Very convenient to my home, fair pricing, and nice gentleman in office gave me all the info I would need to store as well as showed me some spaces I may be interested in the future

Kim at store #149 has given me by far the best service selecting and renting 2 storage units than I ever had renting anything in the last 55 years. Kim is knowledgeable and willing to work out solutions. I would be proud to have such a competent dedicated employee.

Wow! Rayvon was amazing today I felt like he went above and beyond today in assisting my best friend and myself with getting a storage space. He showed us a few different options and explained the differences with units and buildings as well as explaining how to fit our items into the unit strategically to where things would fit and not just be thrown inside the unit. My boy Ray really helped my brother and I out tremendously to get a space and get moved in, even in the rain he went above and beyond showing us different spaces different sizes and actually giving us information we didn’t think of when storing our items. Staff super helpful and friendly, cheapest storage I could find around here. They do require you to have insurance though, theirs is very expensive so I’d recommend getting renters insurance if you don’t have it, it’s way way cheaper and can apply to your unit.

Just vacated my storage unit after more than 2 1/2 yrs. Used an indoor unit. Clean facility and easy access at all hours. The transition from Uncle Bobs to Life Storage was seamless. And Sean promptly returned my call when I left a voice mail inquiring about the process of moving my stuff out (since I was paid up through August 1, it was just a matter of moving everything out and completing a quick one page form in the office). Definitely recommend this facility. Excellent experience.

I recently rented a 2 storage units here at the Jones Bridge Location and I had the most pleasant and wonderful experience. The staff there was more than helpful, kind, and absolutely incredible in customer service! The units are well maintained and Id definitely use it again if I need it and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

I have stored with the Johns Creek location twice over the past five years. Both times, the process was quick, more affordable than anywhere else, and simple. The staff was awesome! Sean is very honest and knowledgeable, and will always help you find the best deal or solution for your needs. Everyone on the staff is polite, professional, and laid back. The facilities are always clean and quiet. I wouldnt store anywhere else.

Just want to say Ive been storing here for two years for my landscaping business and its a great facility. Sean has been here since day one, he even signed me up and has always been friendly and helpful. I have accidentally left my door open two times and Sean has personally called me to let me know. I would highly recommend storing with Sean and life storage!

I can honestly say that making a transition to GA was not a completely smooth transition from Chicago several years ago. I had the largest size Uhaul and transitioned a 3 level house of furniture into a much more modest space. I looked up prices online and got a great deal! The staff at this particular Life Storage on Johnson Ferry is top notch. The manager Johnta is very professional and even as I was prepared to complete the downsizing project in not needing storage anymore, Johnta was informative and the same excellent service existed throughout my experience. Im grateful for ALL the resources he provided to help make my storage experience both pleasant (I didnt know there was a such thing) and reliable. From boxes to access to the secured facility - clean, secure, and well lit - it was all worth it to choose Life Storage! Thanks for an excellent service experience Johnta and if I ever need to store ANYTHING additional in the future, I wont even have to think about it!!!

Do not rent here. I have had 2 units for over 3 years and they both were rat infested. The odor inside and outside the units was overwhelming. The office staff was not helpful and combative. All questions were answered with no or I dont know. Half of my belongings had to be dumped at my expense. The other half was moved by my family with no help from the company. Deplorable!
