Everytime I tried to call to check on my tire they would answer and immediately hang up. When I got there they said that that wasnt their problem and continued to not answer the phone as it rang and rang in front of us both. They were hateful and unprofessional. Definitely a waste of money and time.

I had two tires replaced three weeks ago. I found myself stranded three days ago with a 150.00 tow bill after my car started making a loud thumping noise- small price to pay considering- the lugnuts on my passenger side tire were ALL loose- enough so that were literally sliding off. There is ZERO excuse for this. ZERO

At the Arnold location the service tech named Brandon has an excellent tech he takes his time and does the job right the first time. I wouldnt recommend anyone else for tires or oil change
No chair to set in while getting oil changeI am 70 years old and you would think Walmart would have chairs for older customers.
Ordered tires online and these guys contacted me via text upon arrival. I pulled my car in, did some shopping, and was announced over the intercom when my car was ready. In and out service in under an hour. I couldnt ask for more. I will return.

Waited five hours yesterday for tires to be mounted. They only did three out of four bc they said a lug nut was seized. I tookIt home right and loosened no problem. Came back immediately and was sent to the back of the waiting list all over.Decided instead to come back this am. This time I brought the wheel itself with the tire, thinking this will help ease the process. I was advised I may be looking at another five hours.
Absolutely horrible!!! Came in at 7a and they didnt finish until 9am. Oil change and 2 tires. Seen several people come in after me and leave before me. Be mindful that time is not a priority here!
Absolutely awful! Dont go here! Went in for a routine oil change at around 8am, shortly after they opened, ended up waiting over an hour just for them to get to it (WHO ELSE WERE YOU SERVING?! I was the only one there!), then it took almost an hour for them to do it (come on... you went to college for this stuff. It shouldnt take you an hour.), and when I went to pay for it and get my keys, the person behind the counter was very rude and just threw my keys on the counter and they almost slid off. When they saw them almost fall and I caught them, they just looked at me like not my problem. THEN, to top it all off... THEY BROKE MY WASHER FLUID TANK! Dunno how, since my tank isnt anywhere NEAR my oil, but, they broke it. And when I went back in to point it out, the guy who did the oil change said oh yeah. Its broken, alright. You can just pick up a new one at a junkyard or something, theyre pretty cheap. I didnt NEED one until you broke it! I drove home and tried calling several times about this ordeal, but was never allowed to speak to a manager, nobody ever tried to make it right, and the people who I talked to kept denying it was their responsibility to fix what was broken, even though it was one of THEIR employees who did it! Worst customer service EVER!
Affordable oil changes, friendly staff!
Ordered tires online for same day delivery. I went to Walmart before 9.00 am . The guys at the tire counter told me my tires had not been scanned and I should go home and wait for an email. I waited until about 4 pm still no email . I went back to Walmart. There were diferent people at the tire counter when I asked about my tires I got the same response I should wait for an email. I told them I had waited for a. Email as long all day and they had better get whoevers was responsible for scanning them down tg here to do it now because I was not leaving. They said the order was not in the system and didnt seem to want to help me. I got on the phone with someone at Walmart online . They were not particularly helpful but this seemed to motivate the people at the tire counter . Someone from store management brought me 2 $20 vouchers that had to be used in 2 weeks and not at the same time. I eventually got my tires mounted. The last customer that Saturday despite being one of the first there that day . I left Walmart at 9:30 pm. Oh and they broke a center cap on one of my wheels.

