This Publix is located near us. We like coming here because it is always clean and usually has everything we are looking for. It has great produce, cakes & desserts, frozen foods, and dont forget to pick up some of Publixs own brand of Ice Tea and Lemonade. You will not be disappointed. I also have to acknowledge the friendly customer service from everyone who works here. Come on by and shop here.😊

Always a great experience shopping at this location. Everyone on the staff is always working very, very well & always takes care of the customer. Always clean & a very nice atmosphere (and of course plenty of good deals). Julia & Nick helped me a long while back and I’d like to recognize them for providing a very enjoyable & awesome experience when checking out at the register. Store okay. Some employees, cashiers, asst, managers and the evening stockers have an attitude. Stockers all can be intimidating at times. They mostly talk amongst themselves and just stare at me as I pass them. I try to get in/out of this place quickly.

The meat department needs to get fresher meat, it smells bad soon as you walk in that direction. The Publix in Deltona is the best, food is ALWAYS fresh, even the vegetables are a question at this Publix, its scary how the different areas have better food than others. Very sad.

I shop at this Publix location almost every day, all stuff are friendly and give good customer service but there is this young employee named Sanya is simply amazing, she brings a smile to my face every time I see her, she has a such beautiful bubbly personality. Keep it up Sanya

I guess you knew that already that Publix rocks! But what you might not know is they have plain wings you dont even need Ranch to have with because they are phenomenal along with their green tea I have lost 22 lbs in the last four and a half months Im drinking there green tea with ginseng. They have it on buy one get one free pretty often:-) the Frontline workers there are also phenomenal and kind. I have arthritis and Im so happy when a young man offers to help me to my car. We dont see that much these days so drink it in :-)

This is by far the best Publix I have been to in FL! Their sushi is top notch and so fresh all the time. Not to mention, Sherand (Sheranda?) is a JOY! She is the nicest, most customer service oriented person I have met across any industry. Whenever I come into Publix, I look to see which register she’s at so I can see her, she does an amazing job remembering customers and always asks how I am doing. She automatically puts a smile on my face as she goes above and beyond for customers. Sheranda is such a light & even with a mask on she is radiant and welcoming.

There motto says it all; Where shopping is a Pleasure. I can not express more how great shopping at Publix is. From the moment you enter to the time you leave. Everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The quality of their food products are excellent, even the prices are out of this world. Excellent place to shop for your everyday needs.

Organized and always being helpful and their butcher is always helpful to help us pick out different choices of meat and recommends things we have never had and other always 👍There was even an issue with the instacart shopper and the manager chased me down in the parking lot to personally apologize even though it wasnt even their employees problem. They never have issues with things being and probably enjoy shopping here more than anywhere. Theres never a really long line or wait and have really fresh high quality products.

Every Publix has a different experience but this one was great. There were actually employees around, and they would ask how I was doing and to let them know if I needed anything. Its little things like that, that will bring people back. I will go out of my way to shop at this particular Publix. Thank for having friendly and polite 😊employees!

Always great deals and the store was very clean. My cashier was very helpful and courteous. I love all the books deals that were in store that day. I got a sub for my daughter and I and it was good. I also got some onions rings and they were good too.

Marti in the Deli Department is amazing, I usually get there early to get a sub for lunch. She is my go to person always chops up my veggies for my subs and puts attention in make the subs. Always happy at lunch time!

I appreciate this store! I am new to Florida (from Texas), and I like their deli food here. The chicken tender sub is good and filling! I recommend. Also, the staff at this location specifically has been a blessing for sure. The store is clean and very organized. It’s not difficult to find what I need. Just like almost every other Publix, the staff is awesome and they still make some of the best sub sandwiches in the area!

Clean for the most part, there was a fly in one of the bread cases where subs are made. When I told the employee he did take the whole case to the back, so thats good. Employees are nice.

Love this publix. It really is the friendly neighborhood grocery store. Management and employees are always engaging and friendly. Love that I can go in this store not knowing where an item is and the staff can see it on my face and be helpful but non-invasive.

I like the place. But this particular Publix seems to run low on items. They were out of two things I wanted.

There is always someone in the grocery pick up spots and noone at publix seems to care. Just a bit frustrating. The store is great though, staff is really good!

Publix at Gateway Crossings is a great place to shop. Always clean, safe, well stocked with fresh produce, meats and other products. Their pharmacy is great too. All of their employees are great. I accidentally called the wrong Publix and to my dismay the lady that answered the phone in the pharmacy was quite rude. So I very much appreciate the one at Gateway Crossings. Thank you 😊.

Thanks to the bakery staff always so friendly and go beyond to make sure you have what you want. Back in February I picked up a birthday cake for my son party. Due to my mistake on the app I ordered it for the wrong day I begin to panic. They immediately said they would have it made within an hour without me asking with a huge smile.I appreciate it so much. Today they called just to verify my order for my mothers cake Thank you all ❤

Publix where shopping is pleasure,It was my first time embarrassment shopping at publix.I do shop every week in publix.With this branch I came around 8 pm and for the first time I forgot bring my credit card, when I spoke to the cashier he embarrassed me more and he said next time check your wallet before you come shopping and an argument started by telling him do your job as employee and dont give me a lesson or add on me, I dont need guidance but it happens we are human, he had a strong accent too I could barely understand what he is saying.

The people are wonderful but the produce department is terrible and Ive had to return meat because it goes bad before its exp date.

I love the fresh produce and the deli. If the line looks long dont be discouraged. It moves pretty quick!

I will miss the gateway publix we just moved out of state but living in this area for several years the pharmacy staff is amazing, bakery, deli, and crashers always friendly

I visited the deli today for lunch. I am pescatarian and I always order the greek tofu spinach wrap. Today they were out of greek tofu but Michael searched and searched until he found another tofu item that could be used instead. He was courteous and patient with me. I appreciate his excellent customer service. Michael you Rock!!!!

My second choice for a Publix grocery store that I would go to. The only thing is that some of the products are expired or one day from expiring dates.

I filed two complaints against the supervisor Lashena (if thats how you properly spell her name) for purposeful intimidation of me as a customer after my minor daughter resigned because of bully she endured while working under Lashena and Debbie. The managers, Chris and Matt have done little to nothing except lie about handling the situation. I will continue to leave negative reviews until something is done and I will be going to the department of labor for the harassment if Publix will do nothing about Lashena. She caused my daughter so much stress and anxiety working there. Publix needs to hold Lashena responsible for her behavior. She stood outside the store intimidating me and looking to antagonize me which has left me never wanting to step foot in a door. She is a bully.

Produce always on point, friendly staff, and what I eat is usually in stone

Always a S show at checkout. From very slow half awake check out associates to non express express lines. The Deli is just as bad with attitudes while taking orders. This place needs new management and employees.

I just left Publix and there was a female employee (African American- not sure if she is a manager) screaming to the top of her lungs with an attitude to an employee. I’m not sure what she was saying but by the way she was moving her arms she was upset. The poor employee looked so lost. Also, when I was walking in she was screaming to an older employee. Lady please, treat your employees with respect. No one wants to hear your mouth, this is not the hood.
