I went to get a new pair of glasses today and the manager, Jaye, was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible. The technician Andrea was also very friendly and helpful in filling my order. Im a return customer and always get good service at this location.

Great Service!I went straight over with my new prescription from Master Eye and they were able to set me up. I just got a new insurance plan from my company and they explained everything in detail so that I could make the best choices. I was able to get glasses and contacts and both came in in less than a week!

DO NOT GO HERE.This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had, and it continues to devolve. I gave them my frames to have the lenses changed and got a call from a very flippant sales associate almost 2 weeks later that they had broken my $600 frames beyond repair. At this point I was out of temporary contacts, so had neither glasses nor contacts for work.The only recourse was to select one of their frames (they did not carry the same brand and would not offer to replace my previous frames) and continue to wait until those arrived. They did not offer a courtesy discount on the contacts I had purchased and was still waiting on, or rush service on those contacts so that I could see in the meantime.Massive inconvenience, destruction of property, and zero meaningful customer support because you signed a waiver. Even after an hour on the phone with customer service and the store manager no one has taken ownership to fix problems that they created. I think that the store manager Jay did a good job walking me through the options, but it is clear that she is not supported by corporate or empowered to actually address a customer concern when something goes wrong.UPDATE _ Day 2: No proactive communication from the team, either local or corporate. Still no contacts or glasses. Emailed the customer care address when they responded to my initial post. No reply or call all day. Called the location to see if they had temporary contacts or if my contacts had arrived. A sales associate said that only the manager could work with me, that he couldnt help, and that she would be in tomorrow. So: a minimum of 3 business days with no contacts or glasses and no resolution or meaningful support.

Wonderful service, professional and friendly without a doubt..where they drop the ball is in problem solving, I have had better and faster results at Walmart, and they are terrible..Ray-Ban glasses I thought should fit comfortably, not so. I was told to take it up with the manufacturer..Thanks for the painful experience..

The team at Visionworks is one of the best! I’ve shopped here to get glasses for me and my family members. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about our needs and the look we were going for. We walked out with awesome looking glasses that garnered numerous compliments. Should of listened to my friend about her experienced here. But I wanted to go with the convenience of it only being 20m from my house. The girl behind the desk was completely rude and annoyed. Told me have a sit. Without even looking at me or acknowledgement she asked outlook while talke to someome else. Are you getting contacts with no sort of signal that the question was directed towards me. Despite there being others there. I asked her are you talking to me? She would of only talk to me through the tech.The tech was nice. The dr was nice. But I have to say the 5 minute experience with the receptionist was enough to not want to come back. There is no need to be rude and dismissive.She was perfectly pleasant at check out. But she kind of talked like that to other customers as well. I definetly would not come back or recommend it.

After buying my last glasses online, I was happy to come into the store and get my glasses with some great customer service. I received a new pair of glasses the young lady was very professional her name was Jaylanda. From the time that I entered her store she was kind courteous and professional I will return to that store if ever needed more glasses or any type of eyewear assistance thank you Jaylanda you were very professional!!

Ms. Jaye, manager offered great patience and care when I came to the store for new glasses. She also went the extra mile to be sure I was able to get my glasses before I had to leave town. I also received great follow up service from associate Evan for some adjustments and cleaning. You can feel comfortable with the store protocols, including temp cks at entry, hand sanitizer and individual trays to carry the frames you try on. Frames do not go back on the wall until they have been sanitized. And they maintain mask requirements.

Best eyewear store Ive been to. Shelby and Jaye are so personable and friendly! Helped me out during my eyewear crisis and I dont feel like a number or a wallet. If you need glasses, check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

It was a weird appointment. Doctor was good and staff was cool but it was eerily quiet and I felt kind of uncomfortable. It was tense like something bad happened with the staff right before I walked in.