My car was in great. Never had a problem with VW Passat. I go to get my tires replaced at about 12:15pm. I’m not informed until 3:15pm that my car is ready. I check the paper. It was done at 2:47pm. They also messed up my car too. Never had a problem with my oil, but after i go to the Arnold Walmart AutoCenter to get only tires replaced, i now have an oil pressure problem. Don’t go to this walmart. They will take your whole day away from you and mess your car up while they’re doing it. Go somewhere else that cares.
The staff in the automotive department were very helpful. They got us right in and were super quick about they were doing. I will definatly use them again!
Quickly made my copy of a mich needed car key
I went there a last week because I had a nail in my tire. I previously bought tires from there before so i thought. This day it was packed (2.5 hr wait). This didnt stop David (i believe his name) from giving me 5 star service. Checking out the tire, and seeing that i actually DID NOT get my tires from Walmart but Sams Club. He saw the tires I got was not from Walmart. He didnt just take my business. He stopped me from using their service so i wouldnt void my warranty!! I wouldnt even noticed to check. He saved me money and he stopped to help someone else while helping me. Thanks bud. Ill come back for oil changes and other services. Youve gained my business.
Great for oil changes on a 2009 Kia Rio. Not so great for a 2010 WV GTI. They wanted an addition $20.00 for a specialty oil filter that costs $9.00 at AutoZone. I went there with the GTI, waited about an hour, they took the car into the service bay, and then finally told me about the extra charge. I guess they thought I would okay it since they already had my car. I did not I left and doubt I will ever go there for oil changes again.
I usually have a relatively normal experience here, but this time I specifically went with a more expensive package in order to get my fluids topped up (particularly my power steering because it was so low my car would make a whining sound when I turned).After I leave I realized it was never done, so I come back the next week on my day off to get them to top it up since that’s what I paid for.Initially the guy said no problem but then when he was doing it he complained that it was at the “cold minimum” and that’s why it was never done. He went on to explain that even if it was super low it wouldn’t be the cause of the whining noise (“I don’t know what to tell you, but I’ve been doing things his for 14yrs” he said) ... uhhh it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that the cold minimum is the BARE MINIMUM. I literally had to argue with him to put it to the cold maximum (even though my engine was warm and it really should have been higher). I KNOW it was the cause of the noise because it stopped doing it after I left. He made me feel like just cause I’m a woman, im stupid and don’t know what I was talking about. I left feeling very upset and cried on the drive home. I will definitely not be coming back.Side note: the gentleman at the front desk that helped me though was incredibly sweet. None of this was his fault.
Tire prices are good. Employees are not helpful and I had to repeat the sizes numerous times. After getting the size correct, dont, I repeat dont let them mount and ballance them for you. Every tire had different pressure and LOOSE lug nuts! After a few days the wheel weights came off of one wheel. Go back in and the rude lady said it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before they would get to my car. Refused to let me leave and come back in a couple hours. Said they have to keep my keys and car there. You are not allowed to make an appointment and be ready to wait for hours. It wouldve been easier to use a real shop to get mount and ballance
They are the SLOWEST and most Incompetent workers ever. It took 2.5 hours to MOUNT AND BALANCE 4 tires!! TWO AND A HALF hours for a 30 minutes job max, and yes we had no one Im front of us.
Glad to see they removed the Express from the name. Nothing close to Express. You get what you pay for. And sometimes you even get shafted by greedy walton/kronke ownership. Go here only when I cant get something elsewhere. Anos kronke is a very greedy and hurtful, selfish as_hole. Wish him the worse.
Waits are always incredibly long but generally the work seems fine. Nothing to write home about but no complaints either.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 16 yr old daughter was stuck here..her back door wouldnt close. She called me I told her to go to the auto care and see if someone could help her. She said noone even acknowledged her when she said can you help me. They just stood there. I called and talked to mgmt. At least she said she was. Told them what happened. She said she just stood there and didnt ask. Said she stood there on her phone crying. Ok? And you wasnt the least concerned why she was crying?? Wow..i will never use this place. What a shame.

Went to get tires replaced and it took 3 and a half hours !!! There was only one other car there . The employees were acting like children socializing and playing around instead of doing what they are supposed to do. The supervisor had phone in his hand the entire time !
Went to get prices on tires and as usual the employees have no clue on the items that are in their department. Walmarts website DO not reflex the prices at the store. I was told by the employee in the tire department the the Walmart Website is an different entity. What does that mean...?? Ill take my buiness elsewhere.
Had a great customer experience. But got turned away a month later when the tire started making sounds and a day later it flew off on I64 bc of over torque.
First and LAST visit and I don’t care if they are doing oil changes for free. Staff is rude and couldn’t care less if you’re standing in front of them waiting. I was told 30 minutes for and oil change when I came in. After three hours my car is still not ready. I will never be back.
