Stop by to pick up some fruit for my granddaughter after cheer and never been in this store before it is big and had a lot of different food in it for lunch and dinner that were already made or made to order

The prices are a little on the expensive side but makes up in the quality of service and respect you receive while being a customer of theirs! Staff was extremely respectful, courteous, and kind. Their produce is top! Their store spotless l. Great Job to the employees of this store in almonte springs FL. Im so impressed. I felt like royalty while shopping there. This is the best example of how not only customers but people in general should be treated! I dont know if other Publix are the same but I will say that the employees in this store should definitely be the example for every other supermarket.

The biggest Publix in the area. An old Albertsons and a Safeway. They have a florist with different selections. Nice staff

I am 71 years old and I have some difficulty shopping due to massive damage to my body. But every time I shop at this store, the stock boys or bag boys are always so helpful!!! I must have looked lost, because JORDAN came to help me find Egg Roll Wrappers and they were a bit high on the shelf, so he was kind enough to get the package down. Then as I was checking out, SEAN, walked with me to the car ( I need to hang on to the cart to walk) and he loaded my 2 bags in the car and was so kind as well. Even the cashier, her name was difficult for me to remember, but it was similar to Estephaina??? Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. This particular location is my personal favorite of those around the area. Its easy to get in and out quickly both the parking lot and the store itself.

I ordered 5 subs over the phone and the gentleman who had answered my call was very patient with me. When I showed up for my order he had the subs ready and a piece of paper where my subs were written in order so we wouldn’t get confused. Great customer service! Thank you!

My favorite publix in the area. there is another publix across the street (i mean literally across the street, both stores are on E. Altamonte Drive and Palm Springs), but this is the one I love.

Love this Publix! Its on the smaller side but the staff is fantastic.

Went to publix for the sub sandwiches and like always they were beyond delicious. Our server Victor was professional, clean, and quick. This super market is on the way to putting all the competition in the dust. Thanks Publix and thanks to all the sandwich makers.

Great, except for the new self-check out area. Publix prices are too high to have to go there to work for free or at all, as a customer, and they’re known for being a “pleasure” to shop at but are starting to decline in service by eliminating human workers and adding machines.

Im no fan of publics, same boring selections with almost nothing new, and if you find something new you like rest assured it will be discontinued. Having said that, the employees as a whole are great hard working people, especially the pharmacy and seafood departments

The Super Market is always clean and in order . It has a great variety of items; almost everything you need. A sea of foods, among other things, are displayed and there is always a deal waiting for you.

Associates in deli (Natalie) didnt make sub in a timely manner - 30 minute promise time online and no use in ticket. She blamed it on a co-worker instead of taking responsibility. Brought it up to customer service counter Shane and he looked like hed rather be at the Kraby Patty and didnt even acknowledge it. Bad experience.

I wish the Publix stores could be set up the same way. As I travel around Central Florida, every store is different. It doesnt help to develop customer loyalty.

Converted Albertson store. It is a large store with a lot of product, they have another store across the street on SR436, which is a smaller store. If you cant find whatever grocery product your looking for here then you wont find it at any publix. Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of isle room.

LOVE $5 sushi Wednesdays! Great way to try different rolls, cant wait to try something different. I also appreciate that if they dont have what you want out, they well make to right there for you. And dont forget spicy mayo!One thing that I dont understand is why there are two Public stores legit across from each other!?!?

Went to pharmacy for COVID-19 booster shot with appointment. It took close to 1 hour due to slow teller. Shot took less than 5 minutes. They need help!

Oh my goodness... Where do I start? The staff is professional, intelligent and friendly... From the clerks that stock the shelves, to the cashier and the young man who bagged my groceries... I have nothing but praise and warm heart felt feelings of thanks.I found everything and more... Ok I spent way more than I had previously decided on spending, but that was because this store is so completely well stocked with things I needed.Would I return? Of course!!! This was hands down one of my best shopping experiences during Covid and before!Thank you Publix and thank you to your staff. You all make a great team. 👍 I am very happy!🥰

Order a sub on line and was told would be ready at 12:40. Arrived at 12:50 and they hadnt even started making it yet! 1:10 before I got out of the store. The Deli Manager made my sub and brought it to me, all he said was sorry and basically brushed me off.

Bought some wings. Got to my hotel and ate. Stale food. Gave me diarrhea

I rating this Publix a 1 star just because I asked the bakery guy Johnny or John or whatever his name is to make a cake for my boyfriend 22nd birthday! I sent him a picture of how I wanted to look like. He made me feel confident that the cake would look STUNNING! When I picked the cake up! It was HORRENDOUS!!!! It looked NOTHING Like the picture I sent him! He stated that the decorates at this location is the best and I hated how the cake came out! I didn’t even put the cake on the table. I threw it away.

It is a big Publix...Has things that my local Publix doesnt carry. But I stopped to get some of the weekly specials and they didnt have a few of the things I stopped specifically to buy. But it was very cleaned and organized.

Do NOT order subs online from this location. They are incapable of completing an online order in any sort of correct fashion. Ive ordered subs from this location 6 times the past year and every time they screw something up. Half the time they dont even make the sandwich and the rest of the time they dont make it correct. At this point its my fault for trusting them.The rest of the store is fine, staff is friendly and helpful but wow they are just so bad at online sandwich ordering.

Nice assortment and variety of fresh, canned, frozen and sandwich shop, delis, olive bar, wine & appetizers, foreign food limited section, and aisles though too many brands of some products, not sure they sell often to restock them. Service great, fresh displays, nice if had a chef classes, and more space for selfserve coffee bar service and outside tables. Theres space not used in parking so could extend liquor side and next to Sonnys entire section for tables and block entrys. More a gathering and use other areas of parking for cars. Sell coffee, flowers, breads, cheeses like a farmers market outside.Would also be nice to have Altamonte Mall parking have a farmers market for vendor and arts on weekends . Theres near 100,000 in this area . And the farmers markets are always enjoyable for all. Longwood, Eola and Winter Park are always enjoyable and offer public things to do and weekend lifestyles while meeting people, pet walkers, and not chaos. Cranes Roost does regular support to help community for entertainment and events, wedding space, etc yearlong.I like this Publix and the Fruit &Produces Stores near Kohls for fresh and fish.

Stopped in to get a few things public with clean on the inside. Parking lot its kind of hard to keep up with the wind and trash blowing around but they do their best. But its convenient and its nice

I love shopping at Publixs, is very clean and the workers are very pleasant and helpful.

Publix has always been the clean, friendly, high quality choice in grocery stores. Thats why any deviation from that is so jarring. This time, I could smell the seafood department across half the store. When I couldnt find something, the staff waved in a direction rather than taking me to it. And I had to return meat that I had bought earlier because when I opened it, it smelled off. It had not even reached the sell-by date. I hope its just the COVID19 situation that has everyone on edge and not doing as good a job as usual, but this is really disappointing from a usually reliable Florida institution.

I love this publix best customer service and they always have everything so fresh and clean.. the best part of my experience every time I go is not having to wait in line for more than 3 minutes.
