This is a rating on Publix not this store in general. Horrible cheap tasting dessert options, prices increasingly high for bad quality. Publix Almond milk is chunky, cheesecake is not authentic, everything is just a horrible rendition of the real thing. Do better Publix. Sad part is FL doesnt have options anymore. Publix would be worth the price if their quality was as good. Cakes is about the only thing you get, but I couldnt even find a cake theme for my teenage daughter. Its all kids or adults. I felt so bad, we ended up with ice cream cake.

This is the best Publix Store Ive ever shopped in since I was a kid growing up in College Park Publix. Doug (manager), and his staff are the most hard working, professional, accommodating, customer service oriented and friendly staff there is. Strangely one of the BEST places to get a great Cafe Con Leche made by Jackie R. She runs that little cafe in the corner of this Publix. She’s the BEST and also the sweetest person to be around. Every drink she makes is no disappointment for me.

This supermarket is super clean and very nicely put together They have a few deals where you can buy 2 for certain price public Publix chicken wings are the best theyre the best and they have so much to choose from

This is a good store to a degree. Deli is good, produce is great and consistent and grocery has what I need. Unfortunately Bakery has let me down multiple with certain decorator requests. There are times where I expect the bakery manager Julie to help me but she seems too busy or not bothered by my frustration. It seems as if shes too fixated on other things to be able to help her department stand out. I will not shop here anymore and will go to the Publix across the street. Ive been going here for years but I cant enjoy my sweets like I used to. Please fix this.

Publix is my store although some say its a little high in price but look at the quality from cleanliness to awesome fresh fruits . For seafood I go to Costco or Lombardis

I really like shopping at this Publix. For some reason, I like their produce a little better than the one across the street. It is always clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly & available to help you find an item you may be looking for. I miss being able to see the smiles of the employees (Due to everyone wearing mask) Aug 2nd, 2020

I was there a few nights ago right before they closed, I had just left work and needed to make a chicken. Linda at the front was so nice and sweet and she helped me through the process of the chicken I made just while paying. Linda, you are appreciated :) thank you

I have accidentally bought whole bean coffee instead of ground beans and they still exchanged it for the correct one even when I didn’t have the receipt oh my goodness thank you thank you so much I seriously love this Publix!!!

Beautiful place to shop. I went there with my buddy because the Credit Union was not open yet and we decided to have breakfast at Publix there. Always a wonderful place to shop. Even though Publix is a large grocery chain, they (the workers) always make you feel like your at home at your neighborhood store; no matter where you go!!!! Customer service is job one to them.

I don’t write reviews often but I had to write this one. I want to congratulate Publix for hiring “Alexander“, one of the bag persons in the grocery store. He was so respectful and pleasant and complementary I don’t think I’ve had a better experience with A bagger. He recognized I was wearing a Jewish star (star of David) and offered a “shalom“ as a greeting. It touched my heart that he even recognized me and brought a tear to my eye and again said shalom, After loading my truck. Publix needs to promote this individual as quickly as they can, because he is an excellent representative of their company.

I go to Publix for two reasons, specifically. The BOGO deals are pretty sweet..and..my go to spot to pick up/send Western Union. Very simple and convenient

Deli diet Iced tea was BOGO but they didnt have any. Unfortunately this location isnt giving rain checks so at 9pm I had to drive to a different location to buy tea. Guess I will have to shop the other location more often! No rain checks is rediculous!

They have two Publix across the street from each other and the biggest one had all kinds of new food that a lot of the other public dont carry and they have good stuff for dinner lunch

Very easy in and out place. Requires masks for entry, be responsible and respectful and use a mask, you can take it off as soon as you leave.

Even though there are other super supermarkets, the experience at Publix is unique, and that is due to the staff, from the moment you enter to checkout. They treat you like your the only one that matters, through out the store to helping you to your car. Im always smiling when Im there.

This Publix has the rudest cashiers you will find in a grocery store. We received mfg coupons with the neat little foil designs and the cashier says its not a real coupon?? If you go through the 10 items or less with 11 or 12, expect the cashier to refuse to ring you up!You would expect paying a higher premium on meats and vegetables that customer service would come along with it, well it doesnt at this store!This store has to do a lot of retraining or house cleaning of its rude cashiers!

Very high prices, seems like they just keep increasing everything a few pennies every few months. Almost a dollar more than Walmart on 80% of everything. Pay more or go to the zoo to shop either way I lose. Wish my income would rise like this.

Hi, Manager Doug... Thanks for putting the Old Florida Original Gourmet Tortilla Chips on an end cap where they caught my attention. Im on my second bag and they are great - better than any of the name brands, in my opinion. Hope you continue to stock them.

Every time I come to this publix just because my skin is dark they act like Im going to rob them. I hate that people still to this day do this. And Publix you need to retrain you managers and staff to treat all people equally. There are still unavailable items but for the most part you can do all your purchases here as long as you are willing to be flexible with switching brands when necessary. BTW, if you leave in Altamonte Springs or nearby there are two different Publix location across the street from each other at the intersection of Palms Springs Drive and SR-436. Happy Hunting!
