Dr. Ali is amazing! Shes so fun and obviously very passionate about her work! The prices are good here and Covid safety protocols are in place, which is really nice!

A little late on my review, but I will start out by saying that everyone at Tech Ridge Vision are awesome. I had to get my eyes checked for a pair of new glasses and contacts a few weeks ago. My appointment was with Dr. Desai and I must say, she was very wonderful and very helpful! Not only did she do a great job, and was very nice she answered any questions I had. I will continue making my appointments with Dr. Desai from here on out and recommend anyone I know to this office. Thank You Again

Dont waste your time. Went during Covid-19 lock down and they said that they are taking longer than usual because they have to sanitize their equipment. Apparently they were not doing that before?! Gross.They are overpriced and have no idea how to use the customer service portal. They input my email incorrectly into the service portal and kept insisting that I could self reset my password via email. I ended up having to go to their office during Covid, obtain my prescription, and drive to FedEx to scan the document (because its 2021 and who the f has a scanner) just to get a contact prescription from somewhere that is 100xs cheaper than them. Something that could have been done without human interaction had me interaction with various people and places during a pandemic. (What a great Dr.)They also have no issue sending out an email informing me that they are dropping my insurance on the day they are closed so I couldnt call inquire further. Top notch customer service. 0/10 recommend this place.

Fantastic optometrist, very nice, helpful assistants, and a good range of frames (in style and price). They currently have very good social distancing policies and everything is very carefully sanitized. Do most of your paperwork on the website ahead of time and there will be hardly anything to do when you arrive!

Had hard time taking my eyes off of Aliyah and Dr. Muneeza Ali to do eye exam.Its not often I see ladies that beautiful and stunningly attractive.WOW!!!

Best vision team in Austin! They went out of their way multiple times to help me out from insurance coverage to contact lenses. I have a special eye condition and they helped me out through out the entire process. They;re so nice, patient, and helpful. I 100% recommend them!

My husband, my kids and I have all seen Dr Lynch, she is wonderful and her staff is the best! They are always changing things, every time I come in there are new frames to look at. Dr. Mallory Lynch is amazing!She has been working with me to find healthier contacts, and we found the perfect ones! I have been wearing monthly lenses for a few years and lately having so many issues, uncomfortable, dry and red after only a few days. She explained my older contacts dont let oxygen through as well and did a scan of my eye to look for cell damage, she explained the scan to me and recommended we try a one day contact instead. I instantly felt so, so much better, I thought Id have to give up contacts, but I think Ill start wearing them every single day, its definitely worth the price difference! Thanks so much Dr. Lynch!

Dr Lynch and her staff are great! The office is beautiful and everyone was very nice. They have a great selection of frames and were very helpful explaining my insurance benefits. Ive had eye exam for two decades and this was the best experience Ive ever had, Ill be back next year and would highly recommend Tech Ridge Vision!

I had a great experience at Tech Ridge Vision. Dr. Lynch is wonderful, very knowledgeable & she took the time to explain the pros and cons of the laser surgery. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away, no waiting around and Valerie was really helpful picking out glasses. I have found my new eye doctor!

The whole experience was pleasant. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a very friendly woman. The office is updated, clean and beautiful. They have plenty of reading material, although the wait for the doctor was very short. They also have coffee, tea and water available as refreshments. The whole appointment was fast and efficient. I saw Dr. Carroll and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he really loves his work and is eager to educate his patients. The staff was also very helpful by assisting me on my choice of frames and features. The entire staff seem like they are not trying to sell a service, but are rather dedicated to providing a service with genuine care and concern for their patients.

I was told one price on the phone and when i had finished the exam they charged me $75 more. I told them the original price and they said there was nothing they could do. NEVER AGAIN.

Dr Mallory Lynch is great, the staff is very friendly and they have a really nice office. Dr Lynch is helping me manage my dry eyes, it was so bad before I saw her that I was missing work. I’ve learned more from her than any eye doctor I’ve ever had, my eyes and even vision have improved, I really enjoy my visits with her!

Dr. Mallory Lynch is the best!!!! She explained everything to me with my eye exam last year and I am going tomorrow to see her again. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with all the diabetic testing we have to do since I have had type 2 diabetes for over 10 years now. I love ALL the staff!

Dr. Lynch and her staff are awesome!Tech Ridge Vision uses online scheduling which is very easy, with text reminders, I walked in and was warmly greeted and seen immediately, since I had filled out forms online before hand like they recommended.After discussing my options I choose to get a very cool picture taken of the inside of my eyes instead of doing the dilation, a first for me, Dr. Lynch explained the different parts of my retina to me and even emailed me the picture. I was able to go right back to work, they also have a better pressure test, not that horrible puff of air I’ve always hated! Dr. Lynch is friendly and funny, I learned more about my eyes from her than any doctor I’ve ever seen! She told me next year she plans to get a larger camera for an even better picture inside the eyes, and she is remodeling the glasses area soon too so they can add even more frames.The staff was very helpful making the most of my insurance benefits, I knew I had good insurance but I was able to get the exam and two pairs of glasses (including nice Ray Ban Sunglasses!) for less than $100, that’s pretty amazing.I highly recommend Tech Ridge Vision!

This place is great! They hooked me up with my first pair of progressive lenses plus magnetic pop-on sunglass lenses. Holy game changer! I will never wear cheap sunglasses again! Great customer service and products.

