Hamza is amazing. He bent over backwards to get everything I wanted done to the car before I picked it up the next week. When the office staff failed to get the registration finalized before I went out of state, he took responsibility for the it and had the car shipped there and back, just to get it taken care. He even washed and vacuumed it again for me! Not a lot of people have that kind of character these days-especially used car salesmen! If I ever buy a car in GA again, it will definitely be from this place.

TK is one of the best sales people there. She will do all she can for you but remember, she is the sales person. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I had a problem with the key that came with the car. It worked for a few days. It was a after market key. I had to get my car towed to the Toyota dealership, get a new key and the computer system had to be reprogrammed. My advice to anyone buying from this dealership is to make sure that you have a key that is actually made by the manufacturer of the car that you are buying. If it is a after market key, make sure that before you do any dealings, USA Auto go and get you a legit key made by the manufacturer of the car that you are buying. Dont want anyone going through what I had to go through. Other than that, its a pretty decent car lot.

I recently purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring from USA Auto Sales in Alpharetta. We took the vehicle for a test drive, and my husband noticed an oil leak at the valve cover. We pointed this out and they said they would fix it. We came back the next day or 2 to pick it up. On the way home the Check Engine & VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) light came on. I pulled over and called Victor and he said no worries I will fix it. Apparently it was a part that was removed during the gasket job, an electronic V-Tech Valve pressure thing. My husband brought the vehicle back within the next couple of days and waited while they had it fixed. For the age of the vehicle, it was very clean and they also had a car fax which showed regular maintenance on the vehicle. We were going to be traveling with 2 dogs and just needed something bigger. We just returned from a trip to Texas (from GA) with our dogs, and we had no trouble with it at all! Although we made 3 trips to the Dealership, we ended up with a good used Mini Van! TK was our sales person and she was great! Victor was very kind and did what he said he would do! This is a very honest dealership. If you see a problem, tell them, and they will fix it!

-Buyer Beware-My husband and I drove for 2 hours on Wednesday to look at a specific vehicle at this car lot. We put a $500 deposit as we were told that we would need to in order for them to guarantee that the car would not be sold. There was an issue with the center console that needed to be addressed and we were to pick up the car on Friday. On Thursday afternoon I received a call from Hamzaid informing me that he had to make a decision, and decided to sell the car to someone else, however he did return our deposit. We had already been approved for an auto loan for this specific vehicle with TKs help, so he put us in an unfortunate situation. Everything worked out as we found a nicer vehicle with a better price, and received excellent customer service ( thanks to Ricky and crew at MJs Auto land).Dissatisfied is an understatement for how we feel about the service we received. Taking our money and selling the vehicle to someone else was not only unprofessional, but speaks volumes of the manner in which this business is ran. Shame on you Hamzaid for a poor business decision, you should honor your own policies that YOU created. 👎👎👎My only positive is that TK was courteous and professional and helped us with the loan process.

I found a particular car that Ive been looking for at USA auto sales. I found it online and I live in Myrtle Beach. Hamza was a great help and very friendly. Since I was a state away he sent great pictures. He also sent me a walk around video of the car running.As well as specific pictures i asked for. There was a little scratch on the car, litlle.. he made sure to send pictures of it as well. I felt very confident basically buying the car sight unseen in person. When I arrived the car was detailed, waxed and ready. Very happy experience with Hamza and extremely happy that I found this car. I would recommend USA Auto Sales.

One of the worst car shopping experiences I’ve ever had. No one wears masks, not COVID-19 friendly. If you bring your car to trade in, make sure you watch it because they won’t take care of it well. They left my door open during pollen season while we were waiting for a credit check. My husband had to go out and close the door. Then when we were trying to leave after negotiations failed (or lack of negotiations) the car salesman was just sitting there staring at us and we had to assertively ask for the key and title to the car back. Just go somewhere else, don’t come here.

I was looking for a Ford Flex and theyre a little hard to find. Found one at USA. Cargurus had it listed as fair price and it would have been a fair price until I had to fix a bunch of things that were wrong with it. Bad oil leak, transmission fluid leak, bad motor mounts. Ive spent $2,000 so far on the vehicle. They dont do anything to the vehicles they purchase. I doubt they even do an inspection or an oil change. When I drove it off the lot the low tire light was on so I was thinking maybe a bad sensor but all four tires were low on air. You would think they could at least keep air in the tires of the vehicles on the lot. I even ask if they had somebody that could check the air pressure and TK said they didnt have anybody that could check it. TK knew I was coming to look at the car the next morning. We drove up the night before and spent the night so we could pick up the car first thing since I live 3 hours away. Car wasnt even detailed, it had pine needles all over it. Ive had to detail it twice because it had bad water spots on the right side windows and paint. The only positive thing I can say about this vehicle purchase is that the paperwork was an easy process. I do not recommend buying a car from this place. I totaled my car and had one day to find a car. Ive bought over a hundred cars in my lifetime but will never buy another vehicle from this place.

