Always good customer service with an experienced staff that offer unique selection of brands with quality frames & lenses. The only accountability as a customer is that they ask for us to be on time & considerate to cancel ahead of time in empathy of other customers needing to get their eyes checked as scheduled.

Im not sure what to say about EyeRis Vision. I am left almost speechless by their treatment of me from the exam through obtaining the glasses, adjustment, and even when I needed a repair done. I think what has been the most impressive to me is just the level of communication they have with me and the amount of technology they use to give me access to everything I need in respects to my vision. De Le spent an hour with me talking about all the things. She is a genuine person that cares about her patients. It was the first time in four years since I’ve had an eye appointment and she made it all worth it. Highly recommend her.

My visits are always pleasant. On each visit the doctor has displayed the highest quality care for me. She has shown that she truly cares about her work and patients. She listens carefully and respectfully to her patients and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Informs me about the necessary follow up care and is always courteous.

The staff is always so easy to talk to. They do a great job of answering questions we may have. I have small children so sometimes I must bring them along. The practice is family owned so they support us for bringing our children. It’s been an honor knowing Dr Le for 8 or more years. She’s the optometrist for all 4 of my girls.

Such an easy experience with Adrianne and Dr. Le. During COVID times, they ask a few questions over the phone before you come inside for your appointment. The eye pressure test was much less invasive than I’ve experienced in the past (a simple handheld device vs sitting in a machine and getting air blown into your eye). The doctor explained everything throughly and gave me recommendations for my unique needs. Would recommend to others.

Efficient, caring, and diligent. Great customer service to make you feel at ease and provided ideal treatment for my eye infection so any worries I had going in, began to fade almost immediately. They have a great texting service to answer any and all questions you might have while at home. 5 stars!

They double billed me and it has taken over a week to get the refund process STARTED.I inquired about my refund today again and they put the responsibility on me to follow up if they do not get to me by 3pm to see if they got around to initiating the refund.Save yourself headaches and get prescribed here but purchase everything from somewhere else.

From the front desk to the exam rooms, Eyeris is following all COVID-19 precautions! The staff are friendly and very good at what they do. I asked a lot of questions about insurance coverage for the multiple exams I need (pics and scan of optic nerve health, glaucoma, and more), as well as for frames and lenses. Every effort was made to provide exact information so I could make decisions about scheduling these to work around my monthly budget. Dr. Le is professional and personable, and has remembered me at our yearly visits since 2017. I really appreciate her! I trust Eyeris Vision and Dr. Le to take care of my precious sense of sight.

I had a sudden episode of blurry vision after a HIIT workout. I called Dr. Le, and they took me in immediately, and I received a full 90 minute exam. Dr. Le explained that the workout didnt seem to have anything to do with the issue, but that I had an episode of an ophthalmic migraine. (I had the slightest headache.)I found the entire team friendly and professional, and I loved that they took safeguards (masks, sanitization of *everything*, etc) to keep everyone safe during Covid.Ive not kept the same ophthalmologist for anything more than a year or two before I find someone more conveniently located. But Dr. Le was so extraordinary, Ive found my ophthalmologist for life. Thank you!

I hadnt gotten my eyes checked for roughly 15 years. Last time I remember doing it was for a physical in like 8th grade. Id been having a hard time seeing signage while driving so I thought why not get it checked? EyeRis was a great choice. I was given a prescription and never realized how much of a difference actually being able to see from far away would make. And the man helping with the purchase (so sorry I cant remember his name) was so helpful and respectful. He didnt try to upsell me at all. He actually suggested the cheapest options, since its my first prescription and its really low. He was also incredibly nice, as was Dr. Le. I felt very comfortable here, and I have zero complaints. Albeit, I do kind of wish the price was listed with the frames cause I would have chosen less expensive ones. I imagine if I had mentioned I didnt want to spend that much I would have been directed to cheaper options, but I didnt want to be awkward so thats a personal problem. But all together, I had a great experience here and now I know Im not crazy and my inability to read from far away will be remedied as soon as my glasses are ready. Seriously though, some of the nicest people alive work here, and you will be glad you chose them.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA GO BLINDI came in for an eye check and a dude literally shined a flashlight DIRECTLY into my EYE. I am photolight sensitive and he berated me when I couldn’t keep my eyes open - BECAUSE YOU’RE LITERALLY SHINING AN LED LIGHT DIRECTLY INTO MY EYE BALLS, 1 INCH AWAY. Then he rudely made fun of me and got mad I couldn’t open my eyes and stare into the light.Rude, unprofessional, not even sure if theyre licensed

The BEST doctor Ive ever had! She is super nice and thorough. Their staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I got their new progressive lenses, and I could see much better. My depth perception with the floor is impressively better in their progressive design then the ones I bought elsewhere before. So now, Ill be coming back in for another computer pair later on this week. Cant wait! Thank you for helping me see better!

