Im very particular who works on my cars even just for an oil change and am very happy with the service I received on all three of my vehicles. Great customer service, comfortable waiting area. Service performed as requested without pressure for more unneeded repairs. They had me back on the road in no time for all three of my scheduled appointments. Edwin was fantastic. His video report of my truck uncovered essential brake repairs. It was fixed the same day and cost me far less than the competition. He just acquired a client for life; I recommend all of my friends and family to Midas from now on.

Had a mishap on the highway so I drove to the closest mechanic shop. I am always weary of mechanic shops especially being an out of stater.However, the manager Edwin was very helpful, honest, reasonable, and professional. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Well it’s been over an hour for an oil change and it’s still not done it’s seems they would rather ignore the customers they have in store and only answer phone while making the customer in front of them wait. Oil change should only take a half hour tops and that’s being generous. Mind you this is an appointment I made and it’s been well over an hour now. If you want to wait a long time for an oil change then this is your place. What a joke!!

I went in with major car trouble, fuel pump, chewed wired etc.. My nerves were shot. I’m so use to auto bodies taking me for a ride with upcharges etc.. these guys were beyond fair, professional and amazing! Honestly they turned my day around! I would highly recommend going here:)

Edwin was extremely friendly and professional. Him and another tech stayed about 90 minutes past close to finish my brake installation the day of. They also beat Meinekes price on the same job by about $150, and had great financing options.

Generally I had good experiences in the past but I installed a set of 4 tires and alignment and after 18000 miles the tires started making noise. I took it back and looks like its not covered under warranty when they get chopi according to the shop. Also they mentioned the cause of choppy tires can be suspension, although the suspension is perfect on this 7 year honda with less than 60k miles. Called cooper tires and they mentioned I do not qualify for partial refund since I dont have proof of rotation every 6-7 k miles, at least they had some valid justification.

I have recently taken two vehicles to the Midas in Auburn, MA two weeks apart, one older van and one newer car. Neither of these vehicles have been to the same shop prior to going to Midas. When I picked the van up, they noted on the invoice that a previous shop had used an oversized oil plug and the car will need a new oil pan. They told me they do not usually service a car with an oversized plug. Shops will install an oversized plug if they make a mistake and cross thread the original plug. I was surprised, but the car has 170K miles on it and has had many oil changes so I thought perhaps a previous shop had covered up an error. Two weeks later I brought the second car to the same Midas. This car with only 50K miles on it. When I picked it up, they noted the exact same thing and said the exact same thing regarding we do not usually work on a car with an oversized plug.....Now both cars are leaking oil and neither had leaked prior to going to Midas. I trusted them on the first car, but when the second car had the exact same issue - then I have to look at the only common denominator - Midas.***** UPDATE ***** Midas corporate replied below - I did as they requested and submitted my feedback directly to the link they provided. It has now been a few weeks and no reply from them to date. It may look good to be attentive on a review site, but when there is not follow through by the company, it is clearly just for appearances hoping to mitigate a the negative feedback.

Update as of 9/21/2021 - was contacted once and was advised we would be getting a call on 9/13. Its been radio silence since. Completely unprofessional but anyone reading this now knows this is how they conduct business. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!Brought our vehicle in for routine maintenance and they ended up causing 3k in damage that was noted by an adjuster and a certified ford mechanic. They also charged us for services they never did (confirmed by the Certified mechanic currently repairing the vehicle). Cannot get intouch with owner or franchise director despite repeatedly being told they will call us by end of business.  Dont spend your money here or the Westborough location as we found out there are many others dealing with the Same type of complaints.

Showed up day of appt. For 4 tires. spoke with edwin on the phone and told him i would wait while installed. Showed up, didnt have tires, told me i would have to drop off car and come back later. Was unable to do that so i left. Not so much as an apology. Went to competitor who helped me right away. Terrible customer service.

Wasnt impressed at all set my wife in to have her muffler repair dad got a phone call telling me that she needed seven hundred and something dollars worth of brakes done on her car I told him not to touch the car brought the car back home checked it myself absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes

Mechanic Mario did a great job om my exhaust pipe and cop unit install my truck runs awesome now.. he has also done work on my many other vehicles all with great success

I had been getting my oil change at this Midas for two years and was always happy with the service, but my recent visit a few days ago was so disappointing I will not be returning. The man I had normally seen each time wasnt there, and the man who was there on this visit recommended I do work that was not needed on my car. If I had taken his advice I wouldve spent over a thousand dollars to replace parts that were in great condition and original to the car with off market products of lesser quality, and all of it was unnecessary. Incredibly disappointing to be treated that way.

