I have been a long time loyal customer, but this just made me write a review. The staff here celebrated my birthday at the UPS Store here in Auburn. Yes, I know, this seems outrageous, but given my obsession with cardboard boxes, this was one of the best surprises ever. The cake was essentially 2 cardboard boxes stacked on top of each other in a very pleasing fashion, with it being decorated with packing tape and a UPS logo on the top of the cake (The flavor being cardboard chocolate as well! How delicious). I was also extremely shocked when the gifted me some of their ultra rare 20x20x5 triple walled boxes along with more boxes, including my favorite, 18x18x18 single walled. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! This made not only my day, but my year. I really appreciate it and please thank everyone! This is THE BEST UPS store in Auburn!

Very happy and grateful to find this store. All the employees were very helpful and treated me with such a wholesome comfort in regards to processing all my packages. Jason the manager was able to find the best deals between Ups and post office options on shipping my packages.I still always do choose UPS for a safer option.The other employee Cody was able to notify me that I could drop off my Spectrum equipment there once I move from my apartment. I was also informed by an employee named Evan that I could come back and laminate any documents as well as shredding services to remove all those piled up documents to make my move easier.The owner Chad who was sitting in the back also chimed in on some small talk with me and his employees that left me with a great impression of the place. I will definitely be recommending this place to others. Keep up the Excellent work guys!

Tried to drop off a package around 130pm today. Their door sign said they will be open after lunch, which was stated to be at noon. Multipme people were there to drop off items. I guess that location has made enough money today. Go to the opelika location at Tiger Town.

I went in needing my dishes packed. The associate/manager Jason was extremely courteous and helpful. Not only was the price reasonable but the overall experience was amazing. The dishes arrived packed perfectly and arrived in mint condition! Id also like to add while I was there I was able to get a notary done on the stop. Thats awesome because its so hard to find one! Anyway, the staff was amazing and I will be coming back very soon! Thanks again!

First of all: GREAT location!! The employees were SUPER friendly and VERY HELPFUL!! - they made everything easy, and helped me get my packages to my family in time for Christmas. My overall experience here was GREAT:) and I will definitely recommend this store to friends.

SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR PACKAGE ! A store always missing my package, procrastinators, and everyone shifting me to the others, I have been for 3 week just trying reach their boss to tell him my story and they telling me keep calling in the morning. It’s out of our hands ! Then who’s fault is it !!!! Fake UPS and low rating! Don’t waste your time.

This place is amazingly great. The staff are honest, nice, and always on task. They will find you the best deal between all carriers, and they can accommodate them on the spot. The also dont throw mail. Thank you!

Jason had helped me with my resume and picture printing needs. This guy went above and beyond! He was the only one working and perfectly juggled the phone, incoming packages, and myself while all the while keeping a smile on his face. Excellent customer service. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion! I couldnt thank him enough. Good experience. I would only come here for anything else I would need.

Do not ship any delicate products. They damaged literally every single item in my box labelled fragile on all four sides. I even tipped the person who was going to load my boxes into the truck. Plus all boxes were left outside my new apartment w/o ringing my door bell. One box stayed in the rain for two hours and was damaged. When I called customer care, their response was that the items were not packed properly. I had high quality bubble wrap from UHaul and wrapped each item in at least 4 layers of bubble wrap. Simply ridiculous. Pay movers rather than these guys. I will come back to this post with pictures and videos of damaged items.

I dont even know where to begin. This nightmare still isnt over. My girlfriend dropped off a book to be sent back to chegg on December 21. We got emails from chegg over a week later saying they still didnt get it, and we were charged a late fee. I go to the ups store to see what happened. I was mocked, yelled at and physically threatened by the manager. I told him I was lied to (because I was and was several times after) and he said if youre calling me a liar, we can step outside. Totally ridiculous. So I wait until the next day when the owner would be there, hoping he would be a professional. I was wrong. He had the same issue with being called a liar and said the only time I lie is to my wife when its appropriate. There are other customers in the store hearing this nonsense. I call him unprofessional and say I dont like being lied to and he kicked me out of the store. I call corporate to file a complaint. Turns out they still havent shipped my package, over 2 weeks later! The woman from corporate calls me and is shocked by these details. She tells me that she will call that store and set up an investigation. That was yesterday, and I have not heard anything back. I dont know where our package is, but I know one thing for certain: neither me nor my girlfriend will ever use ups ever again.

Been using UPS Stores in many states and was surprised by the negative comments.Called and they said no problem bringing in a drop off prepaid package to return. Went into store, and they sealed my boxes, attached the labels and were extremely friendly. A very positive experience. Other UPS Stores have charged a dollar or two to tape the box shut, these guys were accomodating and did not charge anything. I will use them Again for SURE !!! Thank You

I cant recommend this place enough. Chad has helped me more times than I can count. I had to do a bunch of stuff there when I bought my car in Atlanta and they worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Dont do business anywhere else

I have had great experiences before when I need packages sent, but it seems that that clerk no longer works there. The last few times I have been I have needed to return a package. The clerk told me that they could not accept a package marked return to sender and told me that I must take it to a drop box. The package naturally did not fit and when I returned to the store the attendant seemed unwilling to help me find a solution.1)That policy is absurd2)If they are unwilling to change that policy it seems that at the very least they could be a little more willing to help you find a solution. Telling me to give it to a driver seems silly considering I rarely run into one(and when I do Im rarely toting a bulky parcel), whereas they see them everyday.

I need to ship a package for work. I had a UPS and a FedEx account number. I told the clerk that I needed to send a package with an account number when I put the package on the table and he typed up the whole label just to tell me that they dont do account numbers. Its a UPS store!!! The clerk even said he had no idea why they didnt do that, but the least they could do is have a very visible sign and post it on their website.

On Tuesday, Feb 5, I had dropped of a small shoe-box sized parcel to be returned to a large online retail. Box was postage paid, all packed up and ready to go. I handed it to a younger guy, shorts, hoodie, dirt blonde hair who took it. Didnt off to give me a receipt, so I assumed it was ok. Well the item was never scanned in and looking at tracking, it appears it never even left the facility!Called and another younger sounding guy had no clue. Fortunately, the retailer refunded me and they are taking it up with UPS, but these clerks at this location need to get their _____ straight.

I put my package in the UPS dropbox in the mell street auburn . The pachake is neither delivered nor returned. I contacted customer care they said that thay have no idea. I has valuable stuff.Realyy very bad experience.

The store broke my Samsung 43 inch TV that I sent to Missouri, the TV was in the original box with its company foam and packagings, I paid insurance of $55.It was shipped there with complete broken screen and I opened a claim and got no refund or anything from them, every time I go to the store the manager is hiding inside and wouldnt wanna talk to me. very very bad experience. will NOT ship even a letter with this store again

Store was closed when the hours indicate that it is opened. I think it was closed because of the football game. In this case, shouldnt the UPS website be updated with this as well? What a waste of time.