I recently purchased a pair of glasses and have been very impressed with the level of service. Dr. Le and her staff provided a great experience. They were responsive to my questions and took time to answer my questions about my insurance coverage and types of lenses. I got regular updates on the status of my order and they turned out great. Definitely will be going back again!

The doctor is fantastic and very easy to schedule an appointment with. This is my choice of shop due to the convenience factor as I live close by. Shop is small and personable. There was an older woman who worked the desk however that didnt really seem to understand what she was talking about when it came to pricing and different options for glasses. Honestly wouldnt trust her with buy a pair of glasses. Also, the prices for glasses here are INSANE. Purchased contacts using my insurance but will be shopping elsewhere for glasses.

Ive been going to this office for the past three years and my visits here have been outstanding. Two personal experiences stand out in my mind with this office. Number one: my previous two eye doctors, while their customer service was excellent, could never get contact lenses that fit well for me. I almost gave up on contacts until I found this office. So they obviously know what theyre doing here. Number two: last year was the first time I qualified for new frames on my heath plan; I was very happy with the selection they had to choose from and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Ill be back!

I had a voucher for a free eye exam and pair of glasses, obtained from the Volunteer Healthcare Clinic, and this place was on the list of places that accepted the vouchers. I was able to make an appt for the same day, which was great! I had no wait to be seen when I arrived. The shop was clean and comfy. It looks high end, but not in a way that makes me feel like I cant touch things, if that makes sense. Took my medical history, and signed a couple papers, and I was off! Dr. Le is my new favorite optometrist! I yapped the whole time, as is my custom, and she answered all of my questions and was exceptionally friendly, without being distracted by my chatter, haha! I had a lot of questions that stemmed from what I consider to be a shady previous appt at another eye Dr, and she answered all of my questions, while not throwing shade at the other place, which I respect. They have a new machine that replaces the puff-in-your-eye one, which is a lot better in my opinion. Eye exam itself was great, my prescription changed a little after a couple of years, nothing crazy.As far as frame selection, as I mentioned, I used a voucher, so I knew my selection would be limited, as I didnt have a lot of money to spend on anything the voucher didnt cover. They said most of the frames in the shop are in the $120-200 range, and of course there are pairs that go up to $700 or so. With my voucher, there were 16 or so pairs to choose from that were free, and 60 or so pairs that cost me $45 out of pocket. Dr Le said those normally go for around $100 each otherwise. Not a huge selection, but hey, Im grateful to have help, Im not going to complain! Andi found a pair I loved! Heck yeah!Last but not least, I cannot remember her name, but the front desk/eyeglass helper lady is AMAZING! She explained everything well, was very helpful with picking out a pair, and I did not feel rushed at all. I felt like a friend she was helping decide on a pair of glasses, not a customer to be rushed through. II can say without a doubt this will be my new eyeglass shop moving forward! Im tight on $ now, but theyre reasonable with their prices, and I trust their opinions, which is a huge deal, so Ill be back in a few months for contacts! Thanks so much, guys!

First off, Ive only used Yelp one other time to write a negative review. For the most part, I utilize this site for places to eat that are in the same location as me.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!Front desk has NO IDEA what theyre doing. I had an eye exam over 6 moths ago and still have no contacts. Dr. Le put me in a pair of contacts that they didnt even have samples for. Some new brand that ARE STILL ON BACK ORDER AFTER 6 MONTHS!I went in over 3 months ago to check on the status of these backordered contacts and the front desk said, that they could finally order them for me (thanks for calling). Over a month later, still no contacts, so I called again. The man at the front desk said that they couldnt be ordered yet. Im so tired of driving up to this place and picking up samples and having to use them for well over the 2 week period. These people will never call you, you have to call them.Finally got a pair to try and they were terrible, they kept shifting on my eye and I cant see anything. 2nd pair to try was a brand called Air Optix, same thing. They kept shifting and I keep having to adjust them while Im driving which is super safe.I just want my old contacts back! Why try to fix something that isnt broken?!?! My insurance is up soon, and if I dont get to use my insurance for contacts I will be going back up there to have a word with everyone in that office. I went here to try to support a local business, but this business has been a complete waste of my time.Do not go here for the convenience! As Im typing this my contacts are shifting as we speak, (still on samples) and Im having to pause to touch my freaking eyeball to put them back in place so I can see what Im doing.