When u was looking for glasses and contacts Ms.Jaye helped me she was very professional and very courteous with helping me pick out frames. The vision works delivered exception customer service. A lifetime Lens crafters customer, I am now a reformed vision works customer! Not only was the red headed lady who helped me super sweet, friendly and helpful (I tried on at least 30 pairs lol) she ended up bringing me a frame I would have never picked and I absolutely loved! She knew better than me what would look good on my face and change things up! The lenses unfortunately had some issues, out of their control. And they replaced them no questions asked. The manager Jaylanda semin is honest, kind and was a big help in a situation that would have been really frustrating other wise. Because she was so nice and went out of her way to help me my issue was no big deal. That’s the difference. A customer isn’t always happy, products arnt always perfect. But when you get people who go above and beyond to make it right, they have earned my business in the future. A++

The BEST customer service! I have never needed/had worn glasses before and have spent so much time at different glasses stores leaving feeling confused and hopeless. Jaye at Vision Works was beyond incredible and helped me find two pairs I loved! Jaye was so patient with me – she helped me pick out the best frames, offered me her honest opinion on what looked good, and walked me through different lens options. Jaye was conscious that I am on a student budget and helped me get a great lens that was affordable and effective. Jaye and the team even overheard me on the phone telling my dad I had an essay due that night and Jaye went and found a pair of lenses and cut the lens for me while I was there so I had a pair of glasses to wear to finish working on my essay. WOW! Jaye made sure to give me all the tips about wearing and cleaning glasses as a first timer, made sure I had all the supplies I needed, and even had me go outside to make sure my vision felt right. Vision loss can be scary, but Jaye absolutely turned my entire day around! Thank you to her and the team so much for helping me! Jaye deserves an award/gold star for being such a super star/ for putting up with me! I will definitely be sending my family and classmates to her!

Jaye at the mueller location is FANTASTIC, walked in for an adjustment and over heard her helping the couple in front of me she was super helpful/detailed and they mentioned they weren’t as informed at other optometrist offices. She took my temp to make sure I wasn’t running a fever and adjusted my new glasses while greeting people coming in and sanitizing the counter+my lenses. She is awesome at customer service and multitasking, if I could I would give her a raise she is super awesome at her job!

This doctor office staff is unhelpful and not very nice. The doctor was good. The store next door told me my glasses would be ready dec 25 my wife ordered two pairs after i did and was notifed and hers were ready before mine. I called twice and today jan 2nd apologized because they were ready for who know s how long. The African American man who adjusted pur glasses acted like we were an imposition and was so rude. He should work behind the scenes not with customers. Over all very unsatisfied.

I live 3 hours away I was down here visiting for a few days decided to get some glasses and contacts with my insurance. I went to Vision works to get an eye exam and glasses, the doctor is so nice I never met another doctor that does eyes that was very polite and respectful he didnt even get mad at me when he found up that I slept in my contacts when Im not supposed to. He politely explained to me the reasons why you do not sleep in your contacts And the harm that is caused by sleeping in your contacts. The ladies that work up front for him were so sweet. After my exam one of the ladies walked me next store and explain to Miss tanya that I did not live down here and reassured me that I was in go hands. While next store to get my frames and contacts ordered, even though I miss understood my insurance I was able to get my contacts on my insurance, pay cash for my glasses. I had a few complications with my insurance and Miss tanya worked so hard to help he get my glasses she helped me so much I was so grateful. I will definitely drive back to renew my prescription. Jacqueline and Thomas saved my tush in the nick of time. I lost a screw from my glasses right before an acting gig which required me to wear them. I got in the door thirty minutes before closing time and they worked quickly and patiently to repair the glasses just in time. Thank you both!

This is where I get all my sunglasses. Vision works isn’t just for corrective lenses! They carry some of the smoothest shades around and the lady at the counter doesn’t mind when I wanna try on 12 pair on before I buy! Wish I could give it 6 stars!

I had previously dealt with Jaye but on my return I discovered she had become manager, this time I was assisted by a lady named Serita. Service had not dropped off at all.