I have been going to Tech Ridge Vision since I was a teen and continue going. Ive had problems with ulcers in my eye and Dr. Wolf was able to help me. Although he wasnt always the nicest he was always honest and upfront with me, which is something I can appreciate. I recently went in and saw Dr. Carroll for the first time and he is great! Very knowledgeable of his practice and he has a great positive attitude. The times Ive seen Dr. Kitchen have always been pleasant as well! And Ive never had any problems with any of the receptionist! Nothing but positive attitudes! =))

Ive gone to several eye doctors in the past to get may annual eye exam. I chose this place for this year because of my work schedules. Others were pretty booked with 5:30PM due to high demands. Dr. Mallory Lynch performed examination.I see reviews saying shes fast but in my perspective, she was being careless. She made statements that made me uncomfortable.She might sound friendly but what i personally felt was she tried to be smart. Overall, i would not really go back again and would strongly not recommend this place to others.

My family goes to this place and we love it, friendly environment, nice people, very good customer service and the doctor is very knowledgeable.

I used this facility to have an eye exam a little over a year ago for convenience sake because at the time I lived in the area. Yesterday I gave them a call to order a pair of prescription sunglasses in preparation for summer.Unfortunately, they refused to allow me to order sunglasses without an annual eye exam due to “state law.” There is no law on the books which indicate that prescriptions are only valid for 1 year or less in regards to eye exams in the State of Texas. After some research to make sure I had been correct in my suspicions, I thought about calling back to explain this to them, but at the end of the day do I really want to do business with a doctors office who lies about State law just so that they can do an eye exam and collect “their” money from my insurance? Nope.Looks like I’ll just drive to my old eye doctor in West Lake or find a new place in general. I do not oppose eye exams but at my young age I hardly need to be inconvenience by an eye exam just because this place is just trying to cash in on insurance.

Dr Mallory Lynch at Tech Ridge Vision is the best, you can’t help but like her!The whole experience was way easier than I expected, I scheduled my appointment online after a coworker recommended them, got a quick text confirmation and even a text reminder the day before.I walked in a little late and was worried but they said no problem at all, I signed one or two things and they got me started right away. Dr. Lynch is very professional and friendly, she really seems to enjoy her job. I have ok vision except for driving but she told me all about the health of my eyes, computer use, sun damage and how insurance benefits can be used for sunglasses too, I didn’t know that.... I guess no one had ever told me before!I’m an engineer.... very particular, and I have to say after having my new glasses for a few days now, this is the best prescription I’ve ever had, I highly recommend Tech Ridge Vision!

I used their online scheduling service to book my appointment after receiving an email reminder for my yearly exam. Booked my appointment and received email confirmation, but when I walked in I was told I didnt have an appointment today and they could not accommodate me. I do not plan on coming back.

Dr. Carroll is by a long shot the most enjoyable eye doctor I have ever worked with. He really knows his stuff as well. I love this place!

They are not available for me to pickup my glasses on a Friday or saturday when Im off work. I work Monday thru Thursday 6 to 6. Would not accommodate me to pick them up in person. Offered to have my glasses delivered. I gave them my address correctly but they delivered to wrong po box. Unable to locate them.

Every year its time for me to get a new contacts prescription and every year I try another doctors office like Goldilocks trying to right the perfect one. I can honestly say I finally found it. I scheduled my appointment here after the good reviews on Yelp and because they were on my insurances list of providers.The office is beautiful. More like a spa than an doctors office. The check-in desk is right at the entrance and the waiting room is walled off behind it. This is super helpful when you get your eyes dilated because you dont have to be stuck waiting in an area where the sun is blinding! They use indirect lighting throughout the office instead of harsh overhead florescent lights which is much better for your eyes. It was cool to see a doctors office practice what they preach.After the tech took some measurements and got things squared away, I saw Dr. Carroll and was so relived that he did my exam and fitting himself. In the past, Ive been to places where the tech would do it and then the optometrist would just come in, take a peek, and leave. Not so at this place. I walked in with a prescription so bad I was regularly getting headaches to leaving with 20/15 vision! Dr. Carroll is really knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. I left with a greater understanding of my eyes, how they work, and exactly why my vision sucks. (Considering Ive been wearing glasses for 18 years, Im surprised I didnt understand any of that sooner!)Also, Ive been to places in the past that try to scam you and tell you that your vision plan only covers a standard contact lens fitting and that since I have astigmatism it would be an additional charge. Tech Ridge Vision charged me my co-pays and nothing else. Plus, my contacts will arrive in less than a week!My least favorite part of eye exams (and Ive had them annually since I was 8), is the big machine that you put your face up against and dread in anticipation the puff of air that tests your eye pressure. No more puffs! Tech Ridge Vision had this handheld doohicky (technical term) that blew a tiny bit of air in my eye and that was it. Gotta love the 21st century.To recap why I give Tech Ridge Vision 5 stars:-Friendly, knowledgeable staff-Beautiful office-No scammy billing-Thorough, professional exam-Great, knowledgeable doctor-Exceeded all my expectations-No more big puff machineThe staff here was all incredibly kind and helpful. I plan on recommending this place to all my friends.

Great staff very friendly and did what they could to turn my crap situation better. They were genuinely concerned and werent interested in selling me just taking care of me.
