Would not recommend this place if you are on the road and your brand new vehicle breaks down. Called them asked to speak to there service department was told they close at 2pm on Saturday which is understandable it is Saturday. Told them what was going on that was going to get my vehicle towed there to get worked on because they were the closes GM dealer to me. Was told that’s fine we will put it on the lot asked if they did rental vehicle threw there dealerships since they would be working on it and I did not mind paying for rental so I could get my family to a hotel at least.I was told they do but won’t issue one to us because my vehicle had not begun to be worked on yet.

Came down to Patriot ti clock in for work. Ended up working a deal on a fresh trade in. The salesmanager worked my deal like any other client and made me feel like I am top priority. Its nice working at a place that treats the employees just as good as the clients. Thank you for the great deal!

First off the 5 star is for the sales team, Not the Business. The sales team was fun, energetic, professional, empathetic. The Patriot dealership however have some things they did that make me question the integrity of the finance/management. I found truck online and called to verify it was available and verify the price. Was told by Rhonda yes available and confirmed the price. I drove from Durant to Ardmore and I’m the drive the price was raised by $3500. Upon arrival my salesman named Harley was very friendly, retrieved truck, we went for test drive and when we came back I made an offer just under asking price, the finance office sent back a counter of $3500 above asking price. Then said that there is a $1500 dollar up charge form not using the dealership financing, and $400 document fee. So to use my bank the dealership wanted to penalize me by 1900 dollars after adding $3500 to price of vehicle. After showing screenshot of price I agreed to and 1.5 hours of the salesman going to the finance office the dealership agreed to sale the truck for advertised price yet adding a $400 document fee. The managers/finance whoever they are in my opinion are not professional and if worked for me would be looking for a new job, I cannot fault sales team for the arrogant, deceiving practices they use. I would not redo,end anyone spend time at this dealership without knowing hat to expect. Had I known this information I would have chosen another dealership. In my case I got the truck I set out to get within reason of the price I wanted. Past that the dealership made every effort to make $3500 plus $1900 by changing price and trying to charge me for not using dealership financing and not being willing to trade a vehicle for the one I bought. To me that is not responsible business practices, has no transparency, and My opinion is thievery.

Customer Rep JOSH PHILLIPS & Technician DAVID BLUNDELL were great. We were 200 miles from home with a sudden valve issue on my new 2021 Sierra. We needed to get back home the next day. JOSH & DAVID came to our rescue, identifying the problem immediately. DAVID was able to start the extensive repairs very quickly. They had our Sierra repaired and ready to drive by 2:00 PM the next day, giving us the necessary time to drive home before darkness and severe weather interferred with our drive. I would use these two experts in an emergency in a heartbeat. Patriot should be thankful to have such dedicated employees.

I will NEVER go back. Talked down to me like I didnt know anything about my truck. And when I was right he got SO surprised 🤦‍♀️ then when he brings me my OLD (newly REBUILT motor) he floors it! Why?! I paind for an install and they only did half the work. Worthless place. Unless you have everything BRAND NEW they look at you like trash. Highly dont recommend