I came to MIDAS on 10/19/20 for a coolant flushed and brake flushed. I made an appointment two weeks ago and it was confirmed right away. I also submitted a request for an estimate and the price was fair. I dropped off my car right around 8:10am. Then they called me around 9:45am to pick up my car. They got the job done in less than 2 hours. Very professional people. I will definitely return for other services. Im happy. A+++++ Thanks MIDAS.

I would post the aftermath photos of I could.To start off, I appreciate them taking time to do the oil change on my car.They were very kind to me, treated me with respect, however...my carpeted mat was stained with oil in the shape of a giant boot print. I didn’t notice until I got home, oil covered hand prints also covered the side of my.. back door. I am disappointed in the manner in which my car was returned, dirty with oil all over interior and exterior . I understand my car is not a fancy sports car... but I figured some more consideration would be taken in effect regardless of turning down the additional recommendations of things to get fixed.Update: I filled out the form via link provided, have not heard anything back.

Stopped in on our road trip after valvoline bent our valve stem during an oil change. We stopped at 2 other places on this road first that couldnt get us in. They were quick and friendly and very understanding of the situation. The guy at the front desk was a huge help!

Auburn Midas is my favorite place. They have been taking care of my cars for years. They dont talk over my head and dont make me waste my money. They have always been honest and trustworthy with me. They rotate your tires but “forget” to mention that they didn’t balance them. Probably so you have to go back to them for tires! My car is all over the road. That’s poor customer service in my book

I go to Midas for EVERYTHING my car needs. Never have I been even the slightest bit unhappy.Midas is a bit expensive, but I dont mind because I know my car is getting fixed right the first time.

Ive always brought my car to a privately-owned mechanic who Ive trusted for years, but after moving to Auburn a few months ago I couldnt see driving two hours to my mechanic when I had a problem. I chose the Auburn Midas based on online reviews and brought my car in for a diagnosis and estimate. I then called my trusted mechanic and was surprised he thought the diagnosis was accurate and the price very fair. I brought my car back to Midas the next day and got fast and friendly service and a good price. Clean waiting room, restrooms and coffee too! Good find.

Went for an Oil change staff was amazing and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment i stepped foot in the door. The guys didnt try to up sell me anything and were completely upfront about the cost. In my opinion this is one of the best shops Ive been to in a while. Will definitely be going whenever i need anything done on my car.

Jim really helped my daughter and I out in a tough situation. We were driving down Mass Turnpike and our brakes were making a terrible grinding noise, so I looked on google and saw this Midas in Auburn. Jim couldnt have been more helpful, quickly assessing the situation and knowing that we needed to get to NY that evening, he got the parts needed and replaced our rotor and brake pads quickly. Way too often 2 women in a challenging situation wouldve been ripped off going into an auto service center, but Jim couldnt have treated us more fairly or been more helpful. Thank You!

Just left there a short time ago. I had made an appointment in advance, and my vehicle was taken in at exactly the stated time. I had an alignment performed, and a tire repair. I couldnt find the leak myself with the soapy water trick. They did exactly the work that I wanted done at exactly the quoted price. How refreshing ! Very kind and knowledgeable service techs and manager. My big Armada rides as true as the day I bought it !I told them I will be back soon for tires. And I will. When I find a company like this that takes care of the consumer so well, they become my go-to place. I will refer my wife and friends there as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience ! Our car check engine came on while driving down the mass Pike. We got off and went to Midas as the first place we came to. Their service was great. They got us in quickly, did a thorough check and it turned out to be nothing serious. They gave us good advice about some minor things we should look into at some point. They were knowledgeable and friendly and didnt end up charging us. If we lived closer we would definitely go back!!

Are rental car broke on are way so I was able to make it to this place.this mechanic whos name I regret remembering .helped us on are way by diagnosing are rental car for nothing and driving me and my family to enterprise to get another car..this guy might as well been Jesus Christ the way he treated us..there are some good people in the world still..there while staff was kind to see dilemma..

Like so many others, we began going to Midas after one too many bad experiences with Monroe. Scott, the manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He always remembers my husband and I when we drop off/pick up our vehicles for/after servicing. He is incredibly professional (which is hard to find in todays world), and super friendly. They do a great job troubleshooting the issues with our older vehicles, and their prices are very competitive. Midas really hit the hiring jackpot when they found Scott. We reccommend Midas in Auburn to all of our friends and family!

These guys do way more than just exhausts and brakes. Theyve helped be keep my old-school LandcruiserLexus LX450 running inexpensively and theyre just really great guys all around. From fixing an odd overheating issue to oil changes, exhaust, brakes, and AC - theyre a great local shop.

Always friendly and helpful with my car. Not pushy at all like some mechanics, simply tell you whats wrong and a guess on how long you can go with it based on the severity of the issue.
