Accompanied my boyfriend’s sister to this liquor store, I didn’t bring my purse. I wasn’t buying anything I just tagged along. The lady at the counter said I needed to show her my ID. I went to the car and the lady still refused to sell triple sec and margarita salt to her because I stepped foot in the store. She asked if she could come back later to buy what she needed and the lady said only if she comes back WITH ME AND MY ID.... I’m sorry but that’s so ridiculous. I’ve never in my life had this experience.Even at Publix which is strict with selling alcohol doesn’t do that. I’ve shown up to Publix and even other liquor stores with friends who didn’t have to show their IDs since they weren’t making the purchase. The lady was just doing her job it isn’t her fault, but this policy is so stupid. It really is. Makes zero sense. Never going into another ABC liquor store again. Extremely lame

Great store with very friendly employees! One can find everything - very well stocked! Sales throughout the store and the floor is organized in a great way. Liquor, wine and beer galore! My go to store! Highly recommend!

Great selections and great service. I love trying all the different sakes. And the Korean shoju is great, the rice based vodkas are some of the favorites! Scott is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with the sake!

Love this store and their craft beer selection. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Were even more excited when were able to pick up some Weyerbacher beers when we stop in to see whats in stock!

I used to go to this store often, but 3 weeks ago I was shew by the late hours store manager, not sure what was happening to her, but I notice she was having a long day, me trying to brake the ice and have her to open the cabinet I asked her if her day was a long one I almost lost an arm :-P I hope nothing big was happening to her, but all I need it was to get a bottle out of the cabinet.

I just witnessed a manager blame a customer for the companys failure to process her online order bc its system couldnt tell difference btwn android and iPhone order. The manager at the Forest City, FL location made that customer feel like she was not following orders when in fact it was the company limited platform. He told her Ill do it this one time but not next. You have to call customer service. The customer said I already called them and they told me head to store. She was even on the phone with customer service who apologized for error...but that manager didnt apologize for embarrassing her. She was a POC, soft spoken, proving the order difference in iphone vs. android (not flipped from yellow to blue) and he was white treating her suspect. That was horrible. The cashier was kind and gracious, also white, treating her with respect and belief of the system error, not placing any blame on the customer but trying to make it right.

Arrived at 8:45pm after work to get a bottle of champagne and they closed. Your sign said you closed at 9pm. Maybe you should update it accordingly as that is not the case. Thank you total wine for being the MVP!

Bourbon selections are really starting to go south. I dont know if theyre being picked over as soon as they get deliveries or what but everything is like 80 to 90 proof and mostly low shelf or boutique brands. Good luck finding anything buffalo trace.

ABC liquor has a cigar that no one has.. sweet Jane by Deadwood cigar company. The only issue is.. that they run out pretty quickly so they need to order more because theyre very popular and an excellent cigar. Love ABC.

Our go to store in Altamonte. Not impressed with the scotch selections ( would rate it average) though highly impressed with the bourbon options.

Not a giant selection, but the staff are excellent. And they will go out of their way to special order for you, even if it takes some time and sweet talking to get it! They get to know you and even remember what you usually get. They are very knowledgeable about their stock as well, a d happy to answer any and all questions that you may have. Not too many other places you can say that about these days :)

The selection varied for both budget and taste. I did fine their fortified wine area to be a bit limiting but what they had was still good. Customer service is both fast and knowledgeable

Stopped in here while visiting town for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and they had a great selection of beers and wines. I actually found a few local favorites that made it worth the trip.

I received a gift card for my birthday and tried to use at the Altamonte springs store and they could not figure out how to input into their system. Customer service was horrible. She did absolutely nothing to help. I will never go to ABC Liquor store again. I will go to Totally wine were the customer service is 5 Star.

I went in to pick up some vodka I was greated by a sales lady she explained different vodkas showed me what was on sale. I purchased a few things. Great store, employees are very helpful.

FIVE Stars for selection of beer, knowledge of staff and location. This ABC has some of the best associates of any ABC I have shopped previously. Staff has great knowledge of beer and also a great selection to match! Now my go-to place for craft beers here in Altamonte.

Annoyed because I wasnt aware of the policy about not selling to adults if their kid was with them. A worker helped me and everything and didnt mention it once. Finally get to the register and they told me nope. Now I know after I wasted all that time shopping....