We went on a Saturday the had pizza which was good. My kids loved it and got there hats. The team was great and very helpful. The finance guy was solid in giving us the info we needed. For the most part I was happy with Patriot. I bought a fixer upper and drove it almost 2,000 miles before I got it home with NO PROBLEMS at all. I bought parts to repair it in OKC, Dallas TX, Cannelton IN and Cincinnati OH all in person and with the fixer upper as well as on the way home. What fun cruising the USA and buying parts to bring it back to being a looker again. After I finish the body work I will be doing graphics and engine mods. I have not put out that much money to get repair parts for it. It will make you glad you sold to me once you see it again. Harley Callahan and Zach Sanders did a wonderful job getting my daughter in a car with a really great payment. This is her first car and cant afford much. They explained everything she needed to understand in terms she would understand. Also, once you get to the financing office, thats usually the longest part. UPDATE: We were contacted by Patriot the next business day (after this review). We discussed the problems that were unresolved. After calls back and forth we came to a settlement and we are now getting the tire fixed and a new mirror for the truck. Thank you for responding to our concerns after the fact. I have updated my review to reflect the service and work from Amber and Cory.DO NOT BUY FROM PATRIOT!!!!! If I could give Patriot a negative star review, I would give -5 stars! The sale’s man Big Country was a good guy but for all it’s worth, is a sale’s man! To start off he was trying to sell us a truck at a higher than advertised price and after we showed him the sale’s ad from Craigslist, they dropped the price. When we took it for a test drive, we noticed that it had not been cleaned from the previous owner. Big Country told us the truck was traded in two weeks prior and that it went through a full service, he ensured the truck would be detailed before we took it home. After returning to the lot, we looked around and noticed some issues. The heated drivers side mirror was broken and disconnected, there were nails in one of the tires, and a broken bed fender light. While we were discussing the financials in the office, I wanted to make sure that all these issues were taken care of before we left with it. We were assured that the tire and mirror were ordered and would be replaced within the next week. At that point we also had questions about the fluids and filters and again was assured that the truck had been through a whole service and that is why it had not yet been detailed. After bringing the truck home later that evening, as we waited a few hours so that it could be cleaned, one of the service lights came on. We looked at the fluids and filters and what do you know? It had not been serviced at all. We took it to our local shop the next day and paid to have all the filters and fluids changed! Since then, we have been calling daily, now weekly to get the mirror and tire replaced (now we have a flat tire)! It has been nothing but the run around!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM PATRIOT!!!!

We recently bought two vehicles from Patriot both experiences were good, Eddie was great to work with and very personable. We did have a small issue with the service dept. One of the trucks we bought had some issues the day we drove it home. But after calling and talking to several different people in the service department we were able to get the problem fixed without any difficulty. They were very helpful and friendly.

I have been hesitant to fill this out… mainly because from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked my car up - I was beyond frustrated & it was a very unpleasant experience! To begin with, I made my appointment online- When I arrived, they said I did NOT have an appointment & that their schedule was two weeks out! I explained I made my appointment online.. (showed him my online confirmation- his face was not happy) .. I knew better than to go to Patriot Chevrolet, but I was HOPING a simple fix could be done! After them having my car ALL day.. from 7:30 Am until 4:30 Pm- when I picked up my car- the technician spoke down to me (when I asked if the concerns were fixed) the issue was not fixed! The oil was changed & the tires were rotated…”at least”! However, the back charge port still does not work! Now, I will have to schedule ANOTHER appointment @ Another GMC dealership — SIGH

Flew out of state to look at my dream truck thinking I was going to get a good deal for a good truck. Turns out that a used 2018 Ford F-150 Limited for almost $50,000 was a lemon. Called days prior talked to Shannon (Which a very nice lady) Asked her someone questions about the truck said everything was good and clean title. Upon arrival I noticed multiple dings here and there followed by some poorly black paint touch up marks on the rear end, the roof top was missing the trim or mold kit, and apparently no who worked there knew or noticed a big side swipe dent from the driver side back door to front door. The list goes on. I spent a lot of money to arrive to view a truck that I was misinformed about. Left empty handed with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Experiences like this are what give dealerships a bad name.

We were in OKC for the weekend (1.5 hours away) and they even delivered the vehicle to our hotel saving me a boatload of time!!!! Don’t know many dealers that would have offered that up. We went to Patriot in hopes of finding a more luxury vehicle with comfort and space. Car dealerships have never been a good experience for us, but this was by FAR the BEST experience we have ever had!! Our salesman Brian was amazing! He did not hassle or push, he just got the keys to every vehicle I wanted to look at and he made me feel like I had a choice and a voice! Not only did I drive home in a beautiful Infinity, but I also got an amazing deal!! When the time comes we will most definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend giving them a chance! Ask for Brian if you want to feel like you are picking out your own vehicle! The finance department is also so kind and easy to talk to and work with! Just over all the best! Thank you Patriot!!!
