It’s a shame that they cannot honor misinformation given by someone that they employ.
Wasting time!! I have given my assessment to the manager, and the way he was talking to me was so rude as well he said my work is done by someone else, If you cant appreciate someones hard work before joining you How would you support your team in future, Not interested at all with the same Manager any time. thank god, god saved me from such night mare, i am so happy with my current job.
GM is absolutely horrible and could careless about its customers. I have spent over hundreds of thousands on GM cars and had problems from all of them. Most recently I purchased and fully loaded C8 corvette. Wrote a check for $100k, and after a deer run into me, I ordered parts to fix the car. wrote another check for 6k in parts. The parts where in stock, but GM has done nothing to ship them out. Ive been waiting 4 weeks for GM to just ship out parts they HAVE in Stock. I will never buy another GM vehicle and recommend you dont either!!
