I called ahead of time and spoke with Mario and he was able to help me by setting aside some cologne I wanted because it was running low. I couldnt get to the store right away so that was greatly appreciated. He was very helpful in selecting a new cologne as well since Ive been out of the loop for a minute. This is my go-to place for any perfume related stuff! First time here was two years ago, will be back again!

Dont ever buy anything recommended by the sales people. They may smell good, but EVERYTHING can be bought much, much cheaper online. Amazon is your friend.

Good variety of perfume, staff so cooperative and explained pateintely.

The store was very dirty and was nothing but Fake Brand perfumes on the counters. Employees were too busy on their phones to help, acted like I was a nuisance when I asked for help. I still would have bought what I was looking for, but checked online pricing first and it was WAYYYY cheaper online. When I asked if they price match the dark skinned girl just laughed and walked away. Terrible business practices. If you dont want to help people you should not be working in shops.

Overpriced

I didnt want a refund, just an exchange since my wife was irritated by the perfume. They said no exchanges because it was opened. 125 dollars later, I called corporate and got a refund. They lost another customer!

I went into this store 4/15 and bought some cologne. When I told the young lady I didnt want it and I thought she put it back she still charged me for it and I didnt know it was in my bag. I went back 10mins later to get a refund and was told they dont give refunds. Who doesnt give refunds after 10mins??? Im contacting corporate ASAP. If I could give it no stars I would.

Over the memorial day weekend i went to this store and purchased a Lacoste Cologne. Price was same as it was in Lacoste outlet. I dont know why i bought in this store instead of going to Lacoste store which was just across the walkway. But the cologne was not authentic. It looked authentic from outside but the smell will fade away in 5 mins. What is the purpose of using the cologne when it doesnt even last for 5 mins.