Looked for a rust free Land Cruiser for a long time. Bought an 03 from USA Auto. They shipped to me in Tampa Bay. It checked out, all promises kept. These are good guys.

I bought a car from them out right, and 3 months later I had to replace almost $3,000 worth of parts and labor that they NEVER mentioned it to me. They didnt even register the car, so I bought a car from them that couldve not been able to drive. They need to FULLY inspect their cars before putting them on the lot to sell. Lesson learned though. Hopefully it never happens to yall.Edit: when I had my car being fixed, the estimator had told me there was NO FRONT BRACKET behind the front bumper. (Which is needed for a cushion for when you get into fender benders) they screwed the bumper on with house nails!! There was a hole in my exhaust pipe. The estimator had to replace almost $3900 with of parts and labor for it to be safe to drive, almost totalling the car!! I dont know about anyone else, but not having a car that is safe to drive is DEADLY!! I hope no one buys a car from them that doesnt know about cars. Theyre preying on people to not know better!! Stay away from these guys!

GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! We were very frustrated trying to purchase a reliable, used car for our 16 year old son and had been looking for months with no luck. Either people were untruthful about the vehicle, unresponsive or selling vehicles for ridiculous prices. We finally found a vehicle listed with USA Auto Sales. From the very first contact to the sale and completion of promised repairs, theses folks were attentive and responsive. They responded to our inquiry very quickly, and patiently answered all questions. When we arrived to test drive the vehicle there was no hassle, they were not pushy—they were friendly and helpful. We worked with TK and she was wonderful. Super efficient and attentive. When we test-drove the vehicle we were amazed to find that it was EXACTLY as advertised—no undisclosed surprises. The vehicle was in excellent condition, had been very well maintained, and was being offered for a great price. There were some very minor items we asked about before closing the sale. We were shocked that, without any hesitation, they offered to handle those items at no additional cost to us. We closed the sale —no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. The only fees were the standard ones we expected (tag/title, etc.). We wanted to take the vehicle home that day to surprise our son, so Victor said we could bring the vehicle back for the agreed upon minor repairs to get done “whenever we were ready.” When we brought it back a month later, Victor repaired everything he had said he would—and again we noted how attentive and customer-friendly Victor and TK were. We have now had the vehicle for just over a month and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. They sold us a quality used vehicle with low mileage at a great price...they kept their word and they were super easy to work with. The next time we purchase a used vehicle, USA Auto Sales in Alpharetta will be the first place we call. They have definitely earned our repeat business—and our trust! Having never bought a car so far away, I had many reservations about the entire process. After looking at similar cars from other dealers, my confidence did not grow. It was a breath of fresh air to work with TK as she gave an excellent virtual tour of the car, pointing out both the highlights as well as some of the flaws a 10 year old car may have. I wanted to purchase a SUV from them on Saturday. Made contact via email to get as much info as possible before driving the two hours to the lot. Two employees made contact with me early but then no new replies after 2pm. Glad I didnt drive the two hours. I then followed back up on Monday morning to inquire and they informed me that the SUV had been sold. I know cars are sold all the time, but no responses and then not even a follow up to let me know the car I wanted to purchase was sold...not good. I had already made arraignments to take time to drive and purchase the car. I cant recommend this car dealer.

They had a good deal on a suburban I wanted but never had anyone follow up with me. I applied for credit and even messaged three or four times with the promise of someone would call me but no one ever did. If they dont have time to call you than they are probably a shady business. What a great car buying experience at this small lot. This business has found its niche by selling good cars at great prices and focusing on volume. Cars are priced to sell. TK was my salesperson and was outstanding to work with. The car I bought had an a/c leak that they promised to fix. A lesser lot could have put coolant in it and sent me on my way. They took 3 days to find the issue and replaced the evaporator at their expense. TK kept me informed with updates and she was very knowledgeable and honest throughout the 3 day process. I will come back here when my son turns 16 and ready for a vehicle.
